군 또래상담 프로그램이 군 병사의 의사소통 능력과 인간관계에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Military Peer Counseling Program on Communication Ability and Human Relationships of Military Soldiers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to clarify the effect of the military peer counseling program on the communication ability and human relations of military soldiers. The subjects of the study were 30 soldiers who wish to participate in the military peer counseling program among soldiers serving in the military unit located in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and 15 peoples assigned to the experimental group and the control group. After conducting a military peer counseling program for 10 times a week for the experimental group, As a result, the communication ability score and interpersonal relationship score of the experimental group participating in the military peer counseling program were statistically significantly higher than that of the control group, and In the qualitative analysis results, the military peer counseling program had a positive effect on the communication skills and human relationships of the military peers. This suggests the possibility of using the military peer counseling program as a way to improve the communication skills and human relations of military soldiers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 군 또래상담 프로그램이 군 병사의 의사소통 능력 향상과 인간관계 개선에 미치는 효과를 밝히는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 제주특별자치도에 소재한 군부대에 복무중인 병사들 중에서 군 또래상담 프로그램 참여를 희망하는 30명을 선정하였으며, 실험집단과 통제집단에 각 15명씩 무선 배정하였다. 실험집단을 대상으로 주 1회 총 10회기의 군 또래상담 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 실험집단과 통제집단의 의사소통 능력과 인간관계 척도 점수의 차이를 분석하였다. 양적 분석은 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램으로 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전·사후 평균 점수 차이에 대한 공분산분석과 다변량공분산분석을 실시하였으며, 질적 분석은 프로그램 실시 후 참여자들의 소감문을 내용 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군 또래상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 의사소통 능력 점수가 통제집단에 비해 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 군 또래상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 인간관계 점수는 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 질적 분석 결과에서도 군 또래상담 프로그램이 군 병사의 의사소통 능력과 인간관계에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 군 병사의 의사소통 능력 향상과 인간관계 개선을 위한 방안으로 군 또래상담 프로그램의 활용 가능성을 시사한다.
