가정폭력전문상담원의 전문성이 사례관리 역할 수행에 미치는 영향 : 사례관리 필요성 인식의 조절효과 = The Effect of Professionalism on Case Management Role Performance Among Professional Domestic Violence Counselors - The Mediating effect of the perception of the need for case management -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the professionalism of professional domestic violence counselors affects Case Management role performance, by assessing the mediating effect of the perception of the need for case management. To this end, it conducted a survey of counselors at Women’s Emergency Call 1366 Centers in 16 provinces as well as domestic violence counseling centers, shelters for domestic violence victims in Busan and Ulsan, Gyeongsangnam-do. The verification results of hypotheses show that first, after controlling for professional domestic violence counselors' general characteristics, professional attitudes and abilities that are sub-variables of professionalism have a significant influence on case management role performance. It has drawn practical implications for social welfare according to the results.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 가정폭력 방지 업무를 담당하고 있는 시설에서 종사하는 가정폭력전문상담원을 대상으로 전문성이 사례관리 역할 수행에 미치는 영향에 사례관리 필요성에 대한 인식이 조절효과를 나타내는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 16개 권역에 위치한 여성긴급전화1366센타, 경상남도, 부산, 울산 지역에 위치한 가정폭력상담소, 가정폭력피해자보호시설에서 근무하는 상담원을 대상으로 하여 설문지를 통한 전수조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가설을 검증한 결과는 첫째, 가정폭력전문상담원의 일반적 특성을 통제한 후에, 전문성의 하위변인인 전문가적 태도와 전문적 능력은 사례관리 역할 수행에 유의미한 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정폭력전문상담의 일반적 특성을 통제한 후에 사례관리 필요성에 대한 인식을 조절변수로 투입한 결과 전체 설명력이 유의미하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가정폭력전문상담원의 사례관리 역할 수행에 따른 사회복지 실천적 함의를 논하였다.
