궤도 검측 모듈의 현차 모의 시험을 위한 성능평가용 시뮬레이터의 구동 알고리즘 개발

궤도 검측차에 탑재되는 궤도 검측 모듈은 철도 레일의 안전검사 및 유지보수를 위한 각종 측정 업무에 사용되며 이를 위한 충분한 성능이 검증되어야 한다. 따라서 궤도검측 모듈은 개발과정에서 시뮬레이터를 이용한 지상 현차 모의 시험을 수행하여야 하며 고속 주행 시 발생하는 진동 및 움직임, 회전, 등의 조건을 실제적으로 모사할 수 있는 경을 확보하여야 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 고속 회전체를 이용한 궤도 검측 모듈의 성능 평가 방식을 제안하고 EN13231및 EN13848, 등의 관련규정에서 요구하는 성능 평가를 수행할 수 있는 구동 알고리즘을 개발하여 시뮬레이션 방식으로 이를 평가하였다. The railway inspection module installed on the track recording vehicle is used for the various measurements for the safety inspection and maintenance of railway, and should be sufficiently validated. So the railway inspection module should be experimentally tested with the condition of on-track test on the ground in the development using the simulator. Experiments should be included the environment which can simulate of real situation such as vibration, movement and rotation by high-speed driving. Thus, we propose the method for performance evaluation with high speed rotator. Thus, we propose the method for performance evaluation for the railway inspection module using high speed rotor. We have developed an operating algorithm which is required as standard such as EN13231 and EN13848, and evaluated for the performance of simulator through the simulation.

궤도 검측 시스템의 시험 및 품질 관리를 위한 성능 평가용 소프트웨어 개발

궤도 검측 차량에 설치하여 운영되는 대표적인 궤도 검측 모듈은 궤도 틀림 검측모듈, 레일 단면/마모 검측 모듈, 레일 표면/침목/체결구 결함 탐지 모듈, 선로 순회 점검 모듈, 등이 있다. 각 검측 모듈은 레이저, 고속 카메라, 신호처리보드 및 INS, 등의 다양한 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어로 구성되어 있으며 EN13231및 EN13848, 등의 관련규정에 따른 성능평가를 수 행하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 궤도 검측 모듈에 대한 통합 성능시험을 수행 할 수 있는 성능 평가용 소프트웨어를 개발하였으며 이에 따라 궤도 검측 모듈의 개발에 대한 체계적인 성능평가 및 품질관리의 기능을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The representative railway inspection modules installed on the track recording vehicle are the inspection module for track irregularity, the inspection module for rail cross-section and abrasion, and the detection module for the defection of rail surface, sleeper, and Fastening. Each inspection module consists of various hardware and software such as laser, high speed camera, signal processing board, INS, and so on. Moreover all inspection modules should be tested under the regulation such as EN13231, EN13848. So we have developed the performance-evaluating software which is for the overall performance test of various inspection modules. We hope to offer the role of systematic performance management and quality control in the development of track inspection module.

의료기관 조제실제제의 안전한 관리방안 마련을 위한 연구

Compounding preparations are medications that are prepared in the hospital setting when they are needed for patient care but not marketed by manufacturing or importing companies. This study was performed to investigate current proposals and actual productions of compounding preparations and management practices in hospital pharmacies nationwide, and to make suggestions for a comprehensive and effective management system by comparing and analyzing the national and foreign safety management systems. As a result of this study, we figured out 1,984 compounding preparations in the hospital setting were proposed, and 1,181 of them (59.5%) were actually produced in 2014. The majority of the preparations were reported from metropolitan areas including Seoul and Gyeonggi-do since there are many major medical centers and hospitals in this area. Majority of the compounded medications were solutions for external use, particularly antiseptic solutions. The study showed variety of status of approval procedure, regular report, information for beyond use date and managing pharmacist education in survey hospitals. Compared to other foreign countries, the range of the compounding in Korea has been limited to prescription drugs excluding narcotics, psychotropic drugs and nonprescription medications. Compounding preparations will be able to deal with the situations in which patients are not satisfied with the marketed medications and need individualized medications regimen. It is necessary to standardize safe management for production and using of compounding preparations.

HTML 필터 기능을 갖춘 WAP 게이트웨이 시스템 구축

최근 이동 무선통신 환경에 대하여 점차 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이동 무선통신 환경을 구축하기 위하여 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) 및 WAP 게이트웨이(Gateway) 등이 제안되었는데, WAP 게이트웨이는 이동 무선통신 환경에서도 기존의 유선 네트워크를 함께 이용할 수 있도록 하였다. 그런데 이런 시도는 새로이 WML(Wireless Markup Language)로 구축된 웹사이트들에게만 적용될 뿐이며, HTML로 구축된 기존의 많은 웹사이트들을 지원할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 WML 웹사이트들뿐만 아니라, 기존의 HTML 웹사이트들의 내용도 이동 무선통신 환경에서 사용될 수 있도록 하기 위하여, HTML 필터 기능을 갖춘 WAP 게이트웨이 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 WAP 서버, 웹 클라이언트, 프로토콜 변환기, WML 인코더/디코더, HTML 필터 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이동 무선단말기 에뮬레이터를 사용한 실험에서 이 시스템을 사용한 결과, WML 및 HTML 웹사이트들에 대해서 수동적인 변환 없이도 이동 무선단말기에서 검색이 가능하였다. There has been intensive interest on mobile wireless communication environments in recent years. In order to establish mobile wireless communication environments, WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) and WAP Gateways have been proposed, which make it possible to use existing wired networks in mobile wireless communication environments also. However, many existing HTML Web sites cannot be supported in this attempt, although new WML (Wireless Markup Language) Web sites can be supported. In this paper, an WAP Gateway system equipped with HTML filtering is designed and implemented so that existing HTML Web sites as well as new WML Web sites can be accessed in mobile wireless communication environments. The system consists of a WAP server, a Web client, a protocol converter, a WML encoder/decoder, and a HTML filter. An mobile wireless terminal emulator is used in order to experiment the system in mobile wireless communication environments. The experiment shows that the mobile wireless terminal emulator can access freely HTML web sites as well as WML web sites without any human intervention with the help of the system.

폐암 발생 용접공의 유해물질 노출 평가 및 폐암 원인에 관한 고찰

The purpose of this case study is to report a case of lung cancer with exposure to welding fumes of welders in Korea and to demonstrate the causal relationship with exposure to welding fumes, especially with nickel and hexavalent chromium. The case is 47 years old, and had been engaged in welding, gas cutting, grinding and goosing on mild, stainless steel and nickel steel for 11 years from 1982 to 1993, and have been engaged in cleaning steel rollers with a cleaning oil in the same work shop since 1993. The level of welding fume exceeded the occupational exposure limit of 5㎎/㎥ established by the Korean Ministry of Labor and American Conference of Government Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH). Especially, detectable hexavalent chromium and nickel was generated during welding, gousing on stainless and nickel steel. However, there was no ventilation systems(local and dilution) and no personal protection. There is several evidence that the past (1983-1993) exposure would be higher than the present. In conclusion, the lung case could be associated with his task including welding, gousing, and this association could be attributed to carcinogenic potential of the nickel and chromium in the fume.
