Incoloy 825 합금의 기계적 성질에 미치는 열처리의 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties in 90% hot forged Incoloy 825 alloy. With increasing solution treatment temperature, the grain size increased and the volume fraction of total precipitates decreased, and the precipitates disappeared at 1,000℃. With increasing aging time at 700℃, the volume fraction of precipitate increased and the precipitates size increased. Most of the precipitates consist Cr<sub>23</sub>C<sub>6</sub> carbide, and a small amount of TiC carbide was also observed. With decreasing solution treatment temperature and increasing aging time, tensile strength and hard-ness increased, and the elongation and impact value decreased. With increasing aging time, the impact value decreased sharply by the increased of the precipitate size. (Received March 17, 2017; Revised March 27, 2017; Accepted March 31, 2017)
발달장애인 커뮤니티 케어 실현방안 연구: 일본의 지역사회 실천을 중심으로

우리나라 발달장애인의 시설입소율은 다른 장애유형에 매우 높은 편이다. 따라서 발달장애인의 지역사회 삶을 지원하는 ‘커뮤니티 케어’는 다른 장애유형에 비해 매우 중요하다. 하지만 우리나라는 장애가족이 돌봄의 주체가 되어 부양부담을 호소하고 있다. 본 연구는 일본의 발달장애인의 지역사회 자립지원에 대한 기관방문과 인터뷰를 통해 실천사례를 분석하였다. 연구결과 일본 발달장애인의 지역사회로의 전환은 그룹홈을 중심으로 이루어지고 있었다. 민간은 그룹홈에서 중증장애인까지도 지역사회 생활이 가능하도록 지원하고 있으며, 삿포르시청은 고령부모의 발달장애인 돌봄문제 해결을 위한 민간연계를 진행하고 있었다. 이에 우리나라의 정책적 제언으로 그룹홈 확대와 장애인 거주시설의 기능전환, 고령부모의 장애인 돌봄 문제 대처, 청장년 독거인의 실태조사로 예방적 서비스의 제공을 제언한다. 실천적 제언으로는 자립을 위한 일상생활 능력향상을 위한 그림 등의 교육교재 개발과 보급, 자립생활을 위한 직업훈련에서 충분한 인력과 시설 확충, 성인 발달장애인과 보호자를 위한 쉼터 운영이 필요할 것이다. The rate of admission to facilities for people with developmental disabilities in Korea is very high for other types of disabilities. Therefore, 'community care', which supports life in the community for people with developmental disabilities, is very important compared to other types of disabilities. However, in Korea, families with disabilities are the problem of care and are appealing for the burden of support. This study analyzed practical cases through welfare institutional visits and interviews on support for community independence in Japan. As a result of the study, the transition of people with developmental disabilities to communities in Japan was centered on group home. The private sector is providing support for people with severe disabilities in group home to live in communities, and Sapporo City Hall is conducting private connections to solve the problem of caring for the developmentally disabled elderly parents. Accordingly, as Korean policy recommendations, it is proposed to expand group home, switch functions of living facilities for the disabled, cope with the problem of caring for the disabled by elderly parents, and provide preventive services through surveys on the actual condition of adults living alone. As practical suggestions, it is necessary to develop and distribute educational textbooks such as pictures to improve daily life skills for self-reliance, expand sufficient manpower and facilities in vocational training for self-reliance, and operate shelters for adults with developmental disabilities and their guardians.
Nd:YAG 레이저빔을 이용한 SCP 강판과 STS304강판 용접시 오프셋(off-set) 위치 결정에 관한 연구

This work was attempted to join SCP sheet and STS304 sheet by using Nd:YAG laser beam. SCP sheet has good formability and low cost, while STS304 has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in high temp. In this experiment, butt joint type was used to develop the tailored blank welding for dissimilar steel. Sheets which have different thermal properties.<BR> Computer simulation was conducted to obtain the off-set position for efficient welding by considering laser power, scanning speed, focal length and basic properties. The result showed that the optimum thermal distribution was obtained when the laser beam was irradiated at 0.05 ~ 0.1 ㎜ off-set toward the SCP sheet side.<BR> The experiment was conducted based on the result of computer simulation to show the same optimum conditions. Optimum conditions were 3KW in laser beam power, 6m/min in scanning speed, -0.5㎜ in focal position, 0.1㎜ off-set toward SCP. Microhardness test, tensile test, bulge test, optical microscopy, EDS, and XRD were performed to observe the microstructure around fusion zone and to evaluate the mechanical properties of optimum conditions.<BR> The weld zone had high microhardness values by the formation of the martensitic structure. Tensile test measured the strength of welded region by vertical to strain direction and the elongation of welded region by parallel to strain direction.<BR> Bulge test showed 52% formability of the original materials. Bead shape, grain size, and martensitic structure were observed by the optical microscopy in the weld zone. Detailed results of EDS, XRD confirmed that the welded region was connected of martensitic structure.
Development of Debris-free Process using Erasable Ink for Polymer Ablation

The excimer laser ablation of a polymer occurs by the excitation of chemical bonds to energy levels that are above the dissociation energy. In this process, however, fragmented debris is finally ejected explosively by the scission of bonds and accumulates on the material surface. In the present work, a process for eliminating surface debris contamination generated by the laser ablation of a polymer is developed. The proposed approach for removing surface debris utilizes an erasable ink pasted on a polymide. The ink pasted polyimide is ablated by KrF excimer laser. The surface debris ejected from the polyimide is then combined with the ink layer on the polymer. Finally, both the surface debris and the ink layer are removed using adhesive tape or alcohol solvent. The results suggest that the erasable ink method is a simple, low cost, and extremely effective debris eliminating process.
