<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A novel Schiff base chemosensor <B>HMID,</B> ((E)‑1‑((2‑hydroxy‑3‑methoxybenzylidene)amino)imidazolidine‑2,4‑dione), have been designed and synthesized. Sensor <B>HMID</B> showed a selectivity to Zn<SUP>2+</SUP> through fluorescence enhancement in aqueous solution. Its detection limit was analyzed as 11.9 μM. Importantly, compound <B>HMID</B> could be applied to image Zn<SUP>2+</SUP> in live cells. Detection mechanism of Zn<SUP>2+</SUP> by <B>HMID</B> was suggested to be an effect of chelation-enhanced fluorescence (CHEF) by DFT calculations. Moreover, <B>HMID</B> could detect Cu<SUP>2+</SUP> with a change of color from colorless to pink. The selective detection mechanism of Cu<SUP>2+</SUP> by <B>HMID</B> was demonstrated to be the promotion of intramolecular charge transfer band by DFT calculations. Additionally, <B>HMID</B> could be employed as a naked-eye colorimetric kit for Cu<SUP>2+</SUP>. <P>In this paper, single-carrier (SC) block transmission of improper-complex data symbols is considered over a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) frequency-selective channel with data-like cochannel interference (CCI). To exploit the cyclostationarity and impropriety of the desired and the interfering signals, an equalizer is designed that oversamples the received signal and then processes the sampled block by using widely-linear (WL) feedforward (FF) and noise-predicting feedback (NP-FB) filters. For the given equalizer structure, the minimum mean-squared error (MMSE)-optimal WL FF and NP-FB filters have high computational complexity due to the augmented correlation matrix of the data-like CCI in the received signal. Motivated by the asymptotic property of the correlation matrix, we approximate in the frequency domain the matrix by a block matrix with diagonal blocks. This leads to the low-complexity WL design of a frequency-domain FF filter and a causally noise-predicting FB filter. It is shown that this MIMO SC frequency-domain equalizer with noise prediction is asymptotically optimal in the sense that the average mean-squared error converges to that of the MMSE-optimal equalizer as the block length tends to infinity. Numerical results show that the proposed equalizer performs well even with a moderate block length.</P>

In this paper, we suggest the optimum design approach for a box-shape pressure compensated vessure vessel that have plastic viewport equiped on the pilot mining robot. The pressure compensated vessure vessel is a important part that protect electrical-electronic system from the high water pressure. These type of compensated pressure vessels have plastic viewport gennerally to check inner circumstance of electrical-electronic system. However, largely deformed flexible viewport causes additional tensile forces called prying forces to the bolted connection parts. To alliviate prying effect, the optimum design of structure reinforcement is conducted in this research.

2022년 세계 방산시장 연감에 따르면 한국은 세계 25대 무기 수출국 중 8위를 차지하며 방위산업 강국으로 발돋움하고 있다. 우리나라의 무기체계 수출이 증가함에 따라 수출 무기체계 기술 보호 대책의 중요성이 부각 되고 있다. 안티탬퍼라는 용어는 미 국방부에서 처음 사용한 용어로 시스템에 적용된 최첨단 기술을 도난이나 인가되지 않은 용도로 분석되어 변조되는 것을 방지하기 위한 기술로 정의하고 있다. 즉, 안티탬퍼링이란 역공학 및 탬퍼링 공격 시도로부터 자산을 보호하고 기술유출을 방지하기 위한 행위를 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 무기체계 적용 핵심기술을 보호하는 안티탬퍼링 관련 국내 · 외 제도 · 정책 및 연구개발 동향의 조사 · 분석을 수행하고 해당 분야의 발전 방향을 제시한다. According to the 2022 Global Defense Market Yearbook, South Korea ranks eighth among the worlds 25 largest arms exporters, and South Korea is emerging as a strong country in the defense industry. As exports of weapons systems increase, the importance of technology protection measures is emerging. The term anti-tamper was first used by the US Department of Defense. Anti-tamper is defined as a technology to prevent cutting-edge technology applied to a system from being stolen or analyzed and tampered with for unauthorized use. In other words, anti-tampering refers to actions to protect assets from reverse engineering and tampering attacks and to prevent technology leakage. We conducted research and analysis of anti-tampering-related systems, policies, and research and development trends to protect core technologies applied to weapon systems. We also present a direction for development in the field of anti-tampering.

전력계통운영의 가장 많은 비중을 차지하는 곳은 변전소이다. 하지만 변전소의 운영을 위해 사용되는 시스템은 모니터링 위주의 감시 시스템과 원격 제어 시스템으로 이루어지며, 효과적인 운영을 위한 지원시스템은 매우 부족한 것이 현실이다. 그리고 운영 지원을 위해서는 해당 변전소내의 계통 해석이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 변전소 운영을 지원하기위한 해석의 기반이 될 수 있는 변전소 시뮬레이션의 설계를 제안한다.
