사회참여활동유형과 알코올 사용에 관한 고찰 : 지역사회노인을 중심으로

지역사회 내 노인들의 문화에서 “알코올 사용”이 보편적이고 허용적인 행태임을 고려한다면 일반주의적인 관점에서 노인의 알코올 사용문제를 조망해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 노인들의 사회참여활동과 알코올 사용과의 관련성에 대해 살펴보았다. 노인들의 사회참여활동 유형으로는 사교단체, 종교단체, 취미, 레저단체(문화 활동), 자원봉사활동, 교육활동, 정치단체 등이 있으나 아직까지 “사교단체참여활동”이 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 대표적인 사교단체라 할 수 있는 경로당(노인정)을 이용하는 노인들은 주로 고령이며, 교육․문화적 혜택의 경험이 대체로 낮아 노인 당사자 스스로 보다 적극적인 사회참여활동의 방향을 제시하기에는 많은 어려움을 지닌다. 현재까지 경로당은 노인들의 자율적인 운영에 의지하고 있어 알코올사용과 화투, 장기 등이 여가놀이로서 깊이 자리 잡고 있다. 특히 알코올 사용은 노인의 건강에 매우 치명적이라는 연구결과들이 지속적으로 보고되고 있지만 노인들의 알코올 사용은 젊은 성인 군에 비해 더욱 심각하다. 이에 노인들의 알코올 사용을 줄이고 사회참여활동을 보다 적극적인 방향으로 확장시킬 수 있는 대안마련이 시급이 요구된다. 즉 다양한 노인들의 인구학적 특성을 고려한 개입과 노인 당사자 중심의 계획 및 실천이 보다 포괄적인 관점에서 이루어져야 하겠다.

공군 준·부사관의 부부관계의 질이 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과에 관한 연구

This study was designed to examine the relationship between marital quality and organizational commitment and seize the mediation effect between them. The objects of this research were married associate noncommissioned officer(staff sergeant, sergeant, master sergeant, yarn, warrant) and 350 questionnaires were analyzed. To examine the mediating effects of psychological well-being(depression, life satisfaction) between marital quality and organizational commitment, regression analysis was adapted with the procedure of Baron & Kenny(1986)'s Scale. The results were showed that depression had complete mediating effects on the relationship between marital quality and organizational or affective commitment. And Life satisfaction had partial mediating effects on the relationship between marital quality and organizational or affective commitment.

기업 성과 개선에 대한 정보기술의 역할

본 연구는 시장 지배력을 강조하는 전략적 포지셔닝 관점과 기업의 고유한 자원 개념화에 대한 자원기반 관점 사이의 상호보완을 통한 IT의 기업 성과에 대한 역할을 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 더 정확하게 말하자면, 연구모델은 구체적인 IT 능력과 전략에 대한 IT 지원, 그리고 기업 자산에 대한 IT 지원의 효과를 요약하여 보여준다. 본 연구는 IT 능력에는 기술 및 관리 능력을 제안하고, 전략적 IT 지원에는 혁신 차별화와 마케팅 차별화, 그리고 낮은 비용에 대한 IT 지원을 하위요소로 설정하였으며, 기업 자산 IT 지원에는 조직 역량과 마케팅 역량, 그리고 기술 역량을 위한 IT 지원을 하위요소로 두었다. 기업 성과는 정량적 및 정성적 성과로 세분화하여 측정하고자 한다. IT에 대한 의존도가 높은 기업들을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 본 연구의 결과는 기업이 사실상 성과를 개선하기 위해서는 내·외부 간의 비즈니스와 IT 간의 연계가 필요하다는 것을 제안한다. 이는 이론적으로는 IT 비즈니스 가치와 관련된 연구에 또 다른 맥락에서의 실증적 증거를 보여주는 시사점이 있으며, 실무적으로는 기업의 비즈니스 및 IT의 구체화된 통찰력을 제공하여 기업 의사결정에 좋은 가이드라인이 될 수 있는 공헌점이 있다.

Z세대가 업무 외의 시간을 보내는 생활공간 니즈 연구

다양한 개성을 가진 Z세대의 등장은 시장에 급 변화를 일으키고 있다. Z세대는 국내 전체 인구의 12.5%인 650만여 명에 달한다. 새롭게 부상하는 경제 주체인 이들은 개인의 개성에 따른 독특한 문화와 라이프스타일을 가지고 있다. 그러나 이와 동시에 이들은 불확실하고 경쟁적인 상황인 사회의 구성원으로서 높은 수준의 스트레스를 겪고 있었으며 이는 사회적 공간이 아닌 개인적 공간에 대한 애착이 높아지는 현상으로 이어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 Z세대가 업무 외의 시간을 보내는 주거 공간 생활에 대한 정성연구를 통하여 특이점을 발견하고 디자인 기회의 영역으로 삼아 디자인 개발 및 기획의 방향에 도움이 되는 가이드라인을 제안하고자 한다. 연구 진행은 Z세대 라이프스타일과 소비 특성에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 연구 대상과 범위를 Z세대 Homebody족의 주거 공간 니즈 연구로 특정 한 후, 보다 심층적인 데이터를 위해 정성 조사로 대상자 6명의 심층 인터뷰와 현장 관찰 조사를 진행하였다. 정성조사를 토대로 Z세대는 사회적으로 받은 스트레스를 간접 경험(1인 미디어)을 통해서 해소 한다는 것, 집이 단순 주거 공간이 아닌 개인의 가치를 반영한다는 것, 주거 공간의 사용 행태가 침대가 위치한 지점에서 동선과 시간이 가장 많이 소비 된다는 것을 알아내었다. 이에 따라서 침대를 중심으로 주거생활을 하는 Z세대 린백족[Lean back+族]을 타깃 대상자로 선정하였으며 이들을 위한 제품 개발 단계에 필요한 가이드를 제안 및 구체화하였다. 따라서 본 ‘Z세대 Homebody 린백족을 위한 디자인 개발 가이드’는 Z세대의 새로운 니즈와 사용자 경험을 반영하여 제품 개발 방향에 실질적인 가이드를 제안하고자 하는 연구이다. 본 연구는 앞으로 우리 사회의 주체가 될 새로운 세대의 삶의 질에 대한 관심과 이를 바탕으로 분석한 결과가 아주 실제적이며, 이러한 방향이 구체적인 제품 개발에 적용 될 수 있는 틀을 제시 하는 것에 그 의의가 있다. 미래에 소비주체가 될 Z세대를 위한 제품개발 및 전략에 기초 연구가 될 것을 기대한다. The emergence of Generation Z with diverse personalities is causing a sudden change in the market. Generation Z in Korea has 6.5 million people, or 12.5 percent of the total population. The newly emerging economic players have a unique culture and their respective lifestyles according to their individuality. At the same time, however, they were experiencing a high level of stress as members of society, an uncertain and competitive situation, which led to a growing attachment to personal space, not social space. Therefore, this study seeks to propose guidelines to help the development and planning of consumer electronics designs by discovering specific points through qualitative research on residential space life in which Generation Z spends time outside of work and making them an area of design opportunities. The research progress was conducted through the literature study on the Z-generation lifestyle and consumption characteristics, and the subject and scope of the study were specified by the Z-generation Homebody's living space needs study, and the in-depth interviews and field observation surveys were conducted for more in-depth data. Based on the qualitative survey, Generation Z found that social stress is relieved through indirect experience (one-person media), that the house reflects the value of the individual rather than just a residential space, and that movement and time are most consumed at the point where the bed is located. Accordingly, the Z Generation the Group of Lean back, who lives in a residential life centered on the bed, was selected as the target and the guide needed for the product development phase was proposed and specified for them. Therefore, this 'Design Development Guide for Generation Z Homebody Lynn' is a study that aims to be based on product development that improves the new needs and user experience of Generation Z. This study is meaningful in that the interest in the quality of life of a new generation, which will be the main body of our society in the future, and the analysis based on it is very practical, and that this direction is intended to provide a framework that can be applied to the development of specific products. It is expected that it will be a basic study of Generation Z's research and product development and marketing strategies that will be the main driver of future consumption.

독일의 군 의료체계 통합사례에 비추어 본 한반도 통일 대비 군 의료체계 통합 방향

Analyzing the integration of the German Federal Army’s medical system and the development of the Bundeswehr Joint Medical Service would be helpful for determining the integration direction of the military medical system on the Korean peninsula. The integration goals should aim to reduce health disparities and improve the health state of the unified soldiers in Korea. The integration stages could be divided into three periods. In the transitional period, a cooperative organization should be established to support essential medical services. In the introduction period, as a preparatory stage for the integration of the military medical system, a northern regional medical command should be established. In the stabilization period, a unified Korean army medical command should be established to unify the dualized military medical systems as one. 독일 통일 사례 분석은 남북한 통일 대비 예상되는 어려움을 예측하고, 많은 교훈과 시사점을 줄 수 있다. 독일연방군 의료체계 통합사례 및 합동의무군 체계 발전과정을 분석하여, 한반도 통일대비 군 의료체계 통합방향을 과도기-도입기–안정기 3단계로 구분하여 추진사업으로 도출한다. 통일한국군 건강향상을 목표로, 남북 군 의료체계 방식을 최대한 활용하여 공동 역할이 증대되어야 한다. 국가 및 공공의료체계, 군사체계 내 기획된 군 의료 역할을 바탕으로 그 기능 및 역할 확대를 위해 정부 및 관련 군 의료 실무자의 세부적 노력이 필요하다.

안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십이 근로자의 안전의식과 안전행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 20인 이상 50인 미만의 제조업 중소규모 사업장 근로자들의 안전보건관리를 위하여 “안전보건관리담당자 선임제도”의 활성화에 근거하여 안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십과 근로자들의 안전행동 간에 안전의식의 매개 효과를 제공하는지를 살펴봄으로써 안전리더십, 안전의식과 안전행동에 대한 이해와 중요성을 파악하여 중소기업 근로자의 안전의식 향상과 안전행동 개선을 도모하는데 시사점을 제시하고, 이에 대하여 실증분석을 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구모형을 제안하고, 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 선행연구에 근거한 가설 검증을 실시하였다. 제안된 연구모형을 살펴보면, 안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십이 근로자의 안전의식과 안전행동에 직접적 영향을 미치며 안전리더십이 근로자의 안전행동에 영향을 미치며, 이 과정에서 안전의식이 매개변수로 사용되었다. 본 연구를 위해 부산 · 경남지역에 소재한 20인 이상 50인 미만의 제조업 사업장에 근무하고 있는 안전보건관리담당자 및 근로자를 대상으로 2022년 8월 한 달 동안 350명의 설문조사를 실시하여 그중에 불성실한 응답을 제외한 334부의 설문지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 기초통계분석, 타당성 및 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계 분석을 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십이 근로자의 안전의식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십이 근로자의 안전행동에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 중 · 소규모 사업장 근로자의 안전의식이 안전행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 넷째, 안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십이 근로자의 안전행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미침과 동시에 안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십이 근로자의 안전의식에 영향을 미치고, 근로자의 안전의식이 다시 근로자의 안전행동에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 이러한 연구결과는 근로자의 안전의식과 안전행동에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십이 중요하다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 안전보건관리담당자의 안전리더십은 근로자의 안전행동과 안전의식에 직접적으로 영향을 미치고, 근로자의 안전의식은 안전행동에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

돌연변이의 미학: 로리 호긴 작품 연구

This study explores Laurie Hogin’s unique ecological approach by examining her artworks, which have not been extensively studied in South Korea. The analysis of her works focuses on the salient feature of ‘mutation’, highlighting the ecological perspective rooted in the major concepts of Félix Guattari’s ecosophy. First, through the lens of Guattari’s “Three Ecologies”, it is shown that Hogin’s mutation is not just biological reproduction, but a combination of non-human minorities, human-as-animal, and consumer subjectivity with in the ecosystem. Hogin’s mutation is ecological in its ability to facilitate the transformation of human subjectivity through sensory experiences that deviate from the everyday. It is a delicate endeavor to assess the capacity of artworks to produce new subjectivities. However, Hogin’s works actively reveal non-human others and raise questions about the capitalism’s subjugation through symbols and consumer subjectivity. Consequently, this has the potential to serve as a catalyst for some viewers in their ecological departure. Furthermore, this study argues that art, as a platform for experimentation and exploration, can play an important role in solving ecological problems and facilitating paradigm shifts in human behavior and cognition. Art can be a powerful catalyst in addressing ecological crises by promoting shifts in perception, diverse perspectives, sensory sharing and connection, social dialogue, and interdisciplinary research. Accordingly, this paper concludes by emphasizing that mutation in art is an important key to a future that respects the values of diversity and heterogeneity.
