        의료서비스충성도에 대한 QR정보서비스의 효과

        This study investigated the influence relationship of information service using QR code on customer's service quality perception and loyalty behavior for medical service in the physical environment. As a result of the study, when medical institutions provide location information services about the physical environment by utilizing the usefulness and reliability of QR codes, the perceived quality of customers' QR information will be strengthened, and furthermore, loyalty behavior toward medical services will increase in the future. Considering the spread of smartphones as a popular digital medium today, marketers use QR codes to connect and provide four-dimensional information services without time and place restrictions, thereby strengthening the interactive experience with customers. And these efforts suggest that it can contribute to improving service image and strengthening loyalty beyond simply providing service information to companies.

        주제어 분석에 의한 해상·수중 분야 군사과학기술 동향 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate trends of characteristics and changes in the field of marine/naval/underwater military science and technology in Korea. This study analyzed the keywords that appeared in marine/naval/underwater section of the "Journal of the Korean Military Science and Technology" during the period, 1998~2012. One hundred and seven articles were analyzed by keywords in English. Four hundred and fifty four keywords in English were analyzed by appearance frequency. Finally those results of source literatures and keywords were compared with each other and a better direction for the future of the field with further studies was suggested.

        We designed and fabricated the planar graded-gap injector GaAs Gm diodes with $1.6{\mu}m$ active length for operation at 94 GHz. The fabrication of the Gunn diode is based on MESA etching, Ohmic metalization, and overlay metalization. The measured negative resistance characteristics of the graded-gap injector GaAs Gunn diodes are examined for two different device structures changing the distance between the cathode and the anode electrodes. Also, we discuss the DC results under the forward and the reverse biases concerning the role of the graded-gap injector. It is shown that the structure having the shorter distance between the cathode and the anode electrode has higher peak current, higher breakdown voltage, and lower threshold voltage than those of the larger distance. [ $1.6{\mu}m$ ]의 활성층을 가지는 planar형태의 94 GHz graded-gap injector GaAs 건 다이오드를 설계, 제작하였다. 이 다이오드는 반 절연 기판에 성장된 에피 구조를 바탕으로 메사 식각, 오믹 금속 접촉형성 및 overlay metalization의 주요 공정을 통하여 두가지 형태의 planar 구조로 제작되었다. 제작된 건 다이오드의 부성저항 특성을 anode와 cathode 금속전극들의 배치를 달리 한 두 소자 구조에서 고찰하였고 graded-gap injector의 역할을 순방향과 역방향에서의 직류거동으로부터 살펴보았다. 결과적으로, 금속전극의 배치에 있어서, cathode와 anode 전극사이의 거리가 감소된 소자 구조에서 증가된 peak 전류와 breakdown 전압, 그리고 감소된 문턱전압을 얻었다.

        Tumor Necrosis factor-α Promotes Osteogenesis of Human Bone Marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells through JNK-dependent Pathway

        Tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}\;(TNF-{\alpha})$는 염증성 골질환에서의 골조직의 손실과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 본 연구에서는 인체 골수 유래 중간엽 줄기세포의 골세포로의 분화과정에 대한 $TNF-{\alpha}$의 영향을 조사하였다. $TNF-{\alpha}$는 골수 유래 중간엽 줄기세포의 골세포로의 분화를 나타내는 표시인 세포외 무기질 축적과 alkaline phosphatase의 발현의 증가를 일으켰으며 2ng/ml의 농도에서 최대의 증가를 나타내었다. $TNF-{\alpha}$에 의한 골세포로의 분화는 $NF_kB$의 저해제에 의해서는 영향받지 않았으나 JNK 특이 저해제인 SP600125에 의해 완벽하게 억제되었다. 이는 $TNF-{\alpha}$에 의한 골수 유래 중간엽 줄기세포의 골세포로의 분화과정에 JNK가 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 제시한다. Tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}\;(TNF-{\alpha})$ has been implicated in skeletal diseases by promoting bone loss in inflammatory bone diseases. In the present study, we examined the effects of $TNF-{\alpha}$ on osteoblastic differentiation of human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs). $TNF-{\alpha}$ dose-dependently promoted matrix mineralization of hBMSCs with a maximal stimulation at 2ng/ml. $TNF-{\alpha}$ increased expression of alkaline phosphatase, which plays a crucial role for the matrix deposition. The $TNF-{\alpha}-stimulated$ osteoblastic differentiation was not affected by $NF_kB$ inhibitors, BAY and SN50. However, a JNK-specific inhibitor, SP600125 completely abolished the $TNF-{\alpha}-stimulated$ matrix mineralization and expression of alkaline phosphatase. These results suggest that $TNF-{\alpha}$ enhances osteoblastic differentiation of hBMSCs through JNK-dependent pathway.

        우슬 중 ${\beta}-Ecdysone$의 초임계추출법(SFE)과 용매추출법의 비교

        우슬(Achyranthis radix)중 ${\beta}-ecdysone$의 초임계추출법과 용매추출법의 비교를 위해 초임계유체추출(SFE) 및 용매추출 후 초임계유체크로마토그래피(SFC)에 의한 우슬 중 ${\beta}-ecdysone$ 분석을 실시하였다. SFE에 있어서 추출 최적압력은 300 atm이었으며, 온도는 $80^{\circ}C$, 추출량은 100 ml, 보조제인 methanol 함량비율은 20%였다. 우슬에서 ${\beta}-ecdysone$의 분석시 SFC의 최소검출량은 5 ng이었고, SFE의 회수율은 줄기에서는 $90.7{\sim}93.5%$였으며, 뿌리에서는 $77.8{\sim}81.9%$였다. 용매추출의 회수율은 줄기에서는 $76.4{\sim}93.0%$였고 뿌리에서는 $80.6{\sim}93.1%$였다. 우슬의 생육기별 조사에서 ${\beta}-ecdysone$은 주로 뿌리에서 많이 검출되었고 1년생이면서 8월에 수확한 것이 654.9 ppm으로 가장 많이 함유한 것으로 나타났다. Extraction efficiency of ${\beta}-ecdysone$ in Achyranthis radix was investigated using the methods of solvent extraction and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). The optimum SFE conditions for the analysis of ${\beta}-ecdysone$ in A. radix were 300 atm, $80^{\circ}C$, 100 ml of extraction volume, and 20% ratio of modifier(methanol). As revealed through SFE, detection limit of ${\beta}-ecdysone$ in A. radix was 5 ng and recoveries of ${\beta}-ecdysone$ in A. radix shoots and root were $90.7{\sim}93.5%$ and $77.8{\sim}81.9%$, respectively. Recoveries of ${\beta}-ecdysone$ in A. radix shoots and root through solvent extraction were $76.4{\sim}93.0%$ and $80.6{\sim}93.1%$, respectively. ${\beta}-Ecdysone$ content was determined to be highest at 654.9 ppm in the first year A. radix roots harvested in August.

        공자의 어린이 인성교육에 대한 일곱 가지 원칙

        21세기가 요구하는 어린이상은 ``바른 인성을 갖춘 어린이``이다. 아동기는 가소성이 풍부하기 때문 에 특히, 인성교육이 강조되어야 할 시기이다. 그러나 현재 어린이 교육 현장에서는 실천위주 인성교육보다는 지식위주 인성교육을 강조하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 논어(論語) 라는 텍스트를 통해 공자가 강조했던 어린이 교육의 일곱 가지 원칙을 살펴보았으며 다음과 같다. 1. 효도교육, 2. 공경교육, 3. 예절교육, 4. 신뢰교육, 5. 박애교육, 6. 멘토교육, 7. 학문(學文)교육이다. 이러한 일곱 가지 교육원칙이 오늘날 어린이 인성교육의 토대 마련에 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다. The aspects of children demanded by the 21st century are ``children equipped with righteous character``. Since there is high plasticity in childhood, character education should be emphasized especially more in that period. However, currently, in the spots of children`s education, knowledge-centered character education is more emphasized rather than practice-oriented character education. This article examined seven principles for children`s education emphasized by Confucius with the text titled as. The Analects of Confucius (論語), and it deals with the followings: 1. education for filial piety, 2. education for respect, 3. education for manners, 4. education for trust, 5. benevolent education, 6. mentor education, & 7. education for studies. It is expected that those seven educational principles will support us to lay the foundation for character education for children today.

        이침(耳鍼)의 신문혈자극(神門穴刺戟)이 치매환자(痴매患者)의 뇌파(腦波)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun on patients with dementia by using power spectrum analysis. Electroencephalogram(EEG) power spectrum show site-specific and state-related differences in various frequency bands. Methods: Study was carried out in 38 subjects.(31 patients with dementia and 7 normal people, 27 females and 11 males; mean age=75.9 years old). To know the effect of auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun in patients with dementia, we measured electroencephalogram(EEG) of normal people and patients with dementia about ``before``, ``after`` and ``after 15 minutes`` giving auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun, and compared the brain wave(α, β, δ, θ) of EEG 30 channels. Results: In the case of patients with dementia, in the power values of α(alpha) band at F4, FP2, FCZ, F8, FC4 channels (p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment increased significantly. In β(beta) band, the power values at T8 channel(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment increased significantly. In δ (delta) band, the power values at F7, FP1, FZ, FP2, FCZ, C4, FC4, CP4, T8, P7, P3, O1, OZ, O2, P4, P8 channels(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment decreased significantly. In θ(theta) band, the power values at O1, OZ, O2channel(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment decreased significantly. Conclusions: Through these results, we concluded that auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun on patients with dementia could have effect the functional mechanism of the cerebral cortex.
