대학생의 특성불안이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과 = Effect of Trait Anxiety on College Students' Career Preparation Behavior: The Mediating Effects of Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy

The purpose oh this study was to investigate the Mediating Effects of Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency on the relationship between Trait Anxiety and Career Preparation Behavior. Total 236 college student were surveyed for Trait anxiety, Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency and Career Preparation Behavior for the research. The Mediating Effects were verified through correlation analysis and regression analysis method suggested by Baron and Kenny (1986). First, the analysis verified a significant negative correlation between the Trait Anxiety and Career Preparation Behavior of college students. A significant negative correlation was also found between Trait Anxiety and Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency and goal setting, occupational information, problem-solving and future plan which are sub factors of Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency. However the analysis result verified an significantly positive correlation between Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency and Career Preparation Behavior. Second, Trait Anxiety has shown statistically negative relation on Career Preparation Behavior. Third, Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency has shown statistically positive relation on Career Preparation Behavior. Fourth, a full Mediating Effect of Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency was found on between Trait Anxiety and Career Preparation Behavior of college students. It is suggest to improve Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency in order to develop Career Preparation Behavior for the students who have high Trait Anxiety. This study provides useful methods to improve Career Decision Making Self-Efficiency based on the analysis result.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 특성불안, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동의 상관관계를 분석하고 특성불안과 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 대학생 236명으로 특성불안, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동을 설문하여 상관분석, Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 회귀분석방법으로 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 대학생의 특성불안과 진로준비행동 간에는 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 대학생의 특성불안과 진로결정자기효능감 전체와 진로결정자기효능감 하위요인인 목표선택, 직업정보 문제해결, 미래계획은 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 그러나 진로결정자기효능감 전체와 진로결정자기효능감 하위요인인 목표선택, 직업정보 문제해결, 미래계획 진로준비행동 간에는 정적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 특성불안은 진로준비행동에 부적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 정적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학생의 특성불안과 진로준비행동 사이에 진로결정자기효능감의 완전매개효과가 확인되었다. 특성불안이 높은 학생에게 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해서는 진로결정자기효능감을 높이는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 진로결정자기효능감을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
