조직문화가 조직몰입, 직무만족 및 산업보안정책준수의지에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Willingness to Comply with the Industrial Security Policies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to contribute to protective activities by providing empirical data concerning industrial technology which is on the rise. In order to investigate causal relationship among the type of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and willingness to comply with the industrial security policies, data were gathered on 275 participants in metropolitan and Kyonggi area after two preliminary surveys. Also, content validity was verified by expert meetings, and response were filled out by self-administration method as a survey tool. After excluding invalid contents, 270 responses were organized using Excel spreadsheets, and coded files were analyzed by Stata 14.0 software. The reliability and validity of the survey tool were verified. The result of study is that the relational culture of organizational culture and innovative culture had significant effects on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Relational culture had causal relationship with the willingness to comply with the industrial security policies. Also, casual relationships were found between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and willingness to comply with the industrial security policies.
