        코칭산업의 이해

        As the recent global financial market is placed in an unstable and an uncertain environment, businesses exert themselves to improve staff members’ performance and leadership. However, they recognize that the past management method of instruction has a limit in improving their competitiveness. Many references say that coaching accelerates learning, improves leadership, develop individual capacity and others. Coaching shows a rapid growth in the global market and in the country. As for measures to develop potential of the members and improve leadership to elevate the organizational performance, businesses suggest coaching. The study is designed to arrange contents which are differently defined according to the viewpoints of many researchers, and seek for understanding and structure of coaching industry which is being under expansion and growth. In particular, qualification and capacity of coach, an interested party of coaching as well as academic background are to be examined. Lastly, as coaching has a pivotal role of developing human resources and causes confusion in the use of intervention methods similar to coaching, the comparison between them was made to find out its current position. Consequently, the study is to make the use of coaching and its implication and relevant suggestions. The limit of the study is that it was made centering on literature released in and out of the country. Besides, the subject to research is limited to coach, an interest party in coaching industry. I would like to suggest through the study that first, a study to find out coach, an interest party of coaching, coachee, customer and coaching system is needed. Second, it is needed to develop a capacity model capable of managing capacity level of coach and sharing between interest parties. Third, a study regarding academic background of coach to works as a professional coach in the global market is needed. Fourth, educational program development for fostering a professional coach is necessary.

        성인학습자의 프로틴 경력과 무경계 경력이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 프로틴 경력의 하위요인인 자기주도와 가치중시 그리고 무경계경력의 하위요인인 무경계 의식과 조직이동선호가 주관적 경력성공 요인인 경력만족, 고용가능성 및 삶의 만족과의 관계를 조사하고자 한다. 이 연구를 위해서 다양한 조직에서 근무하면서 성인학습에 참여하고 있는 S 사이버대학교 재학생 138명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석방법은 신뢰도와 타당성분석을 위해서 내적일관성 및 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주관적 경력성공에 대한 인구통계적 변인들은 상관관계를 보이지 않았으나, 프로틴 경력과 무경계 경력은 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 연구결과는 프로틴 경력의 하위요인들과 무경계 경력태도의 하위요인인 조직이동선호는 주관적 경력성공에 아무런 영향을 주지 못했다. 그러나 무경계 경력태도의 무경계의식은 주관적 경력성공 변인인 경력만족, 고용가능성 및 삶의 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 이 연구의 시사점과 한계를 설명하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between protean career(self-directed and value-directed), boundaryless career(boundaryless mindset and organizational mobility) and subjective career success. Data were obtained from 138 adult students who were working in a variety of organizations and were studying in cyber university. Analytical methods used were confidence analysis and correlation analysis to find out the relationship between the variables after which multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the effects of the relationship among protean career, boundaryless career and subjective career success. Results showed that protean career and boundaryless career were significantly correlated to subjective career success. Moreover, findings revealed that boundaryless mindset had a positive relationship with career satisfaction, employability and life satisfaction. However, Self directed, value directed and organizational mobility did not have a significant relationship with subjective career success. Finally, implications, limitations and future research directions were discussed.

        친환경상품에 대한 그린소비자의 특성에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 실제 그린소비자의 친환경상품에 대한 의식과 라이프스타일을 분석하는데 연구목적이 있다. 전국에 분포되어 있는 S사이버대학교 재학생을 대상으로 164부의 유효 설문지 중 그린소비자라고 답한 152부를 대상으로 분석하였다. 선행연구들과는 달리 직접 소비자에게 자신이 그린소비자인지 비 그린소비자인지를 응답하게 하여 이를 토대로 친환경상품에 대한 의식과 라이프스타일의 차이를 살펴보았다. 조사대상자의 40.1%가 그린소비자라 응답하였으며, 59.9%가 비그린소비자라 응답하였다. 그린소비자는 남성으로 결혼을 하였으며, 연령이 높고, 소득수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그린소비자의 의식은 ①“친환경상품에 대한 관심도”가 높고, ②“친환경상품 구매 시 환경마크가 영향을 미쳤는가”에 영향을 받았고, ③“환경오염을 줄이기 위해서 불편함을 감수하고 친환경상품을 구매할 의향이 있다”고 하였다. 그린소비자와 비 그린소비자 간 라이프스타일의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 단, 8개요인 중에서 2개요인(알뜰구매, TV선호) 2개 항목에서 차이가 있음을 보여주었다. 알뜰구매 요인에서 그린소비자는 쇼핑을 가기 전에 쇼핑목록을 미리 작성하며, TV을 덜 선호하고 신문을 읽는 것으로 나타났다. This paper is an in-depth analysis on green consumer’s consciousness regarding eco-friendly products and its lifestyle. Among the 164 students of S Cyber University who were surveyed nation-wide, almost all participants(92.7%) categorized themselves as green consumers. Unlike the previous studies on the same topic, this survey asked the participants first to clarify whether they were green consumers, and then to self-categorize their awareness on eco-friendly products and their lifestyle. 40.1% of them categorized themselves as green consumers, while the other 59.9% answered they were not. The results in three out of seven categories regarding eco-friendly products differed. Analysis of their lifestyles in the eight factors showed differences in the factors such as preference for television, thrifty shopping habits. The results suggest that green consumers have high consciousness and interest regarding eco-friendly products. They check whether the products they purchase have an eco-friendly certification, and are willing to withstand inconvenience to reduce pollution. Preferring newspapers to television, they have thrifty shopping habits. As the previous studies shown, there was not a close correlation between their consciousness of eco-friendly products and their actual purchasing behavior.

        프로틴 경력태도와 성격(Big 5)이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 프로틴 경력태도(자기주도, 가치 중시)와 성격(Big 5)이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 S사이버대학교에 재학 중이며 직장 경험이 있는 316명의 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 분석결과 프로틴 경력태도의 하위요인인 자기주도(Self-directed)와 가치 중시(Value-driven)는 삶의 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 5가지 성격(Big 5) 요인중 성실성과 외향성은 정(+)의 영향을 신경증은 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 학문적 의의 , 실무적 시사점 및 제한점과 추후 연구과제에 대해서 논의 하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between personality(Big 5), protean career(self-directed and value-driven) and life satisfaction. Data were obtained from 316 adult students who were working in a variety of organization and were attending to study in Seoul cyber university. The result showed that self-directed and values-driven career attitude had a positive relationship with life satisfaction. Personality(Big 5) was significantly correlated to life satisfaction. Conscientiousness and extraversion had a positive relationships with life satisfaction. Neuroticism had a negative relationships with life satisfaction. Agreeableness, and openness did not had a relationships with life satisfaction. Finally, implications, limitations and future research were discussed.

        전자무역 : 사물인터넷(IoT)의 주요국 정책과 시장전망에 관한 연구

        Gartner는 2014년 10대 성장 동력 중의 하나로 사물인터넷(IoT)를 언급한 바 있다. 또한 연초에 개최된 CES에서도 사물인터넷이 참석자들의 많은 주제거리로 등장하였다. Gartner는 2020년까지 연결된 기기의 수는 260억대, 총 경제 부가가치는 1조9,000억 달러로 성장할 것이라 전망하고 있다. 사물인터넷에 대한 정의는 기관마다 다양하게 정리하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양하게 정의되고 있고 M2M, IoE와 같이 유사하게 혼용되어 쓰이는 사물인터넷의 개념을 정리하였다. 또한 사물인터넷의 국내외 시장전망에 대해 언급한 연구기관들의 전망치들을 정리하여 보았다. 사물인터넷이 급성장하고 10대 성장 동력에 선정되어짐에 따라 미국, 중국, 일본, EU, 우리나라의 사물인터넷에 대한 정책들이 어떻게 수립되고 추진되는지를 살펴보았다. 더불어서 주요기업들의 사물인터넷에 대한 최근의 전략들이 어떻게 진행되고 있는지도 살펴보았다. 끝으로 이에 따른 우리기업들과 정부의 대응책이 무엇인가에 대해서 논의해 보았다. Gartner mentioned IoT (Internet of Things) as one of the ten growth engines in the world in 2014. In addition, IoT has been frequently invited as a theme by participants at CES held in the early this year. Gartner predicts that the number of devices connected will reach to 26 billion and a total of economic value added will grow to 1.9 trillion dollars until 2020. The definition of IoT has been arranged in a different way by each institution. Therefore, this study arranged the concept of IoT which has been variously defined and used together with M2M and IoE. Further, forecasts presented by research institutions which stated domestic and foreign market outlook were collected and arranged. As IoT is on the uptrend and is selected as one of the ten growth engines in the world, it was found out how policies on IoT in the US, China, Japan and Korea were established and promoted as well as how recent strategies on IoT of major large companies have been carried out. Lastly, the following countermeasures of our government and companies were discussed.
