It has pointed out that there are problems in the traditional medical education in Korea. First of all, basic science and clinical education were not integrated so that students can not develop abilit ies to incorporate scientific concepts and principles into solving clinical problems. In order to improve medical education, new educational program was developed in College of Medicine, University of Ulsan, which started medical education in 1990. Among the many types of new medical educational system, the program from the University of Calgary, which was thought to be more applicable to educational environment in Korea, was adopted. The new program comprises principles of (1) integrated teaching, (2) patient-oriented, (3) problem-oriented, (4) student-oriented, (5) adoption of core and elective course and (6) self learning. During the first two year period, integrated curriculum of eleven system courses(musculoskeletal, hematology oncology, immunology and infection, gastroenterology, endocrinology, reproductive, nephrology, cardiology, pulmonology and neuroscience), introductory course, continuity course, elective course, clinical skills, independent study and integrative course were proceeded. Students have spent the last two years in clinical clerkships, including 4 months of elective course. Students evaluated the integrated curriculum as being satisfactory for clinical education, but not enough for basic science education.
스포츠로열티가 관람스포츠상품의 품질과 팬 만족의 관계에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 스포츠로열티가 관람스포츠상품의 품질과 관객만족의 관계에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 자료수집을 위해 서울, 안양, 원주, 창원, 여수, 울산에 위치해 있는 한국프로농구연맹(KBL) 경기장을 직접 방문한 관객 중 400명을 편의추출법을 이용하여 추출하였으며, 설문지의 내용 일부가 누락되거나 응답이 불성실하다고 판단된 69명을 제외한 후 최종적으로 331부를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석을 위해 본 연구는 SPSS 11.0을 이용하여 중회귀분석(multiple regression)을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 관람스포츠상품의 경기품질에 대한 관객의 평가가 관객만족에 미치는 영향이 팬 서비스가 관객만족에 미치는 영향보다 크게 나타났다. 또한, 스포츠로열티가 높은 집단에서는 경기품질이 관객만족에 미치는 영향이 팬 서비스가 관객만족에 미치는 영향보다 현저하게 크나, 스포츠로열티가 낮은 집단에서는 경기 품질과 팬 서비스 품질이 관객만족에 미치는 영향이 비슷한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of sport loyalty on the relation between the perceived quality of a spectator sport product and spectator satisfaction. Specifically, the current study examines the effects of game quality and fan service quality on spectator satisfaction and evaluates the moderating roles of sport loyalty. The questionnaire items included perceived quality of spectator sport product, spectators satisfaction, and sport loyalty. Four hundred spectators who visited the venues for franchises of Korean Basketball Association in Seoul, Anyang, Wonju, Changwon, Ulsan, and Yeosu were selected by using convenience sampling. The data of 331 participants out of 400 were analyzed. The data were analyzed by using SPSS/PC version 11.0 for frequency analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a difference between the effects of game quality and the effects of fan service quality on spectator satisfaction. The game quality influences spectator satisfaction more strongly than fan service quality. Also, it was demonstrated that sport loyalty plays a moderating role for the relationship between the spectator sport product quality and spectator satisfaction. Game quality showed greater effect on spectator satisfaction than fan service quality among the spectators with high level of sport loyalty, but the effects which game quality and fan service quality have on spectators satisfaction are nearly equal among the spectators with low level of sport loyalty. Discussion and future directions are provided.
