        상사에 대한 신뢰 요인이 심리적 주인의식, 직무만족도 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 -특급호텔 조리종사원을 중심으로-

        This study we empirically analyzed the relationship between hotel kitchen staff's perceived trust in their supervisor's and its influence on psychological ownership, job satisfaction and innovative behavior. The validity of the measurement items was identified through confirmatory factor analysis, CCR and AVE. The hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling analysis. The results indicated that supervisor's had a significant influence on relationship psychological ownership. Also, psychological significant positive impact on job satisfaction and Innovative behavior. Lastly, job satisfaction had a significant influence on relation psychological ownership. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

        호텔조리사가 인지한 리더의 임파워링 리더십이 자기효능감 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 연구

        This study was analyzed to identify the effect of hotel chef's empowering leadership on organizational citizenship behavior through self-efficacy. In addition, present study verified the effect of hotel chefs' self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior. Through this, the purpose of this study was identified that the mechanism of the impact of empowering leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and the characteristic factors that can affect the behavior of members. The research hypothesis was established with a focus on prior studies on empowering leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of these studies were confirmed the mechanisms necessary to verify the impact between empowering leadership, self-efficacy, and the organizational behavior among hotel chefs. In addition, in order to encourage hotel cooks' organizational citizenship behavior, the manager of the cooking department should be interested in the organizational citizenship behavior of hotel chefs through empowering leadership. Lastly, the empowering leadership of the leader is to enhance the self-efficacy of the hotel chef according to the personal characteristics of the hotel chef. In sum, current study will contribute to enhance the self-efficacy of the hotel chef according to the personal characteristics especially for the hotel chefs.

        상사의 코칭리더쉽이 자기효능감 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 연구 : 서울지역 5성급 호텔조리사를 대상으로

        The pupose of this study is to examine how leaders' coaching leadership(orientation, development, performance evaluation, relationship) perceived by hotel cooks influences self - efficacy and innovation behavior. For the purpose of empirical analysis of the research contents, 250 cooks working in Korea 's special hotel cooking department were selected as sample. The sample responded to the boss' s coaching leadership, self - efficacy and innovation behavior. In particular, the results of this study are as follows. First, the coaching leadership of the supervisor had a positive (+) influence on the perceived self - efficacy of the subordinates. Second, self - efficacy perceived by subordinates had a positive (+) effect on their innovative behavior. Third, coaching leadership of bosses influenced innovation behavior. Based on the results of this analysis, the implications of the coaching leadership of the supervisor on the self - efficacy and innovation behavior of the subordinates were explained and the implications for the academics and the practitioners were provided. As a practical implication, the coaching leadership of the supervisor promotes the self - efficacy and innovation behavior of the staff, thus positively affecting the self - efficacy of the cook and the innovation behavior, which is the result variable. will be. 본 연구는 호텔조리사들이 인식하는 리더의 코칭리더십(방향제시, 개발, 수행평가, 관계)이 자기효능감 및 혁신행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 연구 내용을 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 표본으로 국내 특급호텔 조리부서에 근무하고 있는 250명의 조리사들을 대상으로 하였다. 표본은 상사의 코칭리더십, 자아효능감 그리고 혁신행동에 대해 응답하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서 제시한 연구문제를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상사의 코칭리더십은 부하들이 지각하는 자아효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 부하들이 지각하는 자아효능감은 그들의 혁신행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 상사의 코칭리더십은 혁신행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 시사점을 살펴보면, 상사의 코칭리더십이 부하의 자아효능감 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과정에 대한 설명과 학계와 실무에 중요한 시사점을 제공하였다. 실무적 시사점으로, 상사의 코칭리더십이 부하들의 자아효능감 및 혁신행동을 증진시킴으로서, 조리사의 자아효능감 및 결과변수인 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 주게 되므로 호텔조리사들의 혁신행동을 증가시킬 수 있을 것이다.

        수도권 특급호텔 여성 조리사의 직무소진이 심리적 분리 및 일-가정갈등에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of job burnout on deluxe hotel female chefs’ psychological detachment and work-family conflict. The hypothesized relationships in the model were simultaneously tested using structural equation model (SEM). Developed questionnaires were collected from 250 employees working in ten deluxe hotels located in Seoul and the Seoul metropolitan area. A total of 214 survey responses were used for statistical analysis, excluding 36 insincere respondents. The proposed model provides an adequate fit to the data, χ 2=260.931, df=104(p<.000), χ2/df=2.509, GFI=.887, AGFI=.834, NFI=.911, CFI=.944, RMR=.0980 and RMSEA=.084. Results were as followed. First, it was found that emotional exhaustion, cynicism and reduces personal accomplishment had a significant positive (+) effect on psychological detachment. Second it was investigated the emotional exhaustion and cynicism had a significant positive (+) effect on work-family conflict. Third, psychological detachment had a significant positive (+) effect on work-family conflict. The limitations of the current study and recommendations for further research were explained as well.

        여행사 종사원의 심리적자본과 조직몰입 간 관계에서 개인 창의성의 매개효과

        본 연구는 심리적자본, 개인 창의성 및 조직몰입의 관계를 파악하고, 심리적자본과 조직몰입의 관계에서 개인 창의성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 국내 10개 여행사의 종사원들을 대상으로 설문지를 활용하여 조사하였으며, 319부를 회수하여 유효하지 않은 설문을 제외하고 289부를 중심으로 SPSS Win. Ver. 12.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 심리적자본은 개인 창의성와 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 개인 창의성은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 개인 창의성의 매개효과를 확인한 결과, 개인 창의성은 심리적자본과 조직몰입 사이에서 부분매개하면서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 여행사 종사원들의 심리적자본의 하부 요인들과 개인 창의성 및 조직몰입에 대해 실증적 분석을 통하여 통계적 유의성을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 이러한 각 변수들 간의 영향관계에 대한 실증적 분석은 향후 이와 관련된 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 이론적 시사점과 함께 조직 구성원의 심리적자본 강화 및 개인 창의성 발휘를 위해 여행사 조직 차원의 실무적 시사점을 얻었으며, 구체적인 사항은 본문에 제시하였다. This study examined the relationship among psychological capital, individual creativity, organizational commitment and verified the mediated effects of individual creativity in this relationship using the SPSS WIN 12.0 version of software package. For this study, the data was collected through off-line surveys of travel agency`s employees from 10 different travel agency. Among the 319 answers from voluntary participating employees, 289 answers were finally used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows. First, psychological capital had a positive influence on the individual creativity and organizational commitment. Second, Individual creativity had a positive influence on organizational commitment. Third, Individual creativity had a meaningful influence by partially mediating and Individual creativity but completely mediated psychological capital and organizational commitment. This study focused on psychological capital factors that have influences on showing personal creativity and has importance in the point that it has suggested the statistical significance by analyzing the psychological capital and individual creativity to reinforce this organizational commitment in a positive way. Positive analysis on the relationships among these variables suggests a theoretical meaning on providing a future direction for the study and practical meaning on providing ideas to reinforce the employees` psychological capital and personal creativity.         패밀리레스토랑 종사원의 감성지능이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to understand the inner psychological state of the employee and family restaurants. Moreover, by inducing the proper relationship constitutes a satisfactory financial performance, and to derive the impact on the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior of the interaction with the customer`s employee self-efficacy and family restaurant that occur in the process. Data were collected from Family Restaurant such as Ashley, Mad for garlic, Outback Steak house, VIPS which were located in Seoul. Out of 310 questionnaires distributed, 257 were finally analyzed for the test. SPSS 12.0 program was used for verifying research model. To summarize the results of the study; first, emotional intelligence was revealed to have a positive(+) effect on self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, self-efficacy has a positive effect(+) on organizational citizenship behavior of employees. Third, self-efficacy has mediated the relationship between the emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior. Family restaurant employees with higher self-efficacy are expected to have higher intimacy and unity, so that the enhanced commitment is contributive for task accomplishment. In conclusion, emotional intelligence is expected to enhance the general task accomplishment level in family restaurant .
