전문대학생의 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effects of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy on the Relationship between Career Barriers and Career Preparation Behavior of College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy in the relationship between career barriers and career preparation behavior of college students. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, The subjects were 230 students from college students located in Busan. Instruments used in the study were as follows: The Career Barriers Scale, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale, Career preparation Behavior Scale. Statistical methods is adopted as data analysis that are SEM(structural equation modeling) by AMOS(version 18.0). The results of the Structural Equation Model Analysis showed that career barriers and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy directly affected Career preparation Behavior. Conclusions from results and discussion of this study are as follows: First, it is found that career barriers has negative direct effect on Career preparation Behavior. Second, it is found that Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy has direct effect on Career preparation Behavior. Third, there is mediation effect of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy in relation between career barriers and career preparation behavior. Therefore, effective counseling strategies to perceive one's confidence in order to enhance career preparation Behavior. Consequently It means that the career guide program need for college student. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for further research are presented.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 전문대학생의 진로장벽이 어떠한 경로를 통해 진로준비헹동에 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하고, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 둘째, 진로장벽, 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감이 매개역할을 하는가? 이러한 연구문제를 가지고 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구대상은 B광역시에 소재한 전문대 대학생 230명을 대상으로 하였으며, 측정도구는 김은영(2001)이 개발한 진로탐색장벽검사와 이기학, 이학주(2000)가 타당화한 진로자기효능감척도 단축형을 사용하였고, 진로준비행동은 김봉환(1997)이 개발한 진로준비행동 검사에 최종성(2009)이 13문항을 추출한 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 Amos(version, 18.0)통계 프로그램을 이용하여 SEM(structural equation modeling)절차에 따라 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과와 논의를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로장벽은 진로준비행동에 부적인 직접효과를 미친다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 정적인 직접효과를 미친다. 셋째, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 전문대 대학생의 진로상담을 위한 주요한 시사점은 전문대학생들의 취업을 위한 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해서 그들의 진로결정 자기효능감을 높이고, 지각하는 진로장벽을 낮추어 주는 진로지도 및 상담이 필요하다.
