        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise and combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise on the body composition and blood lipids. The subjects were twenty-four obesity middle aged women and divided into 3 groups :aerobic exercise(n=8; 4 times/1week, 70min/ lday), combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise(n=8; 4 times, 70min/lday) and control group(n=8) for 12 weeks. And, the change of body composition (body weight, %body fat) and blood lipids (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, %TC/HDL-C) have been measured before, post 6 weeks and 12 weeks. Statistical analysis was one-way ANOVA & two-way ANOVA The results of this study were as followers: 1. Body composition 1) The body weight within aerobic exercise group and combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise group was not significant. 2) The % body fat within aerobic exercise group and combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise group was decreased significantly after 12 weeks and % body fat between groups after 12 weeks was decreased significantly combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise group than aerobic exercise group. 2. Blood lipids 1) The TC and LDL-C within and between the aerobic exercise group and combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise group was not significant. 2) The TG within combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise group after 12week was decreased significantly. But, within the aerobic exercise group and between groups by periods was not significant. 3) The HDL-C within the aerobic exercise group after 12week was increased significantly. But, combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise group after 12week was not significantly. Also, after 6week between groups by periods was increased significantly combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise group than control group. 4) % TC/HDL-C within groups after 12weeks was not significant. But, after 6week between groups by periods was decreased significantly combined aerobic & circuit resistance exercise group than control group.

        스마트워크 상황에서 직무자율성의 개념화 고찰

        With the development of information and communication technology, smart devices, and COVID-19 pandemic, organizations and individuals using Smart Work are increasing. Constant connectivity has become commonplace while using smart devices such as smart phone and tablet PC, and based on this, workers can communicate and exchange data and information anytime, anywhere, resulting in increased job autonomy in determining method, time, and place to work. However, existing Smart Work research has the following limitations: the concept of job autonomy developed in the industrialization era of the 1970s is still used, job autonomy is verified in unidimensionality, and the paradoxical ‘tied autonomy’ in the context of Smart Work is not demonstrated. In order to overcome these limitations, this study examined the literature that demonstrated job autonomy in a Smart Work situation. Through literature research, this study suggested how previous studies have dealt with job autonomy in Smart Work context, how to develop the type of autonomy according to the Smart Work situation, and directions for future empirical research. 정보통신기술과 스마트기기의 발달, 그리고 COVID-19 팬데믹으로 인해 스마트워크를 활용하는 조직이나 개인이 늘어나고 있다. 최근 무선 정보통신기술의 발전에 기반을 둔 지속적 연결성으로 인해 스마트워크 방식으로 일하는 근로자들은 언제 어디서나 의사소통할 수 있고, 데이터와 정보를 주고받으며 업무를 수행할 수 있어 자신이 업무 방법, 시간, 장소 등을 결정할 수 있는 직무자율성이 증대된다. 하지만 기존 스마트워크 연구는 산업화시대에 개발된 직무자율성의 개념을 여전히 사용하고 있는 점, 다차원적으로 직무자율성을 실증하지 못하는 점, 스마트워크 도입으로 발생하는 역설적 ‘결속된 자율성’을 검증하지 못하는 점 등의 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 본 연구는 스마트워크 상황에서 직무자율성을 실증한 문헌을 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 스마트워크 상황에서 직무자율성을 어떻게 다뤄왔는지, 그리고 스마트워크 상황에 맞게 자율성의 유형을 어떻게 발전시켜야 하는지, 그리고 향후 실증연구를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

        강제적으로 도입된 모바일 정보 시스템의 성공:직무 적합성의 역할

        This study investigates the factors that influence the user's (postal workers') satisfaction with using PDAs in the Korea Postal Services. This study is concerned about the success of IS when employees are mandated to use IS to increase their productivity. The factors examined in this study include independent variables (information quality and system quality), dependent variables (perceived usefulness and user satisfaction), and mediator (compatibility with work). All these factors were found significant for causal relations. We especially notice the role of compatibility with work as full mediator.

        스마트워크 활성화를 위한 감정이입의 역할에 관한 탐색적 연구

        기존 연구는 컴퓨터가 사람의 감성을 파악하고 반응하는 점에 관심을 두어 왔다. 하지만 사용자가 애플리 케이션을 대상으로 갖는 감정이입에 대한 역할을 구체적으로 다루고 있진 못한다. 스마트워크가 활성화되지 못하는 이유 중 하나가 중간관리자의 정보통신기술 사용에 대한 두려움이라는 점을 고려할 때, 새로운 애플리케이션에 대 한 불안감을 줄이고 지속적으로 사용할 수 있는 동인이 무엇인지를 밝히는 연구는 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라 서 본 연구에서는 애플리케이션에 대한 불안감을 줄이고, 지속적인 사용을 증대시키는 요인으로 감정이입의 역할에 대해 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 설문조사로 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 통계 분석을 한 결과를 통해 애플리케이션에 대 한 감정이입이 애플리케이션 사용 대한 불안감을 줄이며, 동시에 애플리케이션 감정이입이 매개변수인 정서적·인지 적 태도를 거쳐 해당 애플리케이션 대한 지속적 사용의도를 강화한다는 점을 실증하였다. Social scientists have studied interaction between human beings, while computer scientists have expanded the research domain from human-human to human-machine, human-agent, or machine-machine. The reason why an adoption of Smart Work is failed is an anxiety about ICT usage which middle managers have. It is important to explore the concept both to reduce an anxiety on an application and to increase continuance to use it. Therefore this study takes “empathy” as a key factor to play a leading role both to relieve the anxiety about the application and to improve the intention to use it. The data is gathered from a survey of undergraduate who have experience to use MS-Access. The findings show that application empathy decrease the application anxiety, but the empathy increase the continuance mediated by cognitive and affective attitude.

      • 오프라인 범람 효과에 관한 연구 : 온라인 게임 사용자를 중심으로

        Online games are not only tools for enjoyment, they are also the linking pins connecting between the online and the offline worlds. The reason why the researchers have focused on online and offline connections is that online games go beyond the games themselves and have a great impact on offline, real world behavior. From the positive perspective, online gamers get flow experience and stress relief in playing online games. Negatively, however, they may overindulge themselves in online games, become addicted to them, or even commit suicide. The effects affecting other domains can be termed ‘spillover’. There are two types of spillover: forward spillover that the existing boundary is expanded into new domains and reverse spillover that new domains ebb into existing domain. The boundary that the scope is expanded from offline to online only means the boundary expansion based on the existing domain. After the boundary was expanded, the behavior displayed at the existing life field would affect that of the new domain. In addition, the behavior enacted at the new domain would impact the existing domain. With the process behaving as forward and reverse spillovers, there are interaction effects on online and offline behavior. However, there is little research dealing with the spillover effects from the offline to the online domain. This study concentrates on the individual behavior of online gamers centering on offline dependence. The flow experience and immersion can be affected by offline dependence as well as by the online game itself. With the purpose of finding the factors affecting both flow and immersion, we are interested in the moderator effects of offline dependence influencing both flow and immersion from social interaction. At the section of literature review, boundary theory/spillover effect, social capital/social interaction, and flow/immersion are covered. With this theoretical background, we developed the research model and eight hypotheses with three independent variables: skills, challenge, and social interaction, and two dependent variables: flow and immersion, and one moderator: offline dependence. For each construct, we used measurement items recognized for reliability and widely used in the previous research. We slightly modified some items proper to the research context and developed new items for the construct of offline dependence. In turn, we collected the data from one of universities in Korea. Above all, we analyzed 197 valid data points on reliability and validity and got statistically significant results. The results showed that flow is strongly influenced by skills, challenge, and social interaction, but immersion is only influenced by skills and social interaction and not challenge. The results revealed that the moderating effect of offline dependence affected only the relationship from social interaction to the immersion on the lower offline dependence group. Unexpectedly, we got another significant moderating effect from skill to immersion on the higher offline dependence group. The findings suggest some implications. First, this study empirically tested the spillover effect from offline to online domain and confirmed it. Second, the results showed that the reason why the lower offline dependence group was more addicted to online games than the higher group was the bridging of social capital making friends on the online games. Third, this research confirmed that flow and immersion were mutually exclusive constructs as provided by the two-factor theory. Finally and unexpectedly, the results showed the higher offline dependence group intended to immerse in online games and provided a possible reasons: achievement motive.

That is, appeared, but was expose that do not exert affirmative effect in price that exert affirmative effect in design, brand, function. Even if is Sanghwangjeokgwan, was expose that do not influence in product behavior. Second, function of product attitude, brand, price were expose that affect affirmative ashes purchase intention, but was expose that do not exert effect that Design is affirmative in ashes purchase intention, and was expose that exert effect that function, brand, price, design are affirmative in another person recommendation intention.

      • 중소 건설업체의 ASP 도입 사례연구

        건설업은 정보화 수준이 가장 낮은 산업 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 ASP (Application Service Provider)를 이용한 PMIS의 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인과 BSC (Balanced Scored Card)에 기반을 둔 도입 효과 분석에 기초하여, H사, W사, S사의 사례를 분석함으로써 중소 건설업체의 성공적 ASP 도입 요인과 효과를 제시하였다. 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 도입동기의 명확성과 CEO의 정보화 의지 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직적 저항은 현명하게 극복해 나가야 하는 요인으로 나타났으며, 낮은 IS 성숙도는 도입을 촉진 하는 요인으로 나타났다. 도입 성과 측면에서는 재무적 효과와 비즈니스 프로세스 효과에서 상당한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is exploring influential factors on ASP adoption and presenting effects of ASP performance based on BSC. This study investigated three ASP-based PMIS adoption organizations in construction industry. In four ASP Adoption factors, three factors, clearness of IS adoption objective, CEO will of ASP acceptance, and lower IS maturity, facilitate ASP adoption, but one factor, organizational resistance to IS adoption, must be overcome. In the perspective of performance, we found the cases made a considerable effects of finance and business process.
