The conventional CO2 inverter arc machine has constant voltage output characteristics and uses constant wire speed controller for welding current control By adoption of PWM inverter to the welding machine, the spattering was reduced rather than the thyrister arc welding machine or AC arc welding machine Moreover, by the high switching frequency, the output reactor size could be reduced evidently<br/> Recently, the studies on optimal voltage and current waveform for the welding performance Improvement have been studied. In this paper, a new instantaneous output current control scheme during the short circuit mode was proposed and showed the capability of arc stability improvement and the reduction of spatter generation.

Compare with diode or thyristor bridge AC/DC converter, the 3 phase PWM converter has some merits of low THD and unit power factor. So, in many critical application like as UPS, using PWM converter is the trends. 3 phase PWM converter had been studied widely already. But analytical design procedure can not found from publication for hardware design and controller design. So, in this paper, 3 phase PWM converter analysis review was given. And from the DC analysis result, parameter design was done. From the AC model, the voltage controller and current controller was designed. The gain of controllers was calculated by analytical method.

The application field of photovoltaic system has been increased widely. The parallel operation system of UPS is used to increase reliability of power source at critical load. But parallel UPS system has a few defects, impedance is different from each other and circulating current occurs between UPSs, due to line impedance and parameter variation, though controlled by the same synchronization signal. According to such characteristic of parallel UPS, balanced load-sharing control is the most important technique in parallel UPS operation. In this paper, a novel power deviation compensation algorithm is proposed, it is composed of voltage controller to compensate power deviation that be calculated by using active and reactive current deviation between inverters on synchronous d-q reference frame.

광고용 EL은 소형 띠(String)형태로 많이 사용되고 있으나, 제조기술의 발달로 면광원 형태로 제작되어 광고용으로 사용되기에 이르렀다. 면광원 EL은 부하 커패시턴스가 크고 구동 소음이 시트 자체에서 발생한다는 문제가 있으므로 이를 분석하고 보완한 인버터의 설계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 EL특성을 분석하여 EL 시트 구동 인버터의 설계 및 제어에 대해 서술한다. 특히 부하 모델링을 통한 인버터의 토폴로지 선정 및 설계 파라미터를 구할 것이며 시뮬레이션 및 실험에 의해 그 특성을 검증한다.

AC 전동기용 다이나모 시스템은 동력흡수방식을 중심으로 제작되어 많이 사용되고 있으나, 속응성 및 내구성등이 열악하여 유지?보수등에 다소 어려움을 겪고 있어 소형 전동기를 중심으로 유도전동기를 이용한 다이나모 시스템에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 현재 소형 AC 전동기를 이용한 다이나모 시스템에 관한 연구가 진행되어 있으나 수십 ㎾급 전동기의 운전에만 제한되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 200㎾급 AC 다이나모미터의 설계 및 제어에 대하여 서술한다. 기존 데이터 취득방식의 단점을 보완한 초고속 통신모듈을 내장한 데이터 송수신 시스템을 이용하여 AC 다이나모미터의 특성을 개선하였다. 실험을 통하여 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템의 설계 및 제어를 검증한다.

There are two ways in the output voltage control method in PWM inverter. One is the double loop voltage control composed of inner current control loop and outer voltage control loop. Because it shows fast response and low steady state error, utilized in many application. The Other is single loop voltage control method composed of voltage control loop only. It's characteristics shows lower performance in case of high output impedance than double loop voltage control. But in low output impedance, it shows good control performance in all load range than double loop control.<br/> In this paper, single loop voltage control rule and gain was developed analytically, and these were verified through computer simulation and experiment.
