This paper discusses how to define and measure the social values of public enterprises, which have the characteristics both of for-profit enterprises and of social ones. Traditionally, the concept of social values of for-profit enterprises has long been studied in the form of philanthropy and CSR (corporate social responsibility) that emphasizes the distribution of economic outcomes to their respective communities and a society as a whole while that of social enterprises is somewhat defined differently, depending on what kind of benefits they provide to the communities, and whom they serve since the very reason for their being is to create “social” values. Despite the fact that public enterprises have both the characteristics of for-profit and of social ones, current assessment scheme for them still remains to focus on their CSR activities, which is very similar to that for the for-profit enterprises. In this paper, we argue that the social values of public enterprises should be evaluated in a more balanced manner so that it should consider both aspects of how sound the economic values created by their inherent jobs are, and of how efficient their business processes are for the good of their respective communities. To exemplify our point, a case study is conducted using the data of KORAIL, and a discussion follows.

Non-pneumatic tires(NPTs) can be manufactured with a viscoelastic material characterized by low energy loss due to the relatively high freedom of selection of materials using a simple manufacturing method. For this reason, NPTs have low rolling resistance compared with pneumatic tires in the material aspects. NPTs, which consist of flexible spokes, are still at an early stage of research and development, and it is necessary to study NPTs to improve the rolling resistance structurally. In this paper, the optimization of spokes with honeycomb cellular structures is performed to minimize rolling resistance by using the design of experiment(DOE) and finite element method. The DOE is conducted with a steady state rolling(SSR) analysis to determine the effects of four design variables on the rolling resistance: the cellular thickness(t1, t2, t3) and the radius of curvature of cellular(R). Optimum design variables are determined from the analysis of means(ANOM). Sensitivity information of design variables is evaluated via the analysis of variance(ANOVA).
소형 비행체 탑재를 위한 크기 비교용 방향 탐지 안테나 조립체

In this paper, a compact antenna assembly for an amplitude comparison direction-finding(DF) method for a small flight vehicle is presented. Designed antenna assembly consists of four antennas and it is mounted on a radius of 1.45 λ<sub>c</sub> where λ<sub>c</sub> corresponds to the wavelength of the center frequency. To achieve compactness and robustness of the assembly, the elements are fed by end-launch feeding method and have modified aperture shapes of E- or H-sectoral horns. The feeding part consists of SMA connector, stepped impedance matching structure, and square waveguide of 0.6 λ<sub>c</sub> × 0.6 λ<sub>c</sub>. To achieve different main beam directions for every antenna which is required condition for amplitude comparison DF method, all apertures of the antennas are inclined and it makes the main beam direction of each antenna to top, bottom, left, and right with respect to the axis of the platform. To verify the validation of DF performance of the presented antenna assembly, amplitude comparison curves using measurement results are presented. The bandwidth of the antennas are above 3.2 % in Ku-band(VSWR ≤ 2:1).
SIP기반의 VoIP망에서 디지털 인증서를 이용한 보이스 피싱 해결방안 연구

최근 사이버 범죄 중 사회 공학적 기법을 이용한 보이스 피싱이 심각한 사회 문제로 대두되고 있다. 특히 인터넷을 통해 유출된 개인 정보를 이용한 금융범죄가 증가함으로 인해 금융당국과 경찰 등의 다각적인 피해 예방 활동과 홍보에도 불구하고 보이스 피싱 수법이 날로 진화되어 피해가 줄지 않는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 최근 사용자가 증가하고 있는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)기반의 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) 망에서 보이스 피싱문제를 해결하기 위해 사례 및 유형을 분석하고 VoIP 서비스가 가지고 있는 취약점이 보이스 피싱에 끼치는 영향을 알아본다. 또한 표준 SIP 기반의 보안 프로토콜을 분석하고 보이스 피싱 해결 방안으로써 디지털 인증서를 이용한 사용자간의 상호 인증 기법을 제안한다. 디지털 인증서는 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) 기반에서 CA(Certification Authority)에게 발급 되며 VoIP 사용자간에 디지털 인증서를 이용하여 인증하도록 함으로 신뢰할 수 있는 VoIP 통신과 보이스 피싱 으로부터 사용자 보호가 가능하다.
Human Phenotype Ontology 의 위계 관계를 나타내기 위한 푸앵카레 임베딩

Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO)는 인간의 질병에서 발견되는 표현형 상의 이상을 표현하고 분석하기 위한 온톨로지이다. HPO 는 각 HPO term간에 종속관계 (‘subclass-of’)를 갖는 directed acyclic graph (DAG)의 구조를 갖는다. 최근 Computational deep phenotyping 과 precision medicine 분야에 HPO의 정보를 분석해 활용하는 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구들 중에서, HPO 를 벡터화 하는 기존의 임베딩 연구들은 HPO 를 유클리디안 공간에 임베딩했다. 그러나, 유클리디안 공간은 임베딩 하려는 그래프의 크기가 커질수록 위계 관계의 정보를 잃어버리는 한계를 갖고 있어 HPO 를 임베딩하기에 적절하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 HPO 를 위계 관계 표현에 적합한 쌍곡공간인 푸앵카레 구에 임베딩하였고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 link prediction 성능을 분석하여 0.91 F1 score 를 달성하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 HPO 의 임베딩 방식으로 기존의 유클리디안 방식보다 hyperbolic 임베딩이 더 적합함을 시사한다. 또한, 위계 관계를 갖는 다른 다양한 바이오 기반의 지식 그래프를 임베딩하는 경우에도 이 방식이 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
해외 자동차정비제도 현황 분석을 통한 국내 제도 개선방안 연구

Recently, in several advanced countries, the governments have been supplementing laws and systems related to automobile repair in preparation for the spread of eco-friendly and self-driving cars. However, the domestic automobile repair industry is still stagnant compared to a decade ago. In this study, we looked at the current status of automobile repair institutions in the United States, Germany, and Japan, which are advanced countries in the automobile repair industry. And then by analyzing the institutions in those countries, we checked the problems of the domestic automobile repair institution and discussed ways to improve it. As a result, the U.S. system of specialized repair business, Germany’s training system of Vehicle Technician Meister personnel, and Japan’s recognition system for high-quality repair business were deemed worthy of consideration in Korea. Further research should be conducted in the future to analyze the effectiveness of the introduction of the system in various ways and to review its applicability.

The growth of mobile web brings consistency of web using experience both with mobile and PC web User Interfaces. And the services enrich diversified user experience by connection of various screen interfaces. In this interface environment, the important thing is coherence of service identity in diversity. The application interfaces have to designs deliberately for format and context. On the other, in the streams of web2.0, social media is one of the most popular services for social participation and communication. In the social media, there is many way of advertising and marketing. 10 this research define the media on this purpose social advertisement media. At present social advertisement media in a point of time come into being, and there is necessity of researching user experience and interface for inducing participation. This work proposals a new type of social advertising media and study branding design, UX(User Experience) design, GUI(Graphical User Interface) design. This advertising media that is largely based on SNS(Social Networking Service), and intimate communications between users and a new type of participating system will be the main components of the advertising. The advertisement through the service will consist of web and smart phone application, and users can participate either by writing a comment on the web or playing games on smart phones. The service is not just a commercial that people sit and watch, but also a social advertisement that people can participate easily and benefit from.
