교통사고 이후 발생한 기능성 위장관장애에 대한 반하사심탕 투여 : 연속증례

Objectives: These cases report the benefits of administration of Banhasasim-tang extracts or decoctions to patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders after motor vehicle accidents. Methods: The patients were treated with Banhasasim-tang extract or decoction three times daily. History-taking and imaging tests were used to differentiate other diseases. We evaluated the patients using the Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS), which is used to assess overall gastrointestinal symptoms. Results: Treatment with herbal medicine resulted in a decrease in the patients' complaints of symptoms. The GSRS scale showed improvement in all four cases. Conclusions: Banhasasim-tang, regardless of its form, has beneficial effects in patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders after motor vehicle accidents.

분단 현실의 비극과 극복 방안 -조정래의 『인간연습』을 중심으로-

본고의 목적은 조정래의 장편소설 『인간연습』에 나타난 분단의 비극과 극복방안을 논구하는 것이다. 조정래의 『인간연습』은 분단과 분단체제의 역사로 인해 비극적인 삶을 살 수밖에 없었던 강제 전향 장기수들의 삶과 분단 극복의 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 연좌제의 잔혹함과 불합리성으로 인한 가족들의 고통과 전향 공작에 따른 고문과 폭행, 독방 감금으로 인한 정신의 한계 상황 등을 보여준다. 이념에 집착한 삶이 한갓허망함에 지나지 않으며, 진정한 분단 극복은 새로운 인간적 심성의 토대 위해서 연습을 하듯 한 걸음 한 걸음 나아가야 함을 제시하고 있다. This study aims to examine the tragedy of division and it``s overcoming strategies presented in the novel 『human practice』by Jo Jung-Rae. First, the 『human practice』presents possibility to overcome the division and life of forcibly converted long-term prisoners who had to live a tragic life because of division and history of divided regime. Secondly, it shows family``s suffering form cruelty and irrationality of implicative system, torture and violence due to conversion operation, and mental limitation due to solitary confinement. Thirdly, it suggests the life focused on the ideology is vain merely, and true overcoming strategy for division is to proceed step by step like practice based on the a new humane character.

노년소설에 나타난 노년의 성 - 김원일, 박완서, 한승원 작품을 중심으로 -

이 논문의 목적은 한국 노년소설을 고찰하여, 노인들의 성의 문제를 어떻게 인식하는지를 탐색하는 데 있다. 구체적으로는 김원일, 박완서, 한승원의 노년 소설을 중심으로 젊음에 대한 욕망과 성, 늙음에 대한 부정과 성, 젊음과 늙음이 공존하는 성을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 세 작가의 노년소설에서는 삶의 끝자락 혹은 육체의 소멸과 연결된 것이며, 성을 전제로 하고 있다는 공통점이 있었다. 먼저 김원일의 소설에서는 젊음에 대한 욕망은 가발과 화장으로 늙음을 가리고, 쪼콜레또와 아스피링 복용, 젊은 시절의 성적 감각의 재확인 등을 통해 표출하고 있었다. 이러한 젊음에 대한 욕망은 바로 `생명에 대한 강한 열망`으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 박완서의 소설에서는 남녀 불문하고 늙음을 부정한다. 그리고 정욕의 중요성에 대한 깨달음과 노년의 건강한 삶을 제시하고 있다. 마지막으로 한승원의 소설에서는 노파의 알몸과 앳된 여자의 알몸의 대비를 통해 젊음과 늙음은 공존하는 것이며, 용서와 이해를 바탕으로 하는 포용력을 발휘하는 여성성을 통해, 성은 단순히 육체적 욕망의 해소나 종족 본능의 수단 이상의 것임을 보여주고 있다. This study aimed to explore how they recognize old men`s sexuality through reviewing Korean old age novels. For the purpose, it reviewed desire and sexuality for youth, denial and sexuality for oldness, and the sexuality that youth coexists with oldness, focusing on the old age novels written by Kim Won-il, Park Wan-seo, and Han Seung-won. In results, there was common points such as the end of life or connection with bodily extinction and premise of sexuality in the novels written by the three authors. First, the desire for youth covered oldness with wig and makeup, and expressed through taking chocolate and aspirin and reaffirmation of sexual sense in the novels by Kim Won-il. This desire for youth also was expressed as strong desire for life. In the novel by Park Wan-seo, oldness was denied in spite of their sexes. The novel presented understanding for importance of sexual desire and healthy life in the old age. Lastly, novels by Han Seung-won showed that youth and oldness coexists through comparison between old woman`s naked body and young lady`s naked body. They also showed that sexuality is simply more than solution of physical desire or means for the human racial instinct through womanhood displaying broad-mindedness on the basis of forgiveness or understanding.

네일살롱 이용경로에 따른 고객만족, 관계증진이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

As the customer base of contemporary nail salons are becoming more diverse, the customers’ growing desire for self-expression calls for fulfillments beyond the service provider’s professional skills. Customer service and marketing are now key elements in successful management of the salons. Also, through analyzing each guest’s consumption values and propensity, the employees are able to gain data on factors influencing her revisitation. This experiment focuses on the salon customer base’s customer satisfaction and the amity between the artists and the customers’ and how these factors can increase demand in the nail salons. The findings from this research will provide important basic information to advancing the nail art industry. There were significant findings from the researches which influence the visitor’s interest in the nail salons. First of the discoveries was in the demographic makeup of the customer base. Majority of the nail salon visitors were female, and around the age of twenty. Most of the visitors were either working professionals, or pursuing higher education.

어머니-자녀 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 구조적 관계 분석

본 연구에서는 어머니-자녀 관계에 영향을 미치는 아버지의 양육효능감과 어머니가 지각하는 교사와의 의사소통 및 사회적 지원간의 구조적 관계를 어머니 양육효능감의 매개효과 중심으로 살펴 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D광역시에 소재한 유아교육기관의 만 4, 5세 유아 369명의 어머니와 아버지이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 기술통계와 상관관계, 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 아버지의 양육효능감과 어머니가 지각한 교사와의 의사소통 그리고 사회적 지원은 모두 어머니의 양육효능감을 매개로 하여 어머니-자녀 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 어머니의 양육효능감은 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. The major purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among father`s parenting efficacy, communication with the teacher, social support and mother-child relationship, focusing on the mediating effects of mother`s parenting efficacy. Participants in this study were parents of 369 children aged from 4 to 5, recruited from preschools located in D metropolitan city. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, descriptive statistics, correlation and structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis, using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 program. The major results were as follow. Father`s parent efficacy, communication with the teacher and social support had an influence on mother-child relationship mediated by mother`s parenting efficacy. In addition, it was proved mother`s parenting efficacy had a full mediation effect among them.

윤기정 소설에 나타난 가난 연구

본 연구는 윤기정 소설 『미치는 사람』, 『차부』, 『천재』를 중심으로 가난의 양상을 고찰하여, 가난의 원인과 극복을 살펴보았다. 『미치는 사람』에서 가난의 원인은 식민지 사회 구조적 모순에 두고, 극복으로 불합리한 사회와 맞서 싸우겠다는 강한 의지로 나타나고 있다. 『차부』는 식민지 근대화에 따른 자본주의적 경제침략(자동차 등장)이 원인이며, 극복은 보이지 않는다. 『천재』는 가난의 원인으로 식민지 농촌의 수탈정책에 있으며, 극복으로 아내의 성을 이용하고 있다. The current study explored the aspect, cause, and overcoming, of poverty, focused on 「crazy man」, 「cart-drawer」, and 「natural disaster」 in the novels by Yoon Kee-Jung. In 「crazy man」, the cause of poverty was due to structural inconsistency in the colonial society, therefore, the main character tried to get over it by the strong will of resistance against the inconsistent society. In 「cart-drawer」, the cause of poverty was due to capitalistic economic aggression followed by colonial modernization, but overcoming was not seen. In 「natural disaster」, the exploitation of colonial farm village caused the poverty and wife"s sex was used to overcome poverty.

A549 폐암세포에서 미토콘드리아 경로를 통한 개똥쑥 추출물의 apoptosis 유도 효과

개똥쑥 추출물(AAE)은 암에 효과적인 약초로 알려져 있다. Apoptosis는 프로그램화된 세포사멸로 미토콘드리아는 세포사멸 조절에 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구는 A549 폐암세포에서 Bcl-2 하위조절과 미토콘드리아 경로를 통한 AAE의 p53 비의존적인 세포사멸을 보여주고 있다. AAE는 p-Akt, cox-2, p53 그리고 미토콘드리아 조절 단백질을 통해 암세포의 사멸을 촉진한다. p-Akt/cox-2 단백질은 세포 증식과 생존에 중요한 역할을 한다고 알려져 있다. Bax, Bak, Bim과 같이 세포사멸을 촉진하는 Bcl-2 단백질은 미토콘드리아 외막의 투과성을 조절한다. AAE의 처리는 p-Akt, p-Mdm2, cox-2 그리고 anti-apoptotic 단백질과 같이 세포사멸을 억제하는 단백질들의 발현을 감소시키는 반면에 암 억제자인 p53과 pro-apoptotic 단백질들을 증가시킨다. Bax/Bak의 활성화는 caspase를 활성화시키기 위해 cytochrome c를 미토콘드리아에서 세포질로 방출하도록 한다. Caspase-3는 apoptosis 과정과 관련된 주요 effector caspase이다. Caspase-3는 일반적으로 pro-enzyme형태로 세포질에 존재한다. Apoptosis의 개시단계에서 caspase-3는 proteolytic cleavage에 의해 활성화되고 활성화된 caspase-3는 PARP를 분해한다. Apoptosis와 관련된 단백질들의 신호전달 사이의 상관관계를 알기 위해 Pifithrin-α (p53 inhibitor)와 Celecoxib(cox-2 inhibitor)을 처리했다. 이러한 결과를 통해 A549 폐암 세포에 AAE를 처리하였을 때 p53-independent 경로를 통해 apoptosis가 유도된다는 것을 확인하였다. The extract from Artemisia annuain L.(AAE) is known as a medicinal herb that is effective against cancer. Apoptosis is the process of programmed cell death, and mitochondria are known to play a central role in cell death control. In this study, we evaluated the p53-independent apoptosis of extract of AAE through downregulation of Bcl-2 and the mitochondrial pathway in A549 (lung cancer cells). AAE may exert cancer cell apoptosis through regulating p-Akt, Cox-2, p53 and mitochondria-mediated apoptotic proteins. p-Akt/cox-2 is known to play an important role in cell proliferation and cell survival. The Bcl-2 pro-apoptotic proteins (such as Bax, Bak and Bim) mediate the permeabilization of the mitochondrial outer membrane. Treatment of AAE reduces p-Akt, p-Mdm2, cox-2 and antiapoptotic proteins (such as Bcl-2), while tumor suppressor p53 and pro-apoptotic proteins. Activation of Bax/Bak releases cytochrome c from mitochondria to the cytosol to activate a caspase. Caspase-3 is the major effector caspase associated with apoptotic pathways. Caspase-3 generally exists in cytoplasm in the form of a pro-enzyme. In the initiation stage of apoptosis, caspase-3 is activated by proteolytic cleavage and activated caspase-3 cleaves poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). We treated Pifithrin-α (p53 inhibitor) and Celecoxib (Cox-2 inhibitor) to learn the relationship between the signal transduction of proteins associated with apoptosis. These results suggest that AAE induces apoptosis through a p53-independent pathway in A549.
