반사회-친사회적 딜레마 갈등 상황에서 청소년의 행동선택과 정당화 방식 대응분석 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 정직과 전통적 가치의 딜레마 갈등 상황에서 청소년들의 행동선택과 정당화방식을 분석하고자 하였다. 서울특별시 소재 중학교 2학년 학생 224명, 고등학교 2학년 학생 203명 등 총 427명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 딜레마 갈등 상황 설문조사 후, 각 변인별로 분할표를 만들고 빈도분석, 카이스퀘어분석(χ2), 대응분석을 이용하여 변인별로 그 차이와 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 오륜관계에 따라 행동선택의 차이가 나타났다. 부자관계에서 적극적 부정직 행동, 부부관계에서 소극적 부정직 행동, 장유 및 친구관계에서 정직 행동을 선택했다. 둘째, 딜레마 상황에 따라서도 행동선택에 차이가 있었다. 반사회적 상황의 경우 가족관계에서 부정직 행동을, 친구관계에서는 정직 행동을 선택하였으나, 친사회적 상황의 경우에는 친구관계에서도 소극적 부정직 행동을 선택하였다. 셋째, 오륜관계에 따라 행동선택의 정당화 방식에 차이가 있었다. 즉, 부자관계에서는 전통적 가치, 장유관계에서 공리주의와 자율성, 친구관계에서는 사회일치성과 자기이익, 군신관계에서 자기이익으로 정당화하였다. 넷째, 딜레마 상황에 따라 행동선택 정당화 방식에 차이가 있었다. 반사회적 상황의 경우 부부와 친구관계에서 공리주의로, 군신관계에서 자기이익으로 정당화하는 한편, 친사회적 상황의 경우에는 부부관계에서 전통적 가치, 친구관계에서 자기이익, 군신관계에서 사회일치성으로 정당화하는 등 차이를 보였다. 연구 결과 청소년들은 반사회 및 친사회적 딜레마 상황에서 관계에 따른 사회문화적 요소의 영향을 받아 행동 선택과 정당화하는 것으로 나타나 향후 정직교육에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine on behavior selection and justification methods between honesty and traditional values of Confucianism of adolescent in Korea. For this purpose, a survey of a total 427 adolescents, middle and high school(second grade) students was conducted. Chi-square test, Frequency Analysis, Correspondence Analysis conducted. The findings are; First, the subjects selected dishonest acts family relationships more often when falling under the five cardinal relationships and selected honest act in all other relationship in the dilemma situations. Second, the subjects selected dishonest acts in family relationships of the anti-social situations while honest acts in friend relationship, But they selected passive-dishonest acts in friend relationship of the pro-social situations. Third, they justified dishonest behaviors with various methods according to the relationships. They justified their behavior with traditional values in father-son relationships, self-interest in friendships, utilitarianism and autonomy in other relationships. Forth, Anti-and pro-social situations made a difference in the justification of behaviors. It can lead to a new direction of moral education by providing empirical resources on conflict resolution mode in dilemma situations
