놀이치료 수퍼비전에서의 수퍼바이지 행동 척도 개발 = A Study on the development of the Supervision Behavior Scale for supervisees in play therapy sessions

The purpose of this study is to define the concept of supervision behavior, and to develop a supervision behavior scale for play therapist supervisees. Among the 208 therapists from whom questionnaires were collected, a total of 164 therapists with 5 or more sessions of private supervision experience were selected for use in the study. The collected data was then analyzed by frequency, percentage, factor analysis, Cronbach a, and correlation analysis. The final supervision behavior scale consists of 37 items that are further categorized into 6 sub-variables. The reliability of total score(Cronbach a) was .86, and the reliability of each sub-variables was .83 to .60. We analyzed the correlation with the supervision utility rating form developed from Vespia(2002) in order to confirm the criterion-related validity of the supervision behavior scale and the results indicated a high degree of correlation. The results of this study are the introduction of a construct factor of supervision behavior for supervisees and the ability to enhance the efficiency of play therapy supervision in Korea.
