      • 윤리적 행동에 영향을 미치는 개인-환경 요인에 대한 심리학 연구 고찰

        본 연구는 심리학 연구가 윤리적 행동에 미치는 요인들을 탐구한 주요 결과들을 고찰하여 스포츠윤리 및 스포츠윤리교육에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 윤리적 행동에 미치는 영향을 심리학 연구의 접근방식에 따라 개인 요인, 환경 요인, 개인 요인과 환경 요인의 상호작용으로 구분하여 관련 연구들을 정리하였다. 개인요인으로 인지 부조화, 자기조절, 자아고갈을 주제로 한 연구를 살펴보았고, 환경 요인으로는 모델링, 동조효과, 윤리적 풍토에 대한 연구를 정리하였다. 심리학 연구에서 논의하는 윤리적 행동의 발현 기제에 대한 관점을 적용하여, 스포츠 맥락에서 윤리적 행동을 강화하고 비윤리적 행동을 감소하기 위한 스포츠윤리 연구 및 스포츠윤리 교육의 구체적인 방안들이 개발될 수 있을 것이다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 추후 연구의 방향을 제안하였다. This study aimed to explore psychological factors effecting on ethical behavior and to propose implications that can be applied to sport ethics domain and sport ethics education by reviewing academic researches of psychology. Psychological studies, which focus on ethical behavior and its predictors, have been divided into three dimension based; individual factors, environmental factors, and interaction factors between individual and environmental factors. Studies on cognitive dissonance , self-regulation, and ego depletion as individual factors were explored, and studies on modeling, conformity effects, and ethical climate were summarized as environmental factors. Applying the perspective on the mechanism of ethical behavior discussed in psychological research, specific methods and strategies of sports ethics research and sports ethics education could be developed to strengthen ethical behavior and reduce unethical behavior in sports contexts. Based on the findings, I propose implications and directions for further research.

        Assessment of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Medicine Clinical Practice Using the Objective Structured Clinical Examination

        Background: The objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) is a widely used method to assess the clinical performance of students in clinical practice. Although OSCE has been used for undergraduate students of Korean medicine, this has not been widely reported. Methods: In 2020, the practical course for acupuncture and moxibustion medicine (acupuncture, electroacupuncture, pharmacopuncture, auricular acupuncture, and burning acupuncture) was taught using flipped learning, according to clinical practice guidelines, and assessed by the OSCE. The appropriateness of this model of education and its evaluation using OSCE were evaluated using a 5-point Likert scale, and the results were analyzed. Results: Of the respondents, 67% reported that the OSCE accurately reflected their competency, and 82% reported that online video lectures helped them to improve their clinical skills. The average adequacy score of the model was > 3.7/5, and the average adequacy score of the checklist used in the OSCE was > 4.1/5 for all 5 clinical application skills. The difference in the mean self-efficacy score between students who had taken the OSCE and those students who had not taken the OSCE, was highest in the burning acupuncture group (0.923). Conclusion: This study showed that students' satisfaction with the OSCE was high and flipped learning was an effective education model. In the future, models representing the human body or simulated patients should be used to evaluate students' skills and attitude.

        Complex Korean Medicine Treatment after Elbow Replantation Following Traumatic Amputation: A Case Report

        Very few studies have been reported on upper extremity replantation following traumatic amputation. This case study aimed to report the progress of a patient treated with complex Korean medicine for 1 year after elbow replantation. The patient mainly complained of forearm sensory loss, muscle weakness, and hand pain after undergoing upper limb amputation and emergency replantation. He was hospitalized for approximately 50 days and then received outpatient treatment for approximately 10 months, followed by electroacupuncture, moxibustion, Chuna, herbal medicine, and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. The muscle strength of the wrist joint improved to good (flexion) and fair (extension), and the forearm sensation was partially recovered approximately 10 months after the onset. To our knowledge, this is the first case report on replantation rehabilitation in Korean medicine, and it suggests that complex Korean medicine treatment might be beneficial for patients undergoing replantation after upper extremity amputation.

        청소년의 예술경험과 창의성의 자기회귀교차지연 효과와 성별에 따른 차이 분석

        본 연구는 청소년의 예술경험과 창의성 간의 종단적 인과관계를 자기회귀교차지연 모형을 통해 확인하고, 두 변인의 인과적 관계에 대한 성차를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 서울 교육종단연구 자료 중 초4 패널을 활용하여 4차년(중학교 1학년)에서 8차년(고등학교 2학년)의 총 3,585명(남학생: 1,844명, 여자: 1,741명) 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중고등학교 시기의 예술경험과 창의성은 시간의 경과에 따라서 이전 시점의 변인이 다음 시점의 변인을 안정적으로 예측하였다. 또한 예술경험은 다음 년도의 창의성을 유의하게 예측하였고, 창의 성 역시 다음 년도의 예술경험을 유의하게 예측하였다. 예술경험과 창의성의 자기회귀교차 지연 모형에서 성별에 따른 차이는 확인되지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 예술경험과 창의성이 상호 정적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인한 것이며, 창의성 교육의 방안으로서 예술 경험의 활용 가능성과 교육적 의미를 보여준 것이다. 마지막을 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구 방향을 함께 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the relations between artistic experience and creativity. Using the dataset taken from the 4th to 8th waves of the 4th-panel data of Seoul Education Longitudinal Study (SELS), the autoregressive cross-lagged modeling and multi-group analysis across genders were conducted. The results indicated that both artistic experience and creativity featured stable autoregressive paths significantly. Also, the previous artistic experience had significant positive effects on the later period creativity, as well as the previous creativity turned out to have significant positive effect on the later period artistic experience. There were no gender differences in the autoregressive cross-lagged effect between artistic experience. and creativity, which shows the two variable’s reciprocal relations. These results suggested the possibility of art experience as a method for creativity education and educational meaning. Finally, further directions for creativity education and future research were discussed.

        인문사회 융합교육의 특성에 대한 교사 인식

        본 연구는 다년간의 인문사회 융합교육 경험을 가진 교사들의 인식을 분석하여 인문사회 융합교육의 특성을 확인하였다. 특히 STEAM과 비교한 공통점과 차별점을 중심으로 인문사회 융합교육의 특성들을 정리하였다. 교사들이 인식한 인문사회 융합교육과 STEAM의 공통점은 학습자의 흥미 증진을 목표로 하며, 학습자 참여식 교육 방법을 강조한다는 것이었다. 반면, 교사들은 STEAM이 주로 수학, 과학 분야의 창의적 문제해결과 흥미 증진을 위해 ‘문제’를 중심으로 교과들을 연계하는 것과 비교하여, 인문사회 융합교육은 ‘주제 중심으로 교과를 연계’하고, ‘지식의 골격을 개인의 삶과 연계하여 성찰’하는 활동을 설계하며, ‘자신만의 관점으로 의미를 부여하는 창의성’을 평가’한다는 점에서 차별성을 가진다고 인식하였다. 연구 결과, STEAM과 차별화 되는 인문사회 융합교육만의 고유한 특성들을 확인하였고, 이를 바탕으로 영재교육 실천에 적용할 수 있는 인문사회 융합교육의 발전 방안과 향후 연구의 방향을 제안하였다. This qualitative study of teacher’s perception explored some characteristics of convergence education of the humanities and social study by comparing to STEAM. First, teachers considered that both of them showed a common interest in enhancing learner s interest and learner-directed activities. On the other hand, the teachers perceived that educational goals and design strategy of them were different from each other. First, the core goals of humanities and social study centered convergence education are development of convergence thinking skill and realization of Character Education. Second, humanities and social study centered convergence education apply three main strategies in instructional design: 1) Contents design strategy to utilize a theme-centered subject integration 2) Learning activity design strategy to connects the core structure of knowledge with an individual’s life and 3) Evaluation strategy to assess the creativity of meaning making. We have identified unique characteristics of the humanities and social study convergence education differentiated from STEAM. Based on this, we suggest the directions to be included in the educational model of gifted and talented education and the necessity of future research.

        학술연구와 소셜 빅데이터의 창의성에 대한 인식 비교 : 텍스트마이닝을 활용한 주제어 분석을 중심으로

        본 연구는 학술연구를 중심으로 구축된 형식지와 소셜 빅데이터를 중심으로 형성된 암묵지를 비교하여 창의성에 대한 인식을 확인하고, 창의성 연구의 방향을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 주제어 ‘창의성’으로 검색되는 학술연구와 웹페이지의 텍스트를 수집하여 텍스트마이닝을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 창의성에 관한 학술연구의 형식지와 소셜 빅데이터의 암묵지는 다른 양상을 나타냈다. 빈도 분석 결과, 학술연구에서는 창의성 교육과 관련된 단어가, 소셜 빅데이터에서는 인지적 능력으로서 창의성 및 창의성이 적용되는 다양한 분야와 관련된 단어가 높은 빈도를 보였다. 유사도 분석 결과, 학술연구에서는 창의성이 다양한 관점을 고려하며 기존의 정렬 방식에서 벗어나 이루어지는 의사결정력과 유사한 의미로 인식되었고, 소셜 빅데이터에서는 문제의 근본적 쟁점을 집념을 가지고 다루는 능력, 지식을 표상하는 능력과 유사하게 인식되었다. 토픽 모델링 결과, 학술연구는 창의성 발현 기제 및 교육과 관련된 5개 주제로 정리되었고, 소셜 빅데이터는 기업 및 정부 주도 사업과 같이 구체적인 해결 과제가 부여된 맥락에서의 창의성과 관련된 7개 주제로 정리되었다. 창의성에 대한 형식지와 암묵지의 차이는 우리 사회의 창의성에 대한 지식 구축과 활용에 제약이 될 수 있다. 연구 결과를 종합하여, 창의성에 대한 형식지와 암묵지 간의 순조로운 변환을 통해 창의성과 관련된 지식 구축과 활용이 활성화되기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to verify the perception of creativity by comparing explicit knowledge built around academic articles and tacit knowledge (or explicit knowledge) formed around social big data and to seek the future direction of creativity research. Using text-mining techniques, we analyzed text of academic articles and web-sites about ‘creativity’. The results of frequency analysis showed that keywords about creativity education showed the highest frequency in academic article whereas ‘creativity as cognitive ability’ and ‘kinds of field or domain to be needed creativity’. To find the meaning of ‘creativity’ in the context of each dataset, words with the highest similarities with ‘creativity’ were examined. The results of similarity analysis revealed that ‘various perspectives’, ‘rearrange’, and ‘decision making’ showed the highest similarity in academic articles, whereas ‘representation’ and ‘commitment’ emerged as the highest similarity in social big data. The topic modeling results showed that the main keywords of academic articles could be categorized into ‘direction of creativity development’, ‘effect of creativity education’, ‘development of creativity program’, ‘mechanisms of creativity’, and ‘social impact of creativity’, whereas the main topics in social big data were ‘competition for creative ideas’, ‘support system’, ‘government-level project’, ‘creative environment’, ‘corporate recruitment’, ‘government s direction of policy of creativity’, and ‘ability to cope with corporate crisis’. Finally, we suggested that the future theories and principles about creativity need to be identified and developed in through conversion between explicit and tacit knowledge of creativity.

        경골 고평부 골절 수술 후 관절가동추나의 적용 : 증례보고 2례

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to report the effect of Korean medicine treatment, including the application of joint mobilizing chuna, by reporting two cases after tibial plateau fracture surgery. Methods Two patients with tibial plateau fractures were treated using joint mobilizing chuna, myofascial chuna, acupuncture, and herbal medication. The effect of the treatments was evaluated using the range of motion, manual muscle test, numeric rating scale, and Korean Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score. Results In both cases, the range of motion, muscle strength, and pain were significantly improved. In particular, the range of motion for knee joint flexion increased by 47° in case 1 and 30° (right) and 42° (left) in case 2. Conclusions Korean medicine treatment, especially joint mobilizing chuna, may be an effective intervention for rehabilitation after tibial plateau fracture surgery.

        공최(LU6)를 활용한 치질치료의 근거에 대한 문헌고찰

        Objectives : Acupoint LU6 (Gongchoe) is known as an acupoint for the treatment of pain and bleeding caused by hemorrhoids. The purpose of this study was to critically review acupoint LU6 for treating hemorrhoids. Methods : We searched both ancient and modern literature of acupuncture and moxibustion using keywords “Gongchoe” and “hemorrhoids”. We further performed an online ancient literature search for crosscheck. The searched literature was stratified by country (Korea, China, and Japan), and data were organized chronologically. Concerning literature related to hemorrhoids, data based on acupuncture treatment were compiled. Results : The bone proportional measurement of the forearm had been 12.5 cun until the Qing Dynasty but was recorded as 10 cun in “Shinkyushinzui,” and the majority of modern Japanese and Korean literature indicated it as 10 cun. Gongchoe for treating hemorrhoids has been reported in the literature, including “Shinkyushinzui” (Japan, 1941), “Shiyoungzongguo-zhenjiujingxuexue” (Taiwan, 1963), “Gyeonghyeolhak” (Korea, 1971), and “Jinzhenmeihuashichao” (China, late Qing dynasty), but except “Jinzhenmeihuashichao”, the location is different from the World Health Organization (WHO) standard acupoint location as it is 7 cun from the wrist out of 10 cun of the forearm bone proportional measurement. In addition, classical guides published until the Qing Dynasty did not report acupoint LU6 for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Conclusions : It is necessary to distinguish between Gongchoe in “Shinkyushinzui” and LU6 in WHO standard acupuncture point locations. Gongchoe (LU6)’s primary treatment for hemorrhoids has not been described in the classical literature, and further clinical evidence is needed to support it. When using Gongchoe for hemorrhoids, we should consider that the location of Gongchoe is closer to the LU5 than the standard acupuncture point locations and it is meaningful not only for treatment but also for diagnosis.
