근로자의 근무조건이 구강건강관리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study investigates the effects of the working condition of most of workers in Korea on theirmouth. The subjects of the study include 87 office workers who work in 2 offices located in CheonAnand ASan City, Chungnam Province from February to May 2005 and they are asked to fill up thequestionnaire. Among the respondents, 7 are excluded because their questionnaires are not faithfullywritten; therefore, the final subjects of this study include 80 persons. The collected data are inputted andanalyzed using SAS program and the general characteristics of the respondents are described as realnumber and percentage. Categorical data are examined using Chi-Square test. Logistic analysis is used inorder to examine the variables that affect respondents’visit of dental clinics, the presence of scaling andbrushing the teeth before going to bed.The results of the study are as in the following.1. Among the respondents, male respon! dents are 67.5% and female counterparts are 32.5% and 93.7%of them are less than 40 who are relatively young.2. As a result of logistic analysis, the variables that affect the visit of dental clinics are gender, experienceof changing one’s position, presence of stress significantly.3. The results show that the female respondents (p=0.0492) and those who have the experience ofchanging their jobs (p=0.0246) are more likely to visit the dental clinics.4. The variables that affect the presence of scaling are significantly influenced by the variables such asthe experience of changing jobs and working hours a day. The more they have the experience ofchanging their jobs (p=0.0024) and the less they have working hours (less than 8 hours a day)(p=0.0187), the more they do scaling. One of the variables that affect the presence of brushing theteeth before going to bed is the marital status and married people do brush teeth before going to bedmore than unmarried people (p=0.0408).

安倍能成の在朝鮮の視座と旅

大正時代をリ一ドしていたリベラリストである安倍能成が一九二六年に朝鮮へ渡り、京城帝國大學に赴任した。帝國大學の敎授に與えられる在外硏究員という身分として一九二四年九月から約一年四ヶ月間、ヨ一ロッパで滯在してから京城帝國大學に赴任したのである。四三歲という最も活發に動ける時期に朝鮮へ渡った安倍は精力的に自分の理想を京城帝國大學で實施しようとした。しかし、リベラルな性向が强かったために總督府の政策には多く乖離感を感じていた。卽ち、當事者としての立場と知性人としての立場の間で非常に惱んでいた。この惱みから開放されるために安倍がとった方法は旅である。旅の世界と通して「行の世界」から脫することができた安倍は「觀の世界」に入り迂み、「悠タたる觀の世界」を樂しむことができる。朝鮮各地の名勝の地へ旅をしながら朝鮮の美麗な景觀、生活相、文化財などの見學を樂しみながら朝鮮から桃源鄕のような、いわば、理想的なものを見出したのであろう。朝鮮文化に興味を持っていた人達の集まりである「工芸會」のメンバ一となった安倍は彼らとの交流を通して朝鮮文化に一層深く入ることができる。また、總督府の政策にも批判を加えたりもする。一方、總督府の究極の目的であった內鮮一體の政策には同調した。拙稿ではこのような安倍の重層的內面に對して具體的に調べ、明らかにすることに重点をおいている。

패키지 내부 구조 피로 개선을 위한 양면방열기판 패키지

전기차 및 신재생에너지 등 전력용 반도체의 활용도가 많아 짐에 따라 시장은 고효율 및 고성능의 전력용 반도체 필요성이 그 어느 때보다 필요하게 되었다. 특히 고효율 및 고성능의 전력용 반도체를 위해서는 반도체 칩을 탑재하는 반도체 패키지 구조의 신 개념 변화가 필요하고 또한 가격경쟁력이 있는 패키지 소재의 사용과 이에 따른 단순 패키지 조립 공정개발이 중요하게 되었다. 종래의 많은 패키지 구조와 조립 공정기술이 있지만 단면 방식의 열전달 구조로 인한 한계점과 이를 극복하기 위한 단면방식의 고방열을 구조를 사용시 패키지 제작비용이 상승하는 문제가 발생하였다. 이에 상기 문제의 대안으로 양면방열기판 방식의 전력용 반도체 (이하 DSC 패키지) 패키지의 필요성이 대두되어 많은 회사가 DSC 패키지 개발에 총력을 기울이고 있다. 현재 DSC 패키지의 주요 BOM (base of material) 은 기판 (금속 혹은 절연), 반도체칩 접합소재 (솔더 혹은 신터), 반도체 칩 연결 소재 (금속 혹은 복합소재 Spacer), Flip chip 본딩 방식 혹은 와이어 스페이서 연결 방식 등 다양한 패키지 구조방식의 BOM으로 개발 및 양산을 하고 있는 상황이다. 또한 이러한 DSC 패키지는 구조에 따라 대량 양산 작업성 등에 개선이 필요 하고 구조에서 오는 stress를 해소하기 위해 소재의 물성을 변화시키는 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 이제 본 기술 발표 보고서를 통하여 현재 개발 및 양산중인 회사들의 다양한 DSC 패키지 비교 및 현재 DSc 패키지 구조의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 JMJ Korea의 DSC 패키지 (clip 본딩형 DSC 패키지)의 구조와 장점을 살펴보기로 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of the marriage enrichment program on marital communication and satisfaction. The program consists of three main parts: Self-understanding, Spouse-understanding, and Communication. The subjects were ten couples who volunteered to participate in the marriage enrichment program and they were mainly selected from the population who were functioning relatively well enough to enhance their relationship in Miryang, Kyungsang Namdo. The subjects were divided into 2 groups : an experimental group of 5 couples and a controlled group of 5 couples on the waiting-list. The experimental group consisted of couples who were given a relationship enhancement program of 9 treatment sessions for 9 weeks. Each session was held for 2 hours on weekends. On the other hand, the subjects in the controlled group did not receive any treatment. The instruments used to identify the treatment effects were the Marital Satisfection Scale adapted. The materials were collected twice before investigating the two groups and after doing that. The materials which resulted from this experiment were delt in ANOVA statistical method using SAS program. The conclusions were obtained after discussing and comparing the previous studies. They are as follows. 1. The Marriage Enrichment Program(MEP) shows a significant effect on marital communication. 2. MEP is effective in developing marital communication in the lower range of marital communication. 3. MEP is effective in developing mutual understanding in the lower range of marital communication. 4. MEP is effective in marital satisfaction.

Correlation between in vitro binding activity of sweeteners to cloned human sweet taste receptor and sensory evaluation

The human sweet taste receptor is a TAS1R2/TAS1R3 heterodimer. To investigate the correlationbetween the in vitro affinity of sweeteners with stablyexpressed human sweet taste receptor in HEK-293 cellsand human sensory evaluation, the receptor-ligand activityof bulk (sucrose, D-fructose, and allulose) and high-intensitysweeteners (saccharin, rebaudioside A, rebaudiosideM, and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone) was compared byanalyzing the Ca2? release. The relative potency of thesweeteners was identified over a wide concentration rangefor EC50s. Relative to sucrose, bulk sweeteners showedsimilar concentration ranges and potency, whereas highintensitysweeteners exhibited lower concentration rangesand higher potency. The log of the calculated EC50 of eachsweetener relative to sucrose by the in vitro affinity assaywas positively correlated (r = 0.9943) with the molar relativesweetness reported in the previous literatures. Theseresults suggested a good correlation between the in vitroactivity assay of sweeteners and human sensory evaluation.

그룹 프로빙은 동질성의 칩이나 프로세싱 노드들을 테스트하는데 효율적으로 사용할 수 있다. 이는 테스트의 대상이 되는 전체를 그룹들로 나누어 각 그룹의 테스트 결과가 하나로 일치될 때 결함이 없는 것으로 처리한다. 만약 서로 일치하지 않을 경우, 다시 더 작은 소그룹으로 나누어 반복 테스트하여 결함이 없는 것들을 분리함으로써 결함의 위치를 추적하게 된다. 그러나 이 방법은 노드수의 증가시 비교적 적은 수이지만 반복 테스트의 수가 증가하게 되고, 결함노드의 수가 증가함에따라 테스트의 낭비가 급속히 증가하는 단점을 갖는다. 이 논문은 그룹 프로빙의 병렬처리와, 기대 반응값을 자체적으로 찾아내고 이를 분산시켜 각각의 노드에서 그 값과 각노드의 결과값을 비교하는 방법을 제시한다. 테스트 시간을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있고 구조가 간단하여 실체의 적용이 용이하다.

The simultaneous analysis of mycotoxins using LC-MS/MS, a food official analysis method, was applied with compound feed for pets with high consumer preferences. In this study, the linearity of all calibration curves showed good linearity of 0.99 or more. and both the accuracy (recovery rate) and precision (repeatability) criteria of the concentration range for each mycotoxin in the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service's Validation and Verification Guidelines were met. And as a result of analyzing FAPAS QCM in the same way, it was assesed that the z-scores of Aflatoxin B₁, Ochratoxin A, Zearalenone, and Fumonisin B₁, were within ±2 range. This study showed that the application of the food official analysis method to compound feed for pets is suitable.
