친족위탁가정의 심리적 양육환경이 아동의 문제행동에 미치는 영향 = Influence of the Kinship Foster Family`s Psychological Nucturing Circumstances on Children`s Problem Behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the current state of psychological nucturing circumstances and influence of the kinship foster parents` parental role stress, family functioning, motivation of care on the children`s problem behavior. 187 cases of foster parents giving kinship care were studied. The major findings were as follows:1) kinship foster parents showed high parental role stress, low level of parent-child communication level, high family cohesiveness, and low family adaption. Many kinship foster parents nurtured children with voluntary motivation and foster children had low level of children`s problem behavior. 2) the kinship foster parents` high parental role stress level caused many children`s problem behavior. Parental role stress through parent-child communication had not influenced on children`s problem behavior. Parental role stress through family cohesiveness and adaptation caused children`s problem behavior. Voluntary motivation influenced lessened the kinship foster parents` parental role stress. Based on the results, several policy and programs were suggested.
