지체장애 부모의 양육 실태 및 지원 요구 조사 = Rearing realities and survey about support demand for parents of children with physical disabilities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate rearing realities and their support demand for parents of children with physical disabilities
Rearing realities of parents of children with physical disabilities showed highest score in physical theraphy in theraphy domain, and the monthly private education wage or theraphy wage was less than one hundred thousand won. And the parents put emphasis on the everyday life guide in home study. And this study showed that national support was highest in the education wage and the expenses of medical care and education ranked the top two areas in their financial burden on family level.
To sum up, their demands for support about rearing conditions were as follows; Their demand for support about rearing realities was medical support service to the school and nation, studing support to the school, support for medical care fee for private machinery, support for coaching everyday life in school, support for helping everyday life in school, readjusting allowance for the parents of children with physical disabilities and expanding and improving the sheltered housing for children with physical disabilities, financial aid on goods and equipment specially tailored for children with physical disabilities.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 우리나라 지체장애 부모의 양육 실태를 살펴보고 이에 기초하여 그들의 지원요구에 대해 살펴보았다. 먼저 지체장애 부모들의 양육 실태에 있어 가장 많이 받는 치료는 물리치료, 월평균 사교육비 및 치료비는 10만원 미만, 가정에서의 중점 지도 영역은 일상생활 지도, 지체장애 부모에 대한 국가 지원은 교육 급여, 자녀로 인한 경제적 부담은 치료 교육비에서 가장 높게 나타났다.
또한 지체장애 부모들의 양육 실태와 관련된 지원 요구는 학교와 국가에 대한 치료지원서비스 요구, 학교에 대한 학습지원과 사설기관 치료비 지원요구, 학교에서의 일상생활지도와 일상생활지원에 대한 요구, 장애아동 부양수당과 보호시설 확충 지원요구, 특수용품 및 보장구 지원요구가 있었다.
