There are still plenty of debates and discussions about the BoCheonGyo, the typical example of the so-called new religions which came into existence under the Japanese colonial rule in Korea. Main issues of debate about the BoCheonGyo are the matter of quasi-religions, its relation with the National Independent-Movement, and the effect of religious policies by Japanese colonialist power. Engaged in these matters, it seems that a negative sentimentality against BoCheonGyo was already firmly established in that times, and also religious policies during the colonial period included the plot to brainwash and assimilate Koreans through the manipulation of religion. This study intends to explain the rise and fall of the BoCheonGyo as a religious movement, and to evaluate the perspective of the Japanese colonial power on the BoCheonGyo. Especially this is based on a raw material, 『The Introduction to BoCheonGyo』, issued by a provincial authority(Jeon-Ra-Buk-Do) of the Japanese Government-General in Chosun in 1926. But, despite the fact that the BoCheonGyo was regarded as a quasi-religion, its membership increased in the 1920s after the March 1st Independence Movement. So it is evident that BoCheonGyo suffered a serious damage done by the Japanese Colonial Power. It is noteworthy that it was condemned as a premodern and anti-social quasi-religion when the Japanese colonial power intentionally spread malign propaganda to oppress the religion. Based on text analysis of 『The Introduction to BoCheonGyo』, this study examines religious policy that the Japan Government-General in Chosun designed.
하이브리드 자동차의 직류변환장치(LDC) 성능 및 신뢰성 평가에 대한 연구

Low DC-DC converter(LDC) in HEV plays a role in charging the auxiliary battery as a low voltage from the main battery charged to the electric driving motor"s regenerative energy during deceleration and braking of the vehicle. The charged auxiliary battery supplies power to the electronics such as headlamps, air conditioner, power windows, and electric power steering. LDC"s output of degradation and failure in the vehicle can have severe impact on various electronics during driving. LDCs for HEVs compared to general industrial DC-DC converters need to meet the performance of high-efficiency power conversion, vibration, and heat resistance properties and EMI to ensure the reliability within the limited volume to be mounted in the vehicle. In this paper, reliability assessment and performance evaluation factor are established for developing the LDC in HEV. Also the performance testing and analysis about the conventional LDC currently used in a HEV is performed on the status of the vehicle and device. The result will be uesd to compare the developed LDC"s performance.
수요사슬 통합전략에 영향을 미치는 동인에 관한 연구: 지능형 협업 사례 분석

The collaboration between businesses in a demand chain has three layers: Integration. Exchange, and Synchronize. The latter the layer is, the stronger the collaboration gets. This paper investigated drivers influencing intelligent demand chain integration strategy (supply integration, demand integration, demand chain integration) in Korea manufacturing and services. The drivers are classified into two types: rational efficiency driven and bandwagon driven. We find the differences in the characteristics of drivers affecting the strategies. Besides, this study suggests the better integration strategy for Korea firms. In conclusion it says that demand integration strategy is chosen to improve efficiency, whereas supply integration strategy is influenced by external pressure.<br/>
