치매 관련 간호연구의 동향분석: 국내 간호학회지 및 학위논문을 중심으로 = A Review of the Trends of Nursing Research on Dementia in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 치매와 관련한 최근 간호연구의 동향 분석을 통하여 간호학 연구에서 다루어진 개념을 확인하고, 치매노인 및 간호제공자에 대한 중재 연구 유형을 분석함으로써 차후 치매와 관련한 간호 연구 방향 설정의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 2000년 1월부터 2012년 12월까지 대한간호학회지를 포함한 5개 학회지에 게재된 치매관련 논문 100편과 치매관련 국내 석·박사학위논문 72편, 총 172편의 논문을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구 방법은 조사연구 방법이 가장 많이 이용되었으며, 치매노인을 대상으로 한 연구에서는 신체적, 생리적, 인지적 개념을 측정변수로 한 연구가 가장 많았고, 치매노인 간호제공자를 대상으로 한 연구에서는 사회 심리적인 개념을 측정변수로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 172편의 연구 중 중재연구는 43편에 불과하였으며, 주로는 치매노인을 대상으로 감각적, 인지적, 운동적, 사회적 중재가 이루어졌고 치매노인 간호제공자를 대상으로 한 중재연구는 5편에 불과하였다. 미래에는 중재 연구에 대한 메타분석, 치매노인에게 이루어지지 않은 다양한 중재 연구 및 간호제공자를 대상으로 하는 중재 연구 등의 연구가 활발히 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes the contents of and trends in nursing research on dementia and suggests directions for future research in this field. We analyzed papers published in five nursing journals as well as master theses and doctoral dissertations in the period from January 2000 to December 2012. Of the studies analyzed, 172 were related to dementia. The descriptive design was the most frequently used study design. The topics most frequently studied were related physical and physiological variables in elderly adults with dementia and psycho-social variables in caregivers. Only 43 studies were experimental ones. In the future, meta-analysis of intervention studies for elderly with dementia, various nursing intervention researches for elderly with dementia, including education nursing intervention and tai-chi exercise, and studies targeting the elderly with dementia nursing care providers will be needed.
