전착법에 의해 제작된 Ni-Fe-P 비정질 합금막의 구조적 열적 특성

A study of the fabrication and characterization of amorphous Ni-Fe-P alloys was carried out using a X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Vickers hardness. Amorphous Ni-Fe-P alloys were electrodeposited in normal Watt's type bathe contaning FeSO_4 (10∼100g) and H_3PO_3 (0∼10g). The copper substrates with the deposited alloy was used as the working electrod, with platinum plate as the counter electrode. The electrodeposited Ni-Fe-P amorphous alloys showed broad peaks in the XRD patterns. In the EDX experiment, the Ni and P content of the alloys increased with increasing phosphoric acid concentration, whereas the Fe concent decreased with increasing P content in Ni-Fe-P amorphous alloys. In the DSC experiment, crystallization temperature (T_x), peak temperature (T_p) and enthalphy (△H) was 370.6℃, 381.8℃ and 171.6mJ/mg for current density 2A/dm^2, phosphoric acid 5g/l, and FeSO_4 20g/l concentration, respectively. The T_x, T_p, and △H increased as the ferrous sulfate concentration increased. The amorphous Ni-Fe-P deposites after being heat treated up to 450℃ produced Ni_3P, Ni_3Fe and Fe_3P. The hardness of the as-deposited Ni-Fe-P amorphous alloys was 100Hv and 150Hv after being heat treated up to 400℃ for 1h.
수도유묘엽초색의 초기잡종세대에서의 표현 II. 주요품종들의 검정종에 대한 반응과 C,A유전자의 분포

한국의 주요품종들이 가지고 있는 엽초자색의 발현에 관여하는 보족유전자 C 및 A유전자의 분포를 조사하기 위하여 한국의 현재 및 과거장려품종과 약간의 도입품종 합계 60품종을 네가지 검정종(0군=Furisaka#5, C군=T(N)1, A군=7089 및 CP-SLO, CA군=BPI-76)과 교배하여 그 F$_1$의 발색을 조사하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 현장려품종들은 C 및 A검정종에 모두 반응이 없는 O군과 C검정종에만 반응하는 A군으로 분명히 나눌 수 있었다. Japonica 모본으로 육성된 품종들은 전자에, Indica모본으로 육성된 품종들은 후자에 속한다. 2. 과거장려품종들은 대부분이 O군에 속하며 A검정종에 대하여 반응을 나타내는 C군품종이 극소수있었고(수원118호, 수원8002) A품종군에 속하는 것은 없었다. 3. 일본에서 도입된 품종들도 대체로 한국에서 육성된 품종들과 같이 대부분이 O군에 속하여 극소수의 C군품종이 있었을 뿐 A군품종은 없었다. 4. 과거의 찰품종도 메품종과 같이 대부분이 O군에, 그리고 극소수가 C군에 속하며 A군품종은 없었다. 60 rice cultivars were surveyed for the posses of C and A complementary genes which is responsible to the anthocyan colouration. Most of Japonica derived cultivars belong to O group which do not have either C or A gene, and a few belong to C group which has C gene. Indica derived latest cultivars belong to A group which has A gene.
알칼리 정제(精製)와 에스테르화에 의한 미강유의 열안정성(熱安定性)의 비교(比較)

알칼리 처리와 글리세린으로 에스테르화 반응을 시킨 탈산공정에 의하여 정제한 각 미강유의 열안정성을 비교하였다. 가열중 산 값의 변화는 알칼리정제 미강유에서는 가열시간에 따라서 증가하였으나, 글리세린처리 미강유의 일부는 완만한 증가추세를, 또 일부는 가열시간이 경과함에 따라서 산 값이 감소하였다. 과산화물 값의 변화는 가열중 증가와 감소의 반복추세를 나타냈으며 알칼리 정제 미강유와 글리세린처리 미강유의 과산화물 값이 13.3 mgq/kg하였다. TBA값의 변화는 가열 10시간까지 급격하게 증가하고 그후 완만한 감소추세를 나타낸다. 가열중 글리세린처리 미강유는 착색현상이 심하였다. 알칼리정제 미강유와 글리세린 미강유의 90시간 가열 후 TG의 감소율은 $150^{\circ}C$에서는 처리방법에 따라 큰 차이가 없었으나, $150^{\circ}C$에서는 글리세린처리미강유가 알칼리정제 미강유보다 TC의 감소율이 약 2${\sim}$7% 높았다. AOM 시험에서 알칼리 정제미강유는 글리세린처리미강유보다 약 2배의 산화 안정성이 있었다. The alkali refined rice bran oil (ARBO) and the esterified rice bran oil (ERBO) with glycerol were compared for their thermal stabilities at $150^{\circ}C$ and $180^{\circ}C$, respectively. The acid value gradually increased in ARBO during heating period but increased slowly in ERBO-2 and declined gradually in ERBO-1. The peroxide value was somewhat fluctuated during heating period, and the maximum peroxide value in all samples was 13.3 meq/kg. TBA value was sharply increased for the first 10 hr. heating and slowed down thereafter for all samples but ERBO were intensely colored after the heat treatment. The TG ratio of the oils after 90 hr. heating was not different at $150^{\circ}C$ but ERBO was 2-7% higher ratio of TG than ARBO at $180^{\circ}C$. The oxidative stability of ARBO was twice higher than ERBO according to the result of active oxygen test.
호기성 그래뉼 슬러지를 이용한 축산폐수의 생물학적 처리에 관한 연구

In this study, the treatment of livestock wastewater using an aerobic granular sludge based sequencing batch reactor was investigated. The reactor operation was carried out by general injection and split injection methods. The average removal efficiency of organic matter after the adaptation period was 71.5 and 87.4%, respectively. Some untreated organic matter was attributed to recalcitrant organic matter. The average removal efficiency of total nitrogen was 65.6 and 88.4%, respectively. These results indicate that the denitrification reaction by split injection was carried out smoothly. As for the solids, the ratio of aerobic granular sludge/mixed liquor suspended solid can be determined as the main factor of the process operation, and the ratio increased gradually and finally reached 86.0%. Correspondingly, the sludge volume index (SVI) was also improved, reaching 54 mL/g at the end of operation, and it is believed that the application of a short settling time contributed to the improvement of settleability.

In the present study, space allocation methods of pollutant emission from area and mobile sources are assessed by the actual application to air quality modeling of Pohang area, It is found that the TM-based modeling which allocates emission onto the l㎞×l㎞ sized TM-grid system predicts almost the same mean ground-level concentration as that by the GIS-based modeling which uses geographical information of area and mobile sources directly, while maximum ground-level concentration by the TM-based modeling is predicted considerably lower than that by the GIS-based modeling, Moreover, the problem is found that the TM-based modeling causes deviation of mobile roads. In conclusion, it is anticipated to applying GIS-based modeling for a more accurate assessment of air quality in local scale.
