본 연구는 조직간 협력네트워크의 활성화가 지역의 컨벤션산업발전을 위해 효과적이라는 가정 하에 지역의 컨벤션산업 조직 간에 형성된 네트워크의 구조적 특성과 네트워크 내의 중심 조직을 파악함으로써, 지역컨벤션산업조직간 협력네트워크의 활성화방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 지역컨벤션산업조직, 조직간 협력네트워크, 사회연결망 분석방법에 관한 문헌검토가 이루어졌다. 이를 토대로 지역컨벤션산업조직간 협력네트워크의 경계를 설정하고, 네트워크를 통해 교환되는 자원의 내용과 네트워크를 통한 협력의 강도를 기준으로 여섯 개의 협력네트워크 유형을 설정하여 각 협력관계의 구조적 특성을 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 설문조사는 인천지역의 컨벤션산업조직을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 연결망의 구조적 특성을 파악하기 위해 밀도분석 및 중심성분석이 실시되었다. 협력의 강도가 증가할수록 네트워크의 밀도는 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 중심성지표 분석결과 전반적으로 인천시, 인천 CVB, 컨벤션센터 등의 공공부문이 네트워크 내에서 중추조직으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 일부 협력관계망에서는 민간부문이 핵심역할을 수행하고 있음을 발견하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 인천지역의 컨벤션산업조직간 네트워크를 활성화시키기 위한 네트워크 관리방안 및 지방정부의 조정과 지원방안이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to propose activation strategy for the collaborative network of local convention industry organizations. On the condition that forming collaborative network be effective in local convention industry development, the study aimed to analyze structural characteristics of inter- organizational network in local convention industry. The literature review covered local convention industry organizations, collaborative network and social network analysis. Based on the previous researches, the boundary of collaborative network was set and six fields of collaborative network were established according to the types of resources and level of collaboration. Survey data were collected from organizations within Incheon convention industry. Network density and centrality were analyzed to reveal the structural characteristics. The results indicated that network density became low as level of collaboration became high. The study also found that Incheon Government, local CVB and convention center should play pivotal roles to activate local convention industry network and that private sectors should play key roles in specific network fields. In conclusion, the study suggested network management strategy and local governments` adjustment and support plan to promote local convention industry.

외모가꾸기 프로그램이 여성치매노인의 자아존중감과 불안에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 외모가꾸기 프로그램이 여성치매노인의 자아존중감과 불안감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 시도한 유사실험연구로서 비동등성 대조군 전후 실험설계 방법을 이용했다. 연구기간은 2009년 4월 13일부터 5월 1일까지였다. 연구대상은 호남지역 G시에 위치한 노인병원에 치매로 진단받고 입원중인 노인 중에서 연구대상자 기준에 적합한 41명이었으며, 실험처치를 받은 실험군 20명과, 실험처치를 받지 않은 대조군 21명이었다. 실험처치는 외모가꾸기 프로그램이었으며, 실험군에게 외모가꾸기 프로그램을 2주간 계속하여, 총 10회를 제공하였으며, 비실험군은 처치를 제공받지 않았다. 자아존중감 측정도구는 Rosenberg (1965)가 개발하고, 전병제(1974)가 번안한 것을 사용하였으며, 불안측정도구는 Spielberger(1970) 가 개발하고, 김정택(1991)이 번안한 상태불안척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 12.0을 사용하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 실수와 백분율을 분석하였고, 실험군과 대조군의 동질성 검정은 t-test와 카이검증을 하였다. 가설검정은 t-test와 다변량 분석을 하였다. 또한 연구결과의 신뢰도와 타당도를 높이기 위해 관찰법을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과는 2주간의 외모가꾸기 프로그램을 적용한 실험군의 자아존중감이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았으며 외모가꾸기 프로그램을 적용한 실험군의 불안 점수는 대조군보다 유의하게 낮았다. 관찰내용 분석결과 또한 실험연구 결과를 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 외모가꾸기 프로그램이 여성치매노인의 자존감을 높이고, 불안감을 낮추는 유용한 건강관리 프로그램으로 활용될 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다. This study is a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest study to determine the effects of a make up program on the self-esteem and anxiety of the elderly female dementia patients. This research was done between April 13th and May 1st, 2009. The subjects were 41 dementia patients in an elderly hospital in Honam Area. Twenty dementia patients in the experimental group got the make up measures during the two week experimental period and twenty one dementia patients in the contrast group didn't get any measure during the two week period. Make up measures were given to the experimental group 10 times for the two week period. This study used the self-esteem scale which was developed by Rosenberg(1965) and was translated and modified by Jeon Pyung Je(1974) into Korean. The anxiety status scale which this study used was developed by Spielberger(1970) and was translated and modified by Kim Jeong Taek(1991) into Korean. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS Win 12.0. T-test and multivariate analysis were done to test the hypothesis. This study also used a method of observation. The results of this study are following. After the two week make up measures, the experimental group had more self esteem and less anxiety status than the contrast group. The differences were statistically significant. The result of the observation also supported the research hypothesis. Based on this result, we suggest the make up program as an appropriate and useful nursing care intervention program for female dementia patients.

본 연구는 통합적 인지훈련프로그램이 지역사회 노인의 인지기능에 미치는 효과를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 비동등성 대조군 전후설계로 일 지역의 노인복지관을 이용하는 만 65세 이상 노인 중 56명을 실헙군과 대조군에 각각 28명씩 임의 배정하였으며, 실험군에는 2011년 9월 3주부터 12월 2주까지 1주2회, 1회 90분씩, 12주간, 총 24회의 통합적 인지훈련프로그램을 적용하였다. 실험처치 전에 실험군과 대조군의 인적사항과 노인용인지검사를 실시하였으며, 실험처치 후에 다시 실험군과 대조군의 노인용인지검사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 통합적 인지훈련프로그램 실시 후 실험군의 노인용 인지검사(전체지능, 기초지능, 관리지능, 주의기능, 작업기억, 언어기억, 시공간력, 기억기능, MMSE-K1)점수가 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 상승된 것으로 나타났다(p< .05). 본 연구는 통합적 인지훈련 프로그램이 지역사회 노인의 인지기능을 향상시킬 수 있다는 점을 파악한 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Effects of the Integrative Cognitive Training Program on Cognitive Function of the community elderly. Nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. 28 subjects were assigned to each of the group. 24 sessions of the integrative Cognitive Training Program were applied to the experimental group from September to December. The program was provided twice per week for 12weeks, total 24 sessons to the experimental group. Cognition scale for older adults(CSOA) was used to measure cognitive function of the groups before and after the Intervention. The score of Cognition Scale for Older Adults was significantly increased in experimental group than in control group(p< .05). The results of the study that Integrative Cognitive Training Program can be vey useful to improve the cognitive ability for the community elderly.

시설치매노인의 문제행동에 대한 간호대학생 임상실습경험의 현상학적 연구

The aim of this study is to understand the nursing students’ experiences of caring for the elderly with dementia in nursing home. The subjects of this study were ten nursing students who experienced clinical nursing practicum in nursing home. Data were collected using participant observation from October 7 to Octorber 18, and open-in-depth interviews from October 21 to October 30, 2013. For the data analysis, the Colaizzi phenomenologic al method was utilized. Nursing students’ experiences of behavioral problems of demented elderly patients were classified into the following four categories: ‘acute stress symptoms’, ‘internal conflict’, ‘obtaining coping strategies’, and ‘adaptation’. There were 12 clusters of themes. As a conclusion, nursing students’ experience in behavioral problems of demented elderly in nursing home started with stressful responses from the experience of behavioral problems but later on they realized the satisfaction of themselves through their efforts. The results of this study suggested that various kinds of educational resources and preparation are helpful for nursing students practicum on the demented elderly patients.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the experience of health teachers on school health practice of elementary and middle high school Methods: The subjects were 15 health teachers who work in elementary and middle high school in J province. The data were collected using focused group interview and unstructured questionnaire. The contents of the interview were recorded and tranferred to computer database. The data were analyzed using Colaizzi's qualitative study methode. Results: There were 5 categoies of the themes. They were 'feeling of existence as a student's mom', 'difficults of counselling', 'difficults of goal achievement in school health practice' 'meaningfullness", and 'need of the ability improvement'. Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of the health teacher's school health practice, work overloading of the school health teachers should be decreased, their counselling skills should be trained, and they should be supported by the school and school members.

컨벤션센터의 서비스스케이프가 컨벤션센터 이용자의 만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향: 인천 송도컨벤시아를 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of servicescape on satisfaction and revisit intention. It is hypothesized that perceived quality of convention center`s servicescape will have a positive impact on the users` satisfaction and the revisit intention. Data was collected from 333 convention participants at newly opened Songdo Convensia convention center. Result of an exploratory factor analysis indicated six internal environment factors(convenience, aesthetics, cleanliness, pleasantness, equipment functionality, spatial layout) and three external environment factors(attractiveness, lodging convenience, accessibility). Perceived quality of these 9 factors had a positive impact on the users` satisfaction and the on their post-visit attitude.
