In this paper, the technical actions to reduce losses and improve functioning distance relay protection on high-voltage lines is analyzed. Addition to this, criterion technical efficiency of main stages distance relay protection is presented, analyzed and calculated. Based on these analysis and criterion, recommendations for designing and setting main stages distance relay protection are proposed.
The Role of Zn Doping on the Catalytic Activity of the Nanoparticle Perovskite La0.7Sr0.3MnO3

The nanometer complex oxide La0:7Sr0.3Mn0.6Zn0.₄O₃ was prepared by using a Sol-Gel method with citric acid as a ligand. The in uence of Zn doping of La0.7Sr0.₃MnO₃ on the structure, the morphology, the surface properties and on the catalytic activity of material was studied by using X-ray diraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), a high-resolution images and selected area electron diraction (SAED), physical adsorption and temperature programmed surface reaction (TPSR) methods. The results showed that perovskite La0:7Sr0:3Mn0:6. In this paper, main is analyzing the technical actions to limit and expand the characteristics numerical distance relay protection in order to reduce losses and improve functioning protection, and considering the specifications, efficiency and losses of the backup stages distance relay protection on high-voltage lines. Addition to this, criterion technical efficiency of back-up stage distance relay protection is presented. Based on these analysis and criterion, recommendations for designing and setting backup stages distance relay protection are proposed.

In this paper, the analysis of the relay devices and systems performance (and another monitoring, controlling systems) to properties of the automatic power system objects is represented. The paradoxes of using a number of relaying are considered. Some events graduated from the current such as: prevention of violation of stability, liquid on of an asynchronous regime, differential guards of transformers and auto transformers are proposed and analyzed. The recommendations for operation increasing, selectivity and sensitivity of systems properties improving are given.

Background: In order to provide essential scientific evidence on the population's health status and social health determinants as well as the current capacity of the health care system in Vietnam to health policy makers and managers, Vietnam Ministry of Health, Hanoi University of Public Health, Hanoi Medical University, and Ho Chi Minh University of Medicine and Pharmacy collaborated with Seoul National University (Korea) and conducted a health system survey in the Quoc Oai district (of Hanoi capital) that represented northern rural Vietnam. Methods: The study design was a cross-sectional study. The survey covered different topics (more than 200 questions) and was administered in three separate questionnaires: 1) Basic information of all household members; 2) Household characteristics; and 3) Individual characteristics. Socio-demographic characteristics among the households and individuals were collected from 2,400 households sampled by multi-stage cluster sampling method: more than 200 questions. Results: The household size of Quoc Oai was larger than the national average and there was no significant difference in gender composition. In addition, the proportions of pre-elderly, age 55–64, and elderly group (65 years old and over) were higher than the national population statistics. In this context, demographic transition has begun in Quoc Oai. Conclusion: This study design description provides the basic information about a baseline survey of a future prospective cohort (as a part of a collaborative project on strengthening the health system in Vietnam) to the prospective data user of this survey.
Effect of composition on the ability to form SiC/SiO2-C composite from rice husk and silica gel

Rice husk is a waste product of agricultural production of rice. Every year, the agricultural production of Vietnam emits about10 million tons of rice husks. Rice husks are usually treated by burning method or discharged into rivers, causing manynegative impacts on the environment. In this study, the rice husk/silica gel ratio components were investigated to form SiC/SiO2-C composite in a CO2 environment at 1000 oC for 60 min. The products after pyrolysis were determined SiC, SiO2, andfree C contents according to ISO 21068-2: 2008 standards. The functional groups and mineral composition of composites wereanalyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructure and elementdistribution of them were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) mapping. Theresults showed that the optimum rice husk/silica gel ratio to form SiC/SiO2-C was 1.4/1. The sample after pyrolysis hadchemical composition including 14% SiC, 63% SiO2, 23% free C (%wt.) and the phase composition including amorphouscarbon, β-SiC, 6H-SiC, 4H-SiC, cristobalite. Composite SiC/SiO2-C can apply to advanced friction systems. This can be seenas an effective method to treat rice husk waste and improved the economic value of rice plants.

지난 65년간 베트남과 북한 관계는 세 시기를 거쳐 왔다. 제1기는 양국의 외교관계 수립부터 베트남전쟁 종전까지이다. 제2기는 베트남전쟁 종전부터 1995년까지이다. 그리고 제3기는 1996년부터 현재까지이다. 이 논문은 지난 65년간 정치-외교적, 경제-상업적, 문화-교육적 부문에서 베트남-북한 관계의 전체적 특징을 살피고, 동시에 미래의 양자 관계의 전망에 영향을 주는 긍정적 요인들을 분석하고 평가한다. 제1기에 양국이 사회주의 체제의 일원으로서 매우 우호적 관계를 가졌다는 것을 보여준다. 제2기에 베트남-북한 관계는 국내외적 영향으로 인해 매우 어려운 시기에 처하였다. 그러나, 제3기에 베트남-북한 관계는 복구되었고 발전의 새로운 시기에 대한 좋은 징표를 보였다. 양측이 상호 우호 관계를 가지는 것이 새로운 구도 속에서 양측의 발전에 기여하리라는 것을 인식하기에, 양국 관계의 미래 전망은 밝다. Over the last 65 years, the relationship between Vietnam and North Korea has undergone 3 main periods. The first period was from the establishment of the diplomatic relation between the two countries to the end of the Vietnam War. The second period was from the end of the Vietnam War to 1995. And the third period was from 1996 to the present. This paper looks at overall characteristics of the relations between Vietnam and North Korea in the last 65 years on political-diplomatic, economic-commercial, and cultural-educational fields; simultaneously, analyzes and assess the positive factors affecting on prospects of bilateral relations between these two countries in the future. It shows that in the first period, the two countries had a very warm relation of the countries being members of the socialist system. In the second period the relationship between Vietnam and North Korea underwent a very difficult period due to the impact of internal and external factors. However, in the third period the Vietnam - North Korea relation was restored and showed good signs of a new period of development. The future prospect of the relation between the two countries is bright as both sides realize the fact that having good relation with each other will make good contribution to the development of both sides in the new context.

<P>Fourteen cucurbitane-type triterpene glycosides (1—14) were isolated from a methanol extract of <I>Momordica charantia</I> fruits, including three new compounds, charantosides A—C (1, 5, 6). Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods. All isolated compounds were evaluated for α-glucosidase inhibitory effect. Of which, 12 and 13 showed moderate inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase. Whereas, 2, 3, 6—11, and 14 showed weak inhibitory activity, and 1, 4, and 5 were inactive.</P>

A new compound, kalopanaxin F (3), and 11 known compounds (1, 2, 4-12), were isolated from the stem bark of Kalopanax pictus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods. Five of the compounds (2, 3, 5, 6, and 12) significantly inhibited $TNF{\alpha}$-induced NF-${\kappa}B$ transcriptional activity in HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner, with $IC_{50}$ values ranging from 6.2 to 9.1 ${\mu}M$. Furthermore, the transcriptional inhibitory function of these compounds was confirmed based on decreases in COX-2 and iNOS gene expression in HepG2 cells. Compounds 3-7, 9, and 12 significantly activated the transcriptional activity of PPARs dose-dependently, with $EC_{50}$ values ranging from 4.1-$12.7{\mu}M$. Compounds 4 and 5 exhibited $PPAR{\alpha}$, $PPAR{\gamma}$, and $PPAR{\beta}({\delta})$ transactivational activities in a dose-dependent manner, with $EC_{50}$ values of 16.0 and 17.0, 8.7 and 16.5, 26.2 and 26.3 ${\mu}M$, respectively.
