        미드라쉬의 성서교수학적 함의와 적용

        본 논문은 시대적 상황 속에서 성서교육에 대한 새 패러다임을 모색하며 유대 성서해석의 옛 전통인 미드라쉬로 시선을 돌린다. 이는 오늘의 상황 속에서 현재의 성서교육이 의미 있고 효과적인 교육이 되기 위한 준거틀을 삼고자 함이다. 유대 랍비들은 성경을 대할 때 특정한 해석지침을 가지고 있었는데, 이러한 해석지침은 미드라쉬와 함께 전수되었으며, 성경을 해석하는 태도를 형성하였다. 미드라쉬는 문집이나 강론 모음집, 랍비 문학의 특정 장르, 공개적으로 전달되는 성경 주석과 설교, 그리고 성경의 특정 책에 대한 주석 행위 등을 포함하는 상당히 넓은 의미지평을 가지고 있다. 랍비들의 미드라쉬 해석지침은 성경이 들음과 배움의 자세를 요청하고 탐구의 자세를 갖게 한다는 것, 여백을 통한 탐구를 하고자 하며 상호존중과 상호소통의 중요성을 알게 하고, 오늘 나에게 도전하는 말씀이라는 성서교수학적 의미를 발견하게 한다. 한편 미드라쉬를 성서교수학적으로 적용한 비블리오드라마는 미드라쉬의 해석지침과 많은 공유점을 갖고 있다. 비블리오드라마는 성경과 참여자의 대면을 통해 서로 인격적인 만남과 성찰을 일으킴으로써 서로를 새로운 모습으로 발견하는 기회를 제공한다. 그리하여 비블리오드라마는 성경의 내용을 바르게 이해하고 인식하는데 그치는 것이 아니라 그 이해와 인식을 바탕으로 참여자의 삶에 도전하고 새로운 관점으로 참여자 자신의 삶을 돌아보게 함으로써 새로운 정체성 형성을 도모한다. The purpose of this study is to explore a new paradigm for Bible didactics in the context of the contemporary times and it turns its gaze to the midrash, the old tradition of Hebrew Bible interpretation. In order for the current Bible study to be meaningful and effective in today's situation, it is an effort to connect the Bible and us well, more than educational contents or materials. The word "midrash" itself means "textual interpretation", or "study", derived from the root verb darash, which means "to seek," "to seek with care," "to enquire," "to require" forms of which appear frequently in the Hebrew Bible. Midrash means an exegesis and interpretation of the Hebrew Bible (Torah) as well as a group of works that are the result of specific interpretations of the rabbis. This rabbinical tradition provides specific interpretative guidelines dealing with the Bible. These interpretive guidelines were passed down and formed an attitude of interpreting the Bible that is still relevant today. The rabbinical interpretative guidelines in midrash lead to the discovery of the following biblical didactical meanings. First, the Bible requires an attitude of listening and learning. Second, an attitude of inquiry is needed. Third, an exploration through the empty space is essential. Fourth, it leads us to recognize the importance of mutual respect and communication. Fifth, through the Words that challenge me, the meaning of biblical teaching is discovered. These interpretation guidelines have much in common with Bibliodrama, which applies midrash to the didactic of Bible. Bibliodrama is a dramatic inquiry, where the effect of in-depth inquiry and consideration that midrash aimed at can be expected. In addition, bibliodrama is a process of communal interaction that leads to a new experience and a richer understanding of the Bible through different positions and viewpoints. Exploring the "white fire" of the Bible, we listen to what God says to us, which causes us to change and form an identity. The biblical didactical meaning found in midrash's interpretation guidelines and the biblical didactical application of midrash through the bibliodrama can be presented as a new alternative to Christian education for the past, the present and the future. This will be able to present a new paradigm for biblical didactics with the word of God living and working in the present, not the Bible of the past, which is far from our present life.

        국내에 도입된 Sedum album L.의 생육 특성 및 저토심 옥상 녹화 시스템에 관한 연구

        These studies were carried out (1) to investigate the growth characteristics of Sedum album L. in the field, (2) to propose a suitable shallow peen roof system for this plant, and (3) to evaluate plant growth in the proposed system over the long term. The growth characteristics, such as morphological properties, growth habit, shade tolerance, and flowering, were surveyed. In experimental shallow green-roof systems, the effects of drainage type, substrate type, and soil depth on plant growth were investigated. Then drought tolerance was investigated. After planting Sedum album L. in the proposed system survival rate, cover, and resistance to insects, heal and cold were evaluated for about 2 years. The results of these studies are summarized below. 1. In the field, the aboveground part of Sedum album L. did not die back during the winter. Plant height was 4$\sim$7 cm. Roots were distributed to a depth of 5$\sim$7 cm. Sedum album L. is a compact ground-cover plant that spreads vigorously. Shading condition of less than $30\%$ of full sunlight didn't cause any trouble, but shading conditions above $87\%$ made the shape of the shoots and leaves abnormal. The plant bloomed from June to August and had a rather large compound umbel of white, star-shaped flowers. 2. Two systems, a drainage-blend-10 cm soil depth and a reservoir$\cdot$drainage-blend-15 cm soil depth, performed best in terms of cover, fresh weight, and dry weight. The first has an advantage for green roofs because it is lighter than the latter. 3. In drainage-blend-10 m soil depth and modified reservoir · drainage-blend-10 cm soil depth system no plants died for about 4 months after stopping the irrigation. The visual quality of the latter system was above 5 for 4 months and that of the former was under 5 after 2 months. In the field, however, the drought tolerance of Sedum album L. grown in the former would be enough to withstand the dry season. Considering the urban ecosystem and the importance of healthy growth the modified reservoir $\cdot$ drainage-blend-10 cm soil depth system was finally recommended. This system was composed of a 4 cm thick drainage layer and drain outlets placed at a height of 2.5 cm. 4. In the proposed system, the survival rate was $100\%$, and there was no injury induced by insects and heat. The leaf density decreased a little in winter. Cover increased throughout the year. Sedum album L. was planted with a cover of 72$cm^{2}$ on 3 April 2003; on 16 June 2003 and 15 June 2004, cover was $132.66\pm$5.87 $cm^{2}$(1.8 times) and $886.98\pm$63.51 $cm^{2}$(12.3 times), respectively.

        저분자 polymannuronate의 인체 대장암세포 증식 및 DNA 합성 저해 효과

        본 연구는 whole molecular-, 40 kDa-, 10 kDa poly-mannuronate를 대장암세포에 첨가하였을 때 분자량과 농도 에 따른 항암효과를 세포수준에서 검토하고자 하였다. 3종류의 인체 대장암세포인 HT-29, DLD-1, WiDr의 증식 억제를 살펴본 결과, HT-29 세포는 모든 polymannuronate $0.25\%$의 농도에서 $50\%$의 증식 억제 효과를 보였으며 저분자화 될 수 록 증식 억제 효과가 증가되었다. DLD-1 세포는 저분자화 정도와 농도증가에 따른 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았고, WiDr 세포는 농도증가에 따른 유의적인 효과는 있었으나, 분자량에 의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. $0.25\%$의 농도에서 $50\%$의 증식 억제 효과를 보인 HT-29 세포의 DNA 합성능을 살펴본 결과, 증식 억제 효과와 유사한 결과를 보였으며, 형태학적인 변화 또한 동일한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로부터 polymannuronate는 HT-29 대장암세포의 증식억제에 유의적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 polymannuronate는 대장암의 예방뿐 아니라 그 치료에도 도움이 되며 본 연구가 polymannuronate의 효과에 대한 기초적인 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. This study investigated the proliferation and DNA synthesis inhibitory effect of concentrations ($0.01\%$, $0.1\%$, $0.25\%$, $0.5\%$) when added whole molecular-, 40 kDa-, or 10 kDa polymannuronate on human colon cancer cells, HT-29, DLD-1, and WiDr, in vitro. In order to determine the proliferation inhibitory effect of low-molecularized polymannuronate, the treatment of whole molecular-, 40 kDa-, 10 kDa-, polymannuronate ($0.25\%$) to the HT-29 cancer cells inhibited proliferation of cancer cells by $41\%$, $69.1\%$, and $75.6\%$, respectively. DLD-1 cancer cell was not relation of molecular weight and concentration. WiDr cancer cell depend on concentration without molecular weight. In addition, whole molecular-, 40 kDa-, 10 kDa poly mannuronate ($0.25\%$) significantly inhibited DNA synthesis of HT-29 cancer .cells by $78\%$, $58\%$, and $56\%$, respectively. And morphological changes not found under microscope by polymannuronate. Therefore polymannuronate would be helpful to colon cancer treatment as well as cancer prevention and this study would be the basic source for further research of polymannuronate.

        아동기의 정서적 외상과 대학생의 친밀함에 대한 두려움의 관계: 자기체계 손상의 매개효과

        본 연구는 아동기의 정서적인 학대의 경험으로 인한 성인기의 개인 내부적인 성격구조의 변화를 살펴보고, 이러한 손상이 대인관계적인 어려움인 ‘친밀함에 대한 두려움’에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 대학 및 대학원에 재학 중인 학생 343명을 대상으로 정서적 학대, 외상화된 자기체계, 친밀한 관계에 대한 두려움 설문지를 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 정서적 학대 수준이 심할수록 자기체계의 손상 수준이 높게 나타났고, 자기체계의 손상이 클수록 친밀감에 대한 두려움 역시 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 자기체계의 손상이 아동기 정서적 학대 경험과 친밀한 관계에 대한 두려움을 완전 매개하는 수정모형을 채택하였다. 본 연구결과는 정서적 외상의 경험은 그 자체가 일으키는 심리적인 문제보다는, 환경과 상호작용하는 개인의 특성적인 변화를 일으켜 일련의 부적응과 심리문제를 일으킨다는 것을 시사한다.¹이는 아동기 정서적 외상 경험을 통한¹개인 내부적인 성격구조의 변화가 외부 환경에서 겪는 대인관계에 있어서 어려움을 가져올 것이라는 선행 연구들을 지지한다. The hypothesis of this study was that experiences of emotional abuse in childhood alters the structure of personality by damaging the self-system, which also interrupts intimate interpersonal relationships by eliciting fear. To examine this hypothesis, 343 undergraduate students were used. Participants completed the Childhood Emotional Abuse Scale, Traumatized Self-System Scale, and the Fear of Intimacy Scale. Results indicated that emotional abuse was positively correlated to damages to the self system, and damage to the self-system was positively correlated with fear of intimacy. Further, the relationship between emotional abuse in childhood and fear of intimacy was fully mediated by selfsystem traumatization. is study revealed that emotionally traumatic experiences lead to changes to the personality structure of individuals, and this change may be responsible for di?culties and problems in interpersonal relationships.

        높은 PSRR을 갖는 Low-Dropout(LDO) 레귤레이터

        IoT 산업이 빠르게 성장하면서 전원 관리 집적회로의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리플 Subtractor, 피드 포워드 커패시터, OTA를 이용한 LDO 구조를 제안한다. 이를 통해 10㎒가 넘는 고주파 영역에서도 –40㏈ 이상 높은 전원 전압 제거비(PSRR)를 얻었다. 설계된 Low-Dropout(LDO) 레귤레이터는 0.18㎛ CMOS 공정에서 설계되었으며 시뮬레이션 결과 PSRR은 부하 전류 40㎃, 500㎑에서 –73.4㏈다. 최대 구동 가능 전류는 40㎃이다. As IoT industry are growing fast, The importance of power management system is also being magnified. CMOS High power-supply rejection ratio(PSRR) Low-dropout(LDO) regulator is achieved by the proposed ripple Subtractor, Feed-forward capacitor and OTA in this paper. The LDO is implemented in 0.18-㎛ CMOS technology. With the proposed structures, in the maximum loading of 40㎃, Simulation result achieves PSRR of – 73.4㏈ at 500㎑ and PSRR better than –40㏈ when frequency is below 10㎒ with 6.8- ㎌ output capacitor.

        SNA(Social Network Analysis)를 통한 고등학생의 온라인 토론에 나타난 온라인 상호작용 양상 분석

        This study was conducted to examine the interaction patterns of high school students in online debate and to find ways to activate them. An online discussion was conducted for 3rd grade high school students, and data was measured based on the direction and number of comments. Using NetData, igraph, and ggplot2 of the R package, the number and density of the connect line, the Degree centrality, Betweenness centrality, Eigenvector centrality were measured, and interaction patterns were derived through visualization work. Through density, the degree of interaction of the group was checked, and the number of comments and the participation of all members were confirmed to be affected. Participants with a high Degree centrality of connection had a higher Degree centrality in sending and a high rate of rebuttal of comments. It was confirmed that Betweenness centrality and Eigenvector centrality influenced the interaction of all members. Based on this, it suggested the need for learning to clarify and refute the conditions of online debate as a way to promote online debate among high school students.
