        새로운 계열의 선택적 COX-2 저해제: Luotonin A 동족체 및 그 질소 유도체

        A series of luotonin A homologues and their aza-analogues were prepared and evaluated their inhibitory activities on COX-1 and 2 as well as their selectivities on COX-2. The aza-analogue of dimethylene-bridged homologue of luotonin A, 3,3'-dimethylene-2-(1',8'-naphthyrid-2'-yl)-4(3H)-quinazolinone (2b), exhibited strongest inhibitory activity against COX-1 and COX-2 dependent phase of prostaglandin $D_2$ generation in mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells in a concentration-dependent manner with an $IC_{50}$ of 39.3 and $1.89{\mu}M$, respectively. Selectivity of 2b on COX-2 over COX-1 was 21 which implied 2b can be a potential lead for the development of selective COX-2 inhibitor.

        고온 스트레스 영향에 따른 홀스타인종 젖소의 반추위내 미생물 균총 변화

        본 연구는 고온기 여름철 사육환경에서의 홀스타인종 젖소의 반추위내 미생물 균총 변화를 분석하고, 반추위내 미생물과 고온 스트레스간의 연관성을 규명하고자 수행하였다. 국립축산과학원 낙농과에서 사육 중인 홀스타인 젖소 10두의 반추위액을 채취하였으며, 채취한 시료 샘플은 PowerSoil® DNA Isolation Kit (Cat. No. 12888, MO BIO)를 이용하여 DNA를 추출한 후 Illumina HiSeq<sup>TM</sup> platform (Illumina, CA, USA)을 이용하여 미생물 균총 분석을 실시하였다. 반추위액 내 미생물 균총을 분석한 결과, 사육환경 온습도에 따른 미생물 군집 구성에는 큰 차이는 없었으나, 미생물의 상대적 함량에는 차이가 있었다. LEfSe 분석을 통해 적온과 고온 환경에서 특정 미생물들의 상대적 조성이 유의적으로 증가함을 확인하였다. 이들 결과를 볼 때, 반추위내 미생물 균총은 고온과 같은 외부 환경변화에 영향을 받는 것으로 판단되어 젖소의 고온스트레스 반응에 있어 반추위 미생물 변화가 중요한 역할을 담당할 것으로 사료된다. 추후 연구는 이러한 차이를 나타내는 미생물들의 대사 경로나 대사 물질에 분석을 통해 환경변화와 미생물간의 연관성 및 이러한 미생물 균총 조절을 통한 고온기 젖소의 적응성 향상을 위한 미생물학적 전략 연구가가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. This study was performed to investigate the effect of heat-stressed environment on rumen microbial diversity in Holstein cows. Rectal temperature and respiration rate were measured and rumen fluid was collected under normal environment (NE; Temperature humidity index (THI)=64.6) and heat-stressed environment (HE; THI=87.2) from 10 Holstein cows (60±17.7 months, 717±64.4 kg) fed on the basis of dairy feeding management in National Institute of Animal Science. The rumen bacteria diversity was analyzed by using the Illumina HiSeq<sup>TM</sup> 4000 platform. The rectal temperature and respiratory rate were increased by 1.5℃ and 53 breaths/min in HE compared to that in NE, respectively. In this study, HE exposure induced significant changes of ruminal microbe. At phylum level, Fibrobacteres were increased in HE. At genus level, Ruminococcaceae bacterium P7 and YAD3003, Butyrivibrio sp. AE2032, Erysipelotrichaceae bacterium NK3D112, Bifidobacterium pseudolongum, Lachnospiraceae bacterium FE2018, XBB2008, and AC2029, Eubacterium celulosolvens, Clostridium hathewayi, and Butyrivibrio hungatei were decreased in HE, while Choristoneura murinana nucleopolyhedrovirus, Calothrix parasitica, Nostoc sp. KVJ20, Anabaena sp. ATCC 33047, Fibrobacter sp. UWB13 and sp. UWB5, Lachnospiraceae bacterium G41, and Xanthomonas arboricola were increased in HE. In conclusion, HE might have an effect to change the rumen microbial community in Holstein cows.

        기상반응법에 의한 질화티타늄 제조

        TiN은 기상반응법으로 티타늄판과 질소가스의 질화반응에 의해 제조되었다. $\delta$-TiN은 약 1100-140$0^{\circ}C$의 온도 범위에서만 형성되는데 반해, 110$0^{\circ}C$이하의 온도에서는 $\varepsilon$-TiN 상도 관찰할 수 있었다. $\delta$-TiN의 미소정도값은 3000$\pm$300kg/m$m^2$였고, 격자상수는 0.4226$\mu\textrm{m}$였다. 가스의 유동속도가 0.7$\ell$/min의 속도이하에서는 확산과정에 의해 지배됨을 알 수 있었다. 활성화에너지가 110$0^{\circ}C$이상에서는 67.6Kcal/mol이었고 110$0^{\circ}C$이상에서는 13.9Kcal/mol이었던 것으로 보아 반응메커니즘이 110$0^{\circ}C$를 기점으로 변한다는 것을 명백히 관찰할 수 있었다. 그리고 증착속도가 확산과정에 의해 지배되는 영역에서 TiN의 증착속도는 전체 유량의 제곱근에 비례하였다.

        UAM 항공기 낙뢰 및 HIRF 환경에서 덕트의 케이블 보호 성능 분석 및 인증기술에 관한 연구

        Cities around the world are increasing their demand for Urban Air Mobility (UAM) aircraft due to traffic congestion with population concentration. Aircraft with various shapes depending on fixed-wing and propulsion systems, are being prepared for commercialization. Airworthiness certification is required as it is a manned transportation vehicle that flies in the city center and transports people on board. UAM aircraft are vulnerable to lightning and HIRF environments due to the increasing use of composite materials, the use of electric motors, and use of electronic equipment. Currently, the development of certification technology, guidelines, and requirements in lightning and HIRF environments for UAM aircraft is incomplete. In this study, the certification procedures for lightning and HIRF indirect impacts of rotorcraft shown in AC 20-136B and AC 20-158A issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), were verified and applied to the computerized simulation of UAM aircraft. The impact of lightning and HIRF on ducted fan UAM aircraft was analyzed through computerized simulation, and the basis for establishing practical guidelines for certification of UAM aircraft to be operated in the future is presented.

      • 고속철도 터널에서 경사갱구 입구의 미기압파 저감성능에 관한 연구(I)

        고속열차가 터널에 진입할 때 압축파가 터널 내부로 전파된다. 이 압축파와 연관된 터널출구 미기압파는 고속철도 열차-터널 인터페이스에서 발생되는 독특한 물리현상이다. 미기압파를 저감시키는 방법중에 터널 입 출구부에 공기역학적인 구조물을 사용하여 압축파의 시간에 대한 구배를 지연시키는 방법이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 터널주행 열차모형 시험기로 최적의 경사갱구를 개발하는 것이다. 경사갱구의 경사각도에 따른 시험을 통한 시험결과에서 터널 입구부에 $45^{\circ}$ 경사갱구를 적용했을 때 미기압파 최대 피크값이 19.2 %가 저감되었다. 터널 입 출입구 양쪽에 $45^{\circ}$ 경사갱구를 적용할 경우는 41.2% 저감되었다. 또한 터널 입 출입구 양쪽에 $30^{\circ}$ 경사갱구를 적용할 경우는 미기압파 최대 피크값이 34.6% 저감되었다. The compression wave produced when a high-speed train enters a tunnel propagates along the tunnel ahead of the train. The micro pressure wave related to the compression wave is a special physics phenomena created by high-speed train-tunnel interfaces. A among methods for the purpose of reducing the micro pressure wave is to delay the gradient of the compression wave by using aerodynamic structures. The objective of this paper is to determine the optimum slanted portal using the moving model rig. According to the results, the maximum value of micro pressure wave is reduced by 19.2% for the $45^{\circ}$ slanted portal installed at the entrance of the tunnel and reduced by 41.9% for the $45^{\circ}$ slanted portals at the entrance and exit of the tunnel. Also it is reduced by 34.6% for the $30^{\circ}$ slanted portals installed at the entrance and exit of the tunnel.

        식생밭두렁과 실트펜스를 이용한 밭 비점오염 저감효과 평가

        The objective of this study was to test the non-point source pollution (NPS) control by the vegetated ridge and silt fence through field monitoring. The experiment plots were established with three sizes which are 5 m width by 22 m length with 8 %, 3 % slope and 15m width by 15 m length with 6 % slope. Flumes with the floating type stage gages were installed at the outlet of each plot to monitor the runoff. For a rainfall monitoring, tipping bucket rain gage was installed within the experiment site. Water quality samples were monitored during the heavy rainfall occurred. The amount of rainfall from 4 monitored events ranged from 27.6 mm to 130 mm. The runoff reduction rate could vary depending on slope, soil, crop growth condition, rainfall amount, rainfall intensity, antecedent moisture condition, and many other factors. The runoff from vegetated ridge and silt fence treatment plots was 24.05 % and -8.28 % lower than that from control plot, respectively. The monitoring results showed that the average pollution loads reduced by vegetated ridge compared to control were BOD 36.62~53.60 %, SS 40.41~73.71 %, COD 39.34~56.41 %, DOC 49.08~53.67 %, TN 26.74~67.23 %, and TP 52.72~91.80 %; by silt fence compared to control were SS 41.73 %, COD 1.93 %, and TN 2.38 %. The paired t-test result indicated that the vegetated ridge and silt fence were statistically significant effect in SS load reduction, with a 5 % significant level. Monitored results indicated that vegetated ridge and silt fence were both effective to reduce the pollutant from the field surface runoff.

        SWAT 모형을 이용한 기후변화에 따른 남강댐 유입량 추정

        The objective of this study was to estimate the climate change impact on inflow to Namgang Dam using SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) model. The SWAT model was calibrated and validated using observed flow data from 2003 to 2014 for the study watershed. The $R^2$ (Determination Coefficient), RMSE (Root Mean Square Error), NSE (Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient), and RMAE (Relative Mean Absolute Error) were used to evaluate the model performance. Calibration results showed that the annual mean inflow were within ${\pm}5%$ error compared to the observed. $R^2$ were ranged 0.61~0.87, RMSE were 1.37~7.00 mm/day, NSE were 0.47~0.83, and RMAE were 0.25~0.73 mm/day for daily runoff, respectively. Climate change scenarios were obtained from the HadGEM3-RA. The quantile mapping method was adopted to correct bias that is inherent in the climate change scenarios. Based on the climate change scenarios, calibrated SWAT model simulates the future inflow and evapotranspiration for the study watershed. The expected future inflow to Namgang dam using RCP 4.5 is increasing by 4.8 % and RCP 8.5 is increasing by 19.0 %, respectively. The expected future evapotranspiration for Namgang dam watershed using RCP 4.5 is decreasing by 6.7 % and RCP 8.5 is decreasing by 0.7 %, respectively.

      • 고속철도에서 슬릿커버후드의 터널 미기압파 저감성능에 관한 연구(II)

        본 연구의 목적은 고속철도 터널 입구에 슬릿 커버 후드를 적용하여, 고속열차 터널 진입시 터널 출구 쪽에서 방사되는 미기압파를 저감시키는데 있다. 경부고속철도 $107m^2$의 단면적을 갖는 슬라브 궤도 0.5 km 터널에 대하여 슬릿 커버 후드라는 구조물 대책을 마련하였다. 개발시험 결과는 터널 입구에만 후드를 설치했을 경우 미기압파가 최대 41.2 %가 저감되었으며, 터널 입구에 후드를 설치하고 출구에 $45^{\circ}$ 경사갱구를 설치했을 경우는 47.7 %가 저감되었다. Purpose of this paper is to investigate the hood configuration at a tunnel entrance to reduce the micro pressure wave that is generated according to train speed. Two configurations were examined for the tunnel of 0.5 km in length. The experimental results show that a slit cover hood installed at the entrance of the tunnel reduces the maximum micro pressure wave by 41.2%, and the configuration with a slit cover hood installed at the entrance and the $45^{\circ}$ slanted portal at the exit of the tunnel suppress the pressure wave by 47.7%.
