This objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between participation level and participation motivation and happiness among skin-scuba participants. The scope of this study is the skin-scuba participants who activated in some Dong-Hae diction of Kangwondo in 2011. The scope was abstracted by using Convenience Sampling Method. We finally analyzed 278 questionnaires which were distributed 300 first. The way of material disposing was frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS program. The following research results were drawn. First, The intensity of exercise in participation level had a good effect on the health improvement and The exercise frequency of participation level had a good effect on self-development and The exercise frequency and exercise period of participation level had a good effect on guidance hope. Second, The exercise intensity of participation level had a good effect on satisfaction and The exercise intensity and frequency of participation level had a good effect on accomplishment. Third, The health improvement, accomplishment, guidance hope and sociality had a good effect on the happiness of satisfaction, and the health improvement and sociality had a good effect on the happiness of accomplishment.

이 연구에서는 우포늪의 깨끗한 물에서 분리된 Spirosoma rigui KCTC $12531^T$의 완전한 게놈 서열을 분석하였다. 이 게놈은 G + C 함량이 54.4%인 5,828,404 bp으로 구성되어 있고 4,774개의 유전자와 4,647개의 단백질 코딩 유전자, 9개의 rRNA 유전자 그리고 43개의 tRNA 유전자 및 73개의 위유전자(pseudogene)를 포함하고 있다. Spirosoma rigui KCTC $12531^T$ was isolated from fresh water from the Woopo wetland, Korea. In this study, we report the complete genome sequence of a bacterium Spirosoma rigui KCTC $12531^T$, its complete genome sequence was obtained using the PacBio RS II platform. The genome comprised of 5,828,404 bp with the G + C content of 54.4%, the genome included 4,774 genes were predicted, among them, 4,647 genes are protein-coding genes.

이 연구에서는 자동차의 에어컨의 바이오필름환경에서 분리 된 Spirosoma aerolatum KACC $17939^T$의 완전한 게놈 서열을 분석하였다. 이 게놈은 G + C 함량이 48.3%인 7,959,595 bp으로 구성되어 있고 6,471개의 유전자와 6,471개의 단백질 코딩 유전자, 9개의 rRNA 유전자 그리고 43개의 tRNA 유전자 및 115개의 위유전자(pseudogene)를 포함하고 있다. A Gram-stain-negative, yellow-pigmented bacterial strain, designated Spirosoma aerolatum KACC $17939^T$, was isolated from a biofilm of car air conditioner collected in Republic of Korea. In this study, we report the complete genome sequence of a bacterium Spirosoma aerolatum KACC $17939^T$ obtained using the PacBio RS II platform. The genome comprised of 7,959,595 bp with the G + C content of 48.3%, the genome included 6,640 genes were predicted, among them, 6,471 genes are protein-coding genes.

This study was conducted to analyze the effects of environmental factors such as soil moisture, light intensity, temperature and humidity on changes in cambial electrical resistance. To improve data quality, cambial electrical resistance was continuously measured at fixed points by using a data logger isolated from alternating current. The relationship between environmental factors and changes in cambial electrical resistance was also analyzed. The results are as follows: 1. Cambial electrical resistance is highly correlated to the temperature of the measured area(r=-0.934). Therefore, temperature compensation is needed to analyze the effects of other environmental factors on cambial electrical resistance changes. 2. If temperature is compensated for, the change of cambial electrical resistance is highly correlated to water vapor pressure(r=-0.836). 3. If temperature and humidity are compensated for, the change of cambial electrical resistance is highly correlated to intensity of light(r=-0.738). 4. Diurnal deviation of soil water potential is not more significantly related than the change of cambial electrical resistance. However, in the long-term, soil water potential and cambial electrical resistance are highly correlated(r=-0.831). This indicates that soil moisture significantly influences the long-term change of cambial electrical resistance.
Modeling of CPC/COLSS for YGN#3,4 simulator

본 논문에서는 한국형 원자력 발전소의 기준모델인 영광 3,4호기 운전원 훈련용 시뮬레이터의 모델링 절차와 ABB-CE 원전의 독특한 계통인 CPC/COLSS (Core protection Calculator/Core Operating Limit Supervisory System) 계통에 대한 모델링을 전개허고 있다. CPC/COLSS는 원자로를 포함하는 냉각재계통(NSSS)과 핵연료의 건전성을 보장하기위한 계통으로서 감시및 보호 과정에서의 계산을 디지털화시킴으로서 정확성과 함께 원자로의 안정성을 향상시킨 특색있는 계통이다. 따라서 영광 3,4호기 시뮬레이터에서는 CPC/COLSS 계통에 대한 정확한 모델링을 하여 시험을 통해 성능및 기능에 대한 검증을 마침으로서 CPC/COLSS 시뮬레이션 모델 개발이 성공적으로 되었고 영광 3,4호기 운전 특성에 맞는 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다.
