      • 변혁적, 거래적 리더십이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로

        This study reviews preceding researches of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and empowerment and conducts positive analysis to examine relationship with job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the mediating effects of empowerment on the relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction and organizational commitment . To achieve the objective of this study, the relationships between leadership, empowerment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment in terms of effects and the contents of previous studies were reviewed. The results of this study are summarized as follows; First, as a result of verifying hypothesis of relationship between transformational ․transactional leadership and job satisfaction, Job satisfaction was affected by charisma. Second, as a result of verifying hypothesis of relationship between transformational, transactional leadership and organizational commitment, organizational commitment was affected by charisma and intellectual stimulation and was not significantly affected by any leadership factors. Third, as a result of verifying hypothesis of relationship between transformational ․transactional leadership and empowerment, empowerment was affected by charisma and contingent reward. innovative leaders will obtain higher cognition of empowerment for their subordinates and it is similar to existing research results. Fourth, the effects of empowerment on organizational effectiveness were tested, and the results indicated that empowerment significantly affected organizational commitment, job satisfaction. organizational commitment and job satisfaction was affected by meaning, impact. the results of this study, it was suggested that leader who presents vision in modern business management, lead subordinates with concerns on them and encouragement and gives motivation to them through intellectual stimulation and importance of empowerment in higher dimension is emphasized. Finally, according to verification results of intermediary of empowerment in relationship between transformational․transactional leadership and organizational efficacy, it was tested as to whether empowerment would mediate the effects of leadership on organizational effectiveness. The results indicated that empowerment provided: A partially mediating role between and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and a completely mediating role between charisma and job satisfaction. A completely mediating role between and organizational commitment role between intellectual stimulation and organizational commitment. In summary, it is proposed that the leaders should acknowledge the importance of leadership in managing job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In other words, a leader combines the knowledge of developing vision, encouraging the team players, treating them fairly and at times differently according to their performance. And in this study, which leadership model has stronger impact on job satisfaction and commitment in small and medium-sized firms had been discussed as well. 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 내용으로 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하며, 둘째, 기존의 연구들에서 진행되었던 연구의 틀인 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십이 직무만족, 조직몰입과의 관계에서 임파워먼트의 매개역할에 대한 검증도 실시하여, 구성원의 태도변수인 직무만족과 조직몰입에 리더십뿐만 아니라 구성원의 심리적 임파워먼트의 중요성을 검증하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과를 간단하게 요약하면 기존 연구들에서의 주장과 유사한 결론을 보여주고 있다. 첫째, 변혁적·거래적 리더십과 직무만족과의 관계에 대한 가설 검증 결과를 요약해 보면 카리스마만이 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며 나머지 리더십 유형들은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 변혁적·거래적 리더십과 조직몰입과의 관계에 대한 가설 검증 결과를 보면, 카리스마와 지적자극 요인이 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 변혁적 ·거래적 리더십과 임파워먼트와의 관계에 대한 가설 검증 결과 카리스마와 조건적 보상이 구성원의 임파워먼트에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이는 변혁적 리더일수록 하급자들의 임파워먼트에 대한 인지정도가 높아질 것이라는 결론을 얻었는데 이것은 기존 연구결과와 유사하게 나타났다. 넷째, 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향력 검증 결과 의미성과 영향력 요인이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 다섯째, 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대하여 임파워먼트가 매개효과를 주는지를 매개회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 3단계의 회귀분석 결과, 임파워먼트는 변혁적 리더십의 카리스마와 직무만족, 조직몰입 사이에서는 부분매개역할을 하고 있으며, 지적자극의 경우 조직몰입과의 사이에서 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해 보면, 현대 기업 경영에 있어서 비전을 제시하는 리더, 하급자들의 관심과 격려로 이끌어 가는 리더, 과업수행을 위해 지적자극을 통해 새롭게 동기부여하는 리더가 성과달성에 긍정적인 리더라는 시사점을 제공하고 있고, 자율성과 더 높은 차원의 동기부여 수단인 임파워먼트의 중요성도 다시한번 일깨워 주고 있다.

      • HEXACO 성격유형이 개인의 성공에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 직무만족의 매개효과와 오행의 조절효과를 중심으로

        ABSTRACT A Study of Effects of HEXACO Personality Dimensions on Personal Success by In- soon Jung Advisor : Prof. Lee, Kang OK, Ph. D. Department of Business Administration Graduate School of Chosun University Recently, various attempts have been made to improve corporate performance due to rapid changes in business environment. Modern organizations are trying to enhance job performance and their development by identifying the personality as behavioral characteristics including personality tests. In order to have sustainable competition, human resource management in the organization is very important. In this thesis, the impact of the HEXACO Personality on the success of these individuals and the mediating role of job satisfaction between these independent variables and dependent variables were analyzed. Indeed, the impact of the HEXACO Personality on the success of these individuals and the moderating effect of the Five Elements between these variables were verified. Lastly, the effect of job satisfaction on individual success were investigated. At first, in order to examine the hypothesis relationship empirically based on a research model, frequency analysis was carried out using the statistical package of SPSS V.17 with collected data through data coding and data cleaning process. Then, factor analysis was conducted to identify the fact that the selected variables as measuring tools can be equally loaded to previous studies. After reliability analysis for determining that factors extracted by the factor analysis consist of homogeneous variables, variable calculation was performed with remaining variables by removing variables incorrectly loaded, lack of explanation or undermining confidence. The reliability of the selected variables was tested using Cronbach's Alpha value. After verifying the reliability of the variables through the reliability test, correlation analysis was conducted and the hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Data used in the empirical analysis were collected by survey methods. These were conducted targeting representatives of small and medium enterprises, presidents of construction companies and their employees such as directors and managers, self-employed and employees working for large corporations and small businesses living in Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju, Chonnam province and Gyeongnam province. The survey period is from 7th of October 2010 through 30th of October 2010. A total number of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 272 were returned among them. In order to increase the reliability of empirical measurements and to obtain useful results, 12 questionnaire responses falsely created or missing were firstly removed. Because individual success is set as a dependent variable in this research model, 165 questionnaires from representatives of small and medium enterprises, presidents of construction companies and self-employed were only selected to use economically and socially successful people. The results based on the purpose and analysis methods in this thesis are summarized as follows. First, the influence test of the HEXACO Personality on individual success shows that Openness to Experience (p<.01), Conscientiousness (p<.05), eXtraversion (p<.05) and Honesty-Humility have significant effect on individual success while Emotionality and Agreeableness has little impact on it. This result implies that clear sense of purpose, planned work, discretion, collaborative relationship with others, stimulation of curiosity are required for individual success. Second, the influence test of the HEXACO Personality on job satisfaction shows that only Conscientiousness (p<.05) has significant effect on job satisfaction and other variables have no impact on it. However, in the existing research (HyunChul Lim, 2010), Conscientiousness has no significant effect on individual success, which is different from the result of this thesis. This is because the characteristics of the sample target, which consists of representatives of small and medium enterprises, presidents of construction companies and self-employed. This result implies that people with clear sense of purpose and concentration on their work are more satisfying their job and people with concrete work plan and self-control are satisfying their job by working hard with discretion. Third, job satisfaction has significant effect on individual success. This implies that, in order to feel a sense of accomplishment through internal success, social recognition and social service, job satisfaction should be preceded and relationships with colleagues and superiors in the workplace should be good. Indeed, longer work experience strengthens the belief of individual success. Fourth, the possibility test that the Five Elements can control the relationship between success and the six major dimension of personality in the HEXACO Personality shows that the interaction between Agreeableness and the 'Wood' property ,and the interaction between Conscientiousness and the 'Wood' property have significant effect on individual success in the case of the 'Wood' of the Five Elements. However, the 'Fire' of the Five Elements has no control over the relationship between success and six parameters of the HEXACO Personality. In the case of the 'Earth' of the Five Elements, the interaction between Emotionality and the 'Earth' property have significant effect on individual success. In other words, the 'Earth' controls the relationship between success and six parameters of the HEXACO Personality. This results implies that the 'Earth' can harmonize with Emotionality though it has an overcoming interaction with Emotionality. This is because the 'Water' and the 'Earth' can be complementary when the proper amount of them exist together. Finally, the 'Metal' of the Five Elements has no control over the relationship between success and six parameters of the HEXACO Personality. In this case, unlike the case of the 'Fire', the moderating effect is somewhat meaningful in some cases but it is not found in all aspects, so that the 'Metal' cannot play a role to control the relationship. Fifth, the investigation on the mediating effect of job satisfaction shows that only Conscientiousness plays as a mediator. This is because Conscientiousness is a resonable and predictable variable regardless of job groups or situations commonly founded in almost all the previous studies. Conscientiousness is related to learning and achievement, so that it may affect individual success if job satisfaction is provided.

      • 탈해신화의 내용 분석과 의미 연구

        The sanctity of Talhae myth and the settlement of the Talhae groups in Silla society were examined after examination of different rare books of Talhae myth. The appearance of governing here who is governing a country was examined through the integrated process of diverse groups after Talhae took possession of royal authority. A summary of the above is as follows. First, Talhae myth superficially belongs in the mythology that 'father is God of water and mother is God of land type(수부지모형:水父地母型),' and it is with the two-fold structure united myth of egg(난생:卵生) without part of ‘sunlight(일광:日光)’ among northern myths of egg. Second, Talhae myth shows heroes who governs a country unlike a birth myth. Through the appearance of heres who are governing a country, the various views of heros of our nation will be able to be practically suggested to students in education. Third, the mixed divinity of diverse Gods can be found through Talhae in Talhae myth. Talhae is the figuration of compositive appearance mixing the mountain god native of Silla dynasty, the Sea God ideology, Taoist ideology, Buddhist philosophy, etc. Next, the birth of Talhae group, meeting with supporter, and taking possession of Ho duke's house as hidden center search were examined as follows. Talhae moved in the Korean Peninsula leaving “Yongseonggok-An independent nation(용성국:龍城國)- with his group. At this time, it was examined through red dragon that the group following Talhae arrived and moved together. In addition, a red dragon as southern guardian angel in the Five Elements is the symbolical configuration of country to be conquered after expanding his power in future with a symbolic meaning that Talhae group settled in south of the Korean Peninsula governs the southern region. Talhae holding a royal authority based on excellent iron culture tried to achieve unity and peace through moral influence not depend upon only weapons to maintain a royal authority so the royal authority was inherited by his descendants for a long time. Talhae is revered as God of Eastern Mountain by king Mun-Moo after being unified three Kingdoms by Silla. The studies on the trick-folktale in Talhae myth and the northern cultural characteristic, etc have never been done. After revealing the characteristic of Talhae myth detailedly based on the more thorough study on Talhae myth, a comparative study on the myths of other groups who arrived and moved crossing the sea, a comparative study on northern myth and a comparative study on indigenous myth should be done. 탈해신화의 여러 이본의 검토 후 탈해신화의 신성성과 탈해 집단의 신라 사회 정착 과정과 정착 후 토착세력과 하나가 되기 위해 거친 과정, 탈해 집단이 왕권을 차지한 후 토착세력과 다른 이주 집단과의 통합 과정을 통해 치국영웅의 모습에 대해 살펴보았다. 이러한 내용을 간략하게 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탈해신화는 표면적으로는 ‘수부지모형’형 신화에 속하는 신화로 북방계 난생 신화 중 ‘일광’요소가 빠진 ‘난생’신화가 융합된 중층 구조를 지닌 신화이다. 둘째, 탈해신화는 다른 건국신화와는 달리 치국영웅으로의 모습이 나타나 있다. 이러한 치국영웅의 모습은 현실 교육에 있어 학생들에게 우리 민족 영웅의 다양한 모습을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 탈해신화에 형상화된 탈해는 여러 신격이 복합된 모습을 찾을 수 있다. 탈해는 신라 고유 산신 신앙에 용신 사상· 도교 신선사상·불교 사상 등이 혼합된 복합적인 모습으로 형상화되어 있다. 다음으로 탈해 집단의 출생과 양육자와의 만남, 숨겨진 중심 찾기로의 호공의 집 차지하기에 대하여 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 탈해는 자신의 집단을 이끌고 용성국을 떠나 한반도로 옮겨 왔다. 이때 탈해를 따르는 집단이 함께 도래·이주하였음을 붉은 용을 통해 살펴보았다. 그리고 적룡은 오행에서 남방의 수호신으로 한반도의 남쪽에 정착한 탈해 집단에게는 남쪽을 다스린다는 상징적인 의미와 함께 앞으로 자신들의 세력을 확장해 나갈 정복 국가를 상징적으로 형상화한 것이다. 우수한 철기문화를 기반으로 왕권을 획득한 탈해는 왕권 유지를 위해 무력에만 의지한 것이 아니라 감화를 통해 화합과 평화를 이룩하고자 하였으며 이로 인해 오랫동안 자신의 자손이 왕위를 계승하였다. 이러한 탈해는 신라가 삼국 통일 후 문무왕에 의해 동악신으로 숭상된다. 탈해신화에 나타나는 트릭담, 북방 문화적 성격 등에 대한 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 탈해신화에 대한 좀 더 철저한 연구를 바탕으로 탈해신화의 특성을 자세히 밝힌 후 도래·이주한 다른 집단 신화와의 비교 연구, 북방 신화와의 비교 연구, 토착 신화와의 비교 연구가 있어야 할 것이다.

      • 여성영웅소설의 교육적 가치 및 교재화 연구 : -<방한림전>을 중심으로-

        본고에서는 형성 및 유형, 개별 작품론 연구에 비해 다소 부족하다고 생각되는 여성영웅소설의 교육적 가치를 살펴보고, 여성영웅소설의 한 유형인 <방한림전>이 가지는 문학적&#8228;교육적 가치를 바탕으로 한 실질적인 문학 교재 마련을 최종 목표로 삼았다. 먼저 이를 위해 Ⅱ장에서는 작품 속 여성영웅과 성 역할의 갈등을 통해 여성영웅소설의 교육적 의미에 대해 접근해보았다. 그리하여 여성과 남성의 차이를 차별로 고정화시키는 가부장적 사회에서 이를 시정하기 위해 여성영웅이 보여주는 여성 의식의 발현과 신장이야말로 여성영웅소설이 가지는 가장 큰 교육적 의미임을 살펴볼 수 있었다. Ⅲ장에서는 <방한림전>의 인물 형상과 사회&#8228;문화적 규범과의 갈등을 통해 작품의 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 가부장 사회의 여성에 대한 억압을 자각하고 주체적인 삶을 소망한 두 여성 인물을 통해 뚜렷한 여성 의식을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 또한 남장(男裝) 모티프 외에 두 여성간의 결합인 동성혼(同性婚) 모티프, 여성의 성을 잇기 위한 입양 모티프, 천상에서 죄를 짓고 지상으로 적강했다가 다시 천상 세계로 복귀하는 적강(謫降) 모티프 등 다양한 모티프를 통해 작품에 드러나는 당대 사회&#8228;문화적 규범과의 갈등을 파악해 볼 수 있었다. Ⅳ장에서는 Ⅱ장과 Ⅲ장의 연구 결과를 토대로 <방한림전>의 교육적 가치와 실제 새로운 문학 교재를 마련해 보았다. 여성 의식의 신장과 주체적 자아실현, 주요 모티프를 통한 사고의 확장, 성소수자에 대한 새로운 이해를 바탕으로 제7차 개정 교육과정과 그에 따른 교과서 구성을 기본틀로 하여 소단원 학습을 위한 문학 교재를 제안해 보았다. <방한림전>은 다른 여성영웅소설과는 달리 독특한 내용과 문제의식을 지닌 작품이라고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 <방한림전>을 활용한 문학 교재는 단순한 흥미 차원에서만 그치지 않고 학습자에게 문학과 삶의 측면에서 보다 진지하게 다가갈 수 있을 것이다. 또한 여성영웅소설에 대한 고정관념을 깨뜨림과 동시에 진정한 여성영웅소설의 가치를 찾아가는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 미흡하게나마 앞으로의 고전 소설 교육에 일조할 수 있기를 기대해 본다. This paper has the purpose of investigating the educational values of heroine novels which are thought to be less than the studies on the formation and types, individual work theories, and developing the practical literature teaching materials based on the cultural and educational values of <Banghanrimjeon> which is one type of heroine novels. For this, in chapter II, the educational meanings of heroine novels were primarily scrutinized through the troubles of gender roles and heroines of the works. Thus, it was found that the most educational meaning of heroine novels is the revelation and growth of women's consciousness shown by heroine in order to correct the patriarchal society where the difference of men and women is fixed as the discrimination. In chapter III, understanding of the work was helped through the trouble between the societal and cultural standard and character formation of <Banhanrimjeon>. Apparent women's consciousness was found through two woman characters who were aware of the suppression on the women in the patriarchal society and expected the subjective life. And the complications against the societal and cultural norms of the age appeared in the work could be grasped through the various motif, such as male attire motive, fall from sky motif in which at first, the main character falls from the sky to the ground due to the sin, and then returns to the sky again, adaption motif for keeping the women's gender, same-sex marriage motif which is coupling of two women. In chapter IV, actual new literature teaching materials and educational values of <Banhanrimjeon> was developed based on the results of study in chapter II, III. The literature teaching materials for the sub-chapter learning was proposed from the framework of the textbook composition according to the 7th revised curriculum, based on the new understanding for sexual minorities, the extension of thoughts through main motif, the growth of women's consciousness and subjective self-realization. Different from the other heroine novels, <Banhanrimjeon> may be the work with unique contents and critical mind. Thus, the literature teaching materials using <Banhnarimjeon> would make the learners approach the aspects of literature and life more significantly rather than confine to simple interest level. And it is meaningful that the teaching materials have a good opportunity to break the stereotype about heroine novels and at the same time, find the essential values of heroine novels. It is hopeful that this study is insufficient but would contribute to future classical literature education.

      • 리더십유형이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 직무만족의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to research on the effects of leadership on turnover intention. In order to achieve this aims, the following research questions were addressed: 1. Are there any differences and affecting relationships in turnover intention according to the leadership style? 2. Are there any control effect of job satisfaction to turnover intention? 3. Are there any differences and affecting relationships in turnover intention according to the individual characteristics? The subject of this study was 258 organizers in kwangju, chonnam and another area. This study was performed by a questionnaire consisted of 3 parts. The scale of job satisfaction, turnover intention, leadership were used. The data was analyzed with frequencies, χ²test, T-test, one way Anova, General linear regression analysis, and Multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The difference in turnover intention according to the leadership style was significant. That is to say, employee-oriented leadership behavior, bureaucratically-oriented leadership behavior and goal-oriented leadership behavior had effects on overloaded business. but in case of social position security, only bureaucratically-oriented leadership behavior had effects on turnover intention. 2. The difference in turnover intention according to job satisfaction was significant. 1)In case of high-level job satisfaction group, employee-oriented leadership behavior and bureaucratically-oriented leadership behavior had effects on overloaded business. but in case of low-level job satisfaction group, employee-oriented leadership behavior and bureaucratically-oriented leadership behavior had effects on overloaded business. 2)In case of high-level job satisfaction group, employee-oriented leadership behavior and bureaucratically-oriented leadership behavior had effects on social position security. but in case of low-level job satisfaction group, goal-oriented leadership behavior and bureaucratically-oriented leadership behavior had effects on social position security. 3. The difference in organizer's turnover intention according to the individual characteristics was significant, especially academic background, age, and level of employee have been shown a significant difference. 4. There were negative relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention and job satisfaction had control effect to turnover intention. That is to say, high job satisfaction group had not turnover intention. In conclusion, result of this study indicated that leadership style, organizational climate and job satisfaction were essential variables to prevent the turnover intention.

        정철의 <속미인곡> 교육 방안 연구 - 교육연극을 활용하여 - 요약 고전 문학 작품들을 통해서 우리는 우리의 선조들의 생활과 풍습과 전통적인 사상과 감정을 이해할 수 있다. 또 그것을 통해 오늘날 우리의 삶에서 본받을 만한 훌륭한 밑거름을 얻을 수 있다. 그러므로 우리의 고전문학 작품 지도는 과거의 사상과 체험, 그리고 가치관과 현재의 그 것을 접목시켜 새롭게 적용할 수 있는 그러한 지도가 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 현재 우리의 문학 교육은 입시 위주의 암기 혹은 주입식 교육으로 이루어져 왔다. 작품 자체를 내면화하기 보다는 그 작품 자체를 학습시키는 데에 큰 목적을 두고 이루어져 오고 있는 것이다. 이러한 학습 방법은 학습자로 하여금 부담을 줄 뿐만 아니라, 흥미를 잃어버리게 하는 지루한 수업이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자의 참여와 창의력, 그리고 독창성을 개발할 수 있는 수업 모형을 도입하여 고전 문학 교육을 제안해보았다. 본고 Ⅱ장에서는 본고에서 활용하고자 하는 교육연극의 개념과 디-아이-이(D.I.E) 대해 살펴보았다. 또 교육연극을 활용함으로 얻을 수 있는 문학교육적 의의에 대해 생각해보고, 특히나 교육연극이 고전문학 교육에 있어서의 이점에 대해 알아보았다. 그리고 D.I.E 기법의 고전문학 교수 학습 적용 방법과 교육연극을 활용한 수업 모형을 도식화 시켜 D.I.E를 활용한 수업 모형을 제시해 보았다. Ⅲ장에서는 <속미인곡>의 특징과 교육적 의의에 대해 생각해보았다. <속미인곡>이 대화체적 특징과 사랑이라는 인간의 보편적인 정서를 담고 있다는 것이 교육연극을 활용하는데 적절한 작품이라는 것을 살펴보았다. <속미인곡>에 대한 이론적 토대를 정리한 후 Ⅳ장에서 총 3차시 학습으로 지도안을 구성하였다. 본 연구를 통해 <속미인곡>이라는 작품을 단순히 받아들이는 수동자적 입장이 아닌 학습자 스스로가 작품을 이해하고, 모둠원이 서로 고민하여 스스로 각색하여 봄으로 능동적으로 수업에 참여할 수 있는 수업이 이루어지게 했다. 교사의 주입식 위주의 고전문학 작품 교육이 아니라 학습자의 능동적인 참여로 이루어지게 한 것이 교육연극을 활용한 <속미인곡> 교육의 큰 의의라고 볼 수 있다. 학습자 위주의 수업을 오래전부터 운운해왔지만 여전히 교실에서는 입시위주의 수업이 이루어질 수밖에 없는 상황에 한계를 느낀다. 고전작품은 현재의 학습자들에게 거리감이 형성될 수밖에 없는 장르이다. 그만큼 익숙하지 않고, 작품 자체를 이해하기 위한 배경지식이 많이 필요하기 때문이기도 하다. 하지만, 우리의 소중한 고전문학을 가르치는 것을 그만 둘 수도 없는 것이다. 앞서 언급한 대로 고전문학은 그 자체로서 소중하고 중요한 가치가 있기 때문이다. 교육연극 뿐만 아니라 앞으로 다양한 방법을 적용한 고전문학 학습이 이루어졌으면 좋겠다. 교육현장에서도 불가능하다고만 할 것이 아니라 학습자 중심의 교육을 위한 새로운 시도가 다방면으로 활발히 이루어졌으면 좋겠다.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leadership types and organizational effectiveness and verify what leadership type could reinforce member's effectiveness with its focus on the moderating effect of personal traits. Based on previous researches, this study established leadership types(transformational and transactional leadership) as independent variables and organizational effectiveness (organizational commitment and job satisfaction) as dependence variables. The main focus of this study was on exploring the factors influencing organizational and job commitment by reviewing both traditional and modern leadership types. To analyze this process, this study formed a research frame using leadership, organizational commitment, and job commitment theories, and conducted empirical analysis, focusing on the significance and influence of correlation between established variables. In other words, independent variables considered transformational and transactional leadership, moderating variables established demographical variables, and dependent variables considered organizational and job commitment. Sampling and data collection methods for empirical analysis were to review previous researches on leadership types such as transformational and transactional leadership and investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in small and medium companies. To sum up, the results of this study were as follows. First, verification of parameters suggests that the effects of leadership types on organizational effectiveness varied with demographic variables. Groups with high job satisfaction and organizational commitment showed higher transformational leadership. Second, both transformational and transactional leadership had effects on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Finally, a hypothesis that the effects of leadership types on organizational performance varied with personal traits was verified. Its result suggests that personal traits such as sex, education, age, and position had different effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Similarly, it was verified that the effects of leadership types on job satisfaction and organizational commitment varied with personal traits. This study is very important in suggesting that what leadership can be desirable by considering the effects of leadership types on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in small and middle companies. Based on the analysis results of this study, some suggestions may be presented. In the process of research, it was easy to collect data since this study selected very common subjects in the personnel and organizational field such as leadership types, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. On the contrary, it was not easy to search proper research models among many models. Since leadership needs to be changed according to changing society, its study should be also continued. Further study will contribute to exploring more realistic and effective alterative ideas.

        현대의 지식정보화 사회에서 학교 교육은 지식과 정보를 제공하는 교육에서 벗어나 학생 스스로 정보를 탐색․수집하고 분석․종합하여 새로운 정보를 창출할 수 있는 능력과 자기 주도적이며 창의적인 능력을 키워줄 수 있는 방향의 교육 요구된다. 이에 교육 현장에서 깊은 관심을 보이고 있는 교수-학습 방안 중 하나가 도서관활용수업이다. 학교도서관의 교육적인 목표는 학습자가 도서관의 자료 즉 인쇄정보와 통신정보를 활용할 수 있고 다양한 교육매체를 학습자원으로 하여 효과적으로 학습목표를 달성하도록 기여하는 데 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 학습자가 자기주도적 학습 능력을 함양하고 창의적 사고력을 신장할 수 있는 교육환경을 제공하는데 있다. 이러한 학교도서관의 역할 변화로 최근 교육현장에서는 교과 교사와 사서 교사가 협력하는 수업형태인 도서관 활용수업이 주목을 받고 있다. 고전소설교육은 현대사회를 살아가는 학습자가 작품으로 우리 조상들의 삶과 만나는 것이며, 그 속에 담긴 조상들의 삶에 대한 지혜를 배울 수 있기에 그 만큼 그들이 정신적 세계는 깊고 넉넉해 질 수 있다는 큰 의의가 있다. 따라서 현대사회에 있어 고전 소설의 교육적 가치는 더욱 높아지고, 고전을 통해 살아가는 지혜를 얻을 수 있다는 점에서 고전 소설읽기가 가진 교육적 의미는 크다. 이렇게 고전소설교육이 중요함에도 불구하고 학습자는 어려운 어휘와 시대적인 거리감과 가치관의 차이 등으로 여전히 생소해 하면서 지루하고 어려워하며 학습에 대한 거부감도 가지고 있다. 그러나 입시에서 중요한 비중을 차지하기 때문에 어쩔 수 없이 공부해야하는 부담스럽고 괴로운 수업으로 인식되고 있는 것도 사실이다. 이에 본 연구는 지식정보화 사회 학습 환경에 적합한 학습 능력을 습득하고 학습자의 학습 흥미를 높이기 위한 방법으로 다양한 정보 자원의 집합체인 학교도서관을 활용하여 우리나라 대표적 고전소설인 <춘향전>을 제재로 2011 국어과 교육과정에 의거하여 국어과 교사와 사서교사가 협력하는 밀접형 도서관활용수업을 모색해 보았다. 지금까지 논의한 것을 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. Ⅱ장에서는 도서관활용수업의 개념과 필요성, 모형에 관한 이론적 내용에 대해 논하였다. Ⅲ장에서는 <춘향전>의 문학 교육적 가치를 살펴보고, 2007 국어과 교육과정 국어교과서에 실린 <춘향전>과 <춘향가>를 중심으로 제재와 관련한 성취기준과 학습목표의 적합성에 대해 분석하였다. Ⅳ장에서는 <춘향전>의 인간존중사상 전통과 해학적 표현의 전통 그리고 춘향전의 현대적 변용을 통한 창조적 계승을 문학 교육 요소를 추출하여 2011 국어과 교육과정에 의거하여 국어과 교사와 사서 교사가 협력하는 밀접형 도서관활용수업의 모형을 3차시로 계획해 보았다. <춘향전>의 학습목표를 효과적으로 달성함과 동시에 학생들의 학습 흥미를 높이고 자기주도적 학습력을 신장시키기 위해 밀접형 도서관활용수업을 통한 <춘향전> 교수-학습 방안을 제안하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 하겠다 It is required that the school education in the modern knowledge and information society escapes the education offering knowledge and information, and provides the growth of the creative ability, self-initiative and the generating of new information through exploration, collection, analysis, and synthesis for information by themselves. Thus, Library-Assisted Instruction among the teaching-learning measure is deeply interested. The educational goal of school library is to contribute to the learners to utilize the material in library where there are published information and communication information, and to accomplish the learning goal effectively through various educational medium as the learning resources, and to offer the educational environment to grow the creative thinking ability and to have learning ability of self-initiative based on this. Since this change of the role of the school library, the Library-Assisted Instruction as the class type of cooperative work between the textbook teacher and teacher librarian has been attracted in the current education site. Among the Korean education area, the classical fiction education is important to understand human life in various and entire areas through the literature. Even though the education of classical fiction education is important like this, the learners have unfamiliarity and difficulty and refusal mind because of the distance of the time and the difference of the values. Thus, the researcher found the close Library-Assisted Instruction in which the teacher of Korean subject and teacher librarian based on the Korean language education course through the material of <Chunhyangjeon> which is the representative classical fiction in Korea by applying to the school library as the agglomeration of various information resources for the method of obtaining the proper learning ability and enhancing learning interest in the learning environment of knowledge and information society. In the chapter Ⅱ, it was discussed about the concept and necessities of Library-Assisted Instruction, and theoretical content about the model. In the chapter Ⅲ, the literary educational value of <Chunhyangjeon> is surveyed and the suitability of learning goal and accomplishing standard related to the material focused on <Chunhyangjeon> and <the song of Chunhyang> included in the Korean textbook in 2007 Korean curriculum. In the chapter Ⅳ, it was derived the literary educational element for creative succession through modern alteration of Chunhyangjeon and the tradition of human respect thinking and humorous expression of <Chunhyangjeon>, and planned the close Library-Assisted Instruction model in which the Korean teacher and teacher librarian cooperate in three hour classes based on 2011 Korean educational curriculum. It is meaningful to suggest of <Chunhyangjeon> teaching-learning measure through the close Library-Assisted Instruction for accomplishing the learning goal of <Chunhyangjeon> effectively and also enhancing the learning interest for the students and growing self-initiative learning ability.
