교사 창의성과 어머니양육태도가 유아 창의성에 미치는 영향 = A Study on Creativity of Preschool Children Relative to Teacher`s Creativity and Mother`s Rearing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아 창의성에 영향을 미치는 관련 변인간의 관계를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유아 창의성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 환경변인 중 교사 창의성과 어머니 양육태도 간의 구조모형을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구대상은 서울시에 소재한 유치원 4곳에 재원중인 만 5세 유아 192명의 교사와 부모를 대상으로 각 질문지를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아 창의성과 교사 창의성 및 어머니양육태도간의 상관관계에서 유아 창의성과 교사창의성(인지적요인, 정의적요인)간에 정적상관관계가 나타났으며 유아 창의성과 어머니양육태도(애정-거부, 자율-통제)간에도 정적상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 교사 창의성, 어머니양육태도가 유아 창의성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 경로를 설정하고 각 변인들과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 교사 창의성과 어머니양육태도가 유아 창의성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 유아창의성을 설명하는데 교사 창의성과 어머니양육태도가 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 영향력의 비교에서는 교사 창의성이 어머니양육태도보다 유아 창의성에 미치는 영향력이 더 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structure of preschool children`s creativity and teacher`s creativity and mother`s rearing. The participants were 192 kindergarten teachers and preschool children`s mother in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed by structure equation model analysis using SPSS and AMOS program. Major results showed there were First; there were significant positive relationships among creativity of preschool children and teacher`s creativity. and positive relationships between creativity of preschool children and mother`s rearing. Two; creativity of preschool children were directly influenced by teacher`s creativity and mother`s rearing. In conclusion, the result of this study confirmed teacher`s creativity is important factor in predicting creativity of preschool children.
