특징형상을 이용한 NC선반가공 프로그래밍 시스템 'FeaTURN'의 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 선반작업에서의 피삭체의 형상을 특징형상(feature)단위로 정 의하였고, 이 특징형상을 이용하여 형상정의를 수행한 후 가공순서 및 가공조건을 대 화형식으로 입력하면 공구위치 데이터(CL data)를 자동으로 산출하고 이를 기계제어데 이터(MC data)로 변화시켜 주는 NC선반가공 프로그래밍시스템 FeaTURN (Feature-based TURNing system)을 개발하였다. The feature based modeling approach is useful for post-CAD related works such as process planning and NC part programming. This paper describes the development of 'FeaTURN' system which is feature based NC part programming system for turning operation. The programming task in 'FeaTURN' system becomes easy and effective with the assistance of feature icons. The manufacturing attributes can be handled toghther with the features during input procedure. The cutter location data (CLD) is determined by the processor module. The post process module converts the CL data to machine control data (MCD). Also, the system graphically displays the tool path.

But this case is seen that the land compensation laws and to promote the smooth implementation of public projects by securing ownership through a concession accept restructured, land expropriation Commission was right to accept the ruling on that obstacle. Eventually land expropriation If the Commission accepts restructured for the obstacle concession that was not not gain ownership of that obstacle, the power to remove that obstacle has would not have been necessary to make some unreasonable interpretation . The provisions relating to the future land compensation and how compensation for the demolition statutory obstacle is the need to re-repair. 대상 판결은 지장물인 골재에 대한 손실보상과 관련된 것으로 해당 골재의 이전비가 취득가격을 초과하여 취득가격을 손실보상금으로 결정하였음에도 불구하고 관할 토지수용위원회가 수용재결을 하지 않고 이전재결을 함에 따라 사업시행자가 형식적인 소유권을 확보하지 못한다고 판단하였다. 그런데 토지수용위원회가 수용재결을 하지 않고 이전재결을 한 이유는 명확하지 않다. 아마도 실무 관행상 지장물 보상은 이전비 보상이 원칙이라는 관념론에서 벗어나지 못한 결과라고 생각된다. 이 사안이 문제될 당시에는 토지보상법 제75조제5항의 규정이 없었기 때문이기도 할 것이다. 하지만 이런 경우 토지보상법은 사업시행자가 수용재결을 통하여 소유권을 확보함으로써 공익사업의 원활한 시행을 도모하도록 하고 있다고 보아, 토지수용위원회가 해당 지장물에 대한 수용재결을 하는 것이 옳았다. 결국 토지수용위원회가 해당 지장물에 대한 수용재결을 하였다면 사업시행자가 해당 지장물에 대한 소유권을 확보하지는 못하였으나, 해당 지장물을 제거할 수 있는 권능은 갖는다는 다소 무리한 해석을 할 필요는 없었을 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대상 판결이 내린 결론은 옳은 것이고, 이는 토지보상법령의 규정 이 논리 체계적이지 못한 것에 기인하는 것이다. 향후 토지보상법령상 지장물에 대한 보상방법과 철거에 관한 조문을 다시 정비할 필요가 있다.

A multiple return analysis was conducted to analyze technical statistics and identify their influence by deriving the lease pricing factors for indirect investment logistics properties, such as REITs and funds, which are drawing attention as new investment alternatives in the real estate market. According to the analysis, Ritz and Fund investment is expected to increase continuously in the future, and the rent is found to be high when the highway IC, the back city and port streets are close, and the higher the dry-washing rate, the longer it is analyzed that the new building and the high-rise have a positive effect on the rent, and proved to be a new alternative investment product. Implications derived in relation to the study include the need to develop large-scale logistics complexes in areas with low land prices, ease regulations for activating indirect investment logistics properties, revamp the taxation of public offerings and introduce trust-type leases. Finally, since there are some limitations in generalizing research results due to the low number of samples from REITs and Fund companies, it is desirable to obtain more samples in the future 부동산 시장에서 새로운 투자대안으로 주목받고 있는 리츠 및 펀드 등 간접투자 물류부동산의 임대료결정요인을 도출하여 기술통계분석과 영향력을 알아보기 위한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 리츠 및 펀드 투자는 향후 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되며, 고속도로IC, 배후도시, 항만거리는 가까울 때 임대료가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 건폐율은 높을수록, 경과연수는 신축건물, 층고는 높은 건물이 임대료에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되어 새로운 대체 투자 상품임이 입증되었다. 연구와 관련하여 도출된 시사점은 지가가 낮은 지역에 대규모 물류단지 개발, 간접투자 물류부동산이 활성화되기 위한 규제 완화, 공모 리츠의 세제 개편과 신탁형 리츠를 도입할 필요가 있다. 끝으로 리츠 및 펀드 기업의 표본수가 적어 연구결과의 일반화에 다소 한계가 있으므로 향후 표본수를 보다 많이 확보하여 연구가 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
