고교학점제 도입에 대한 상업계 고등학교 교사들의 인식 분석 : 충청북도 내 상업계 고등학교를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

해당 연구는 고교학점제 도입에 따른 상업계 고등학교 교사들의 인식을 분석하여 제도에 대한 이해도와 제도 수용도, 제도 도입 효과에 대한 태도와 주요 변인들간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 제도 도입의 안정적인 도입을 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이를 위해 해당 연구는 문헌연구법 및 설문조사법을 사용하였다. 문헌연구법으로는 고교학점제의 정의와 도입 배경, 직업계고에 도입되는 고교학점제의 특징과 운영 사례를 살펴보았다. 설문조사법으로는 제도에 대한 이해도, 제도 수용도, 제도 도입 효과에 대한 태도를 바탕으로 설문지를 구성하여 충청북도 내 공립 상업계 고등학교 6곳을 대상으로 실시하였다.
설문조사 내용을 분석한 결과와 제언점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업계고 고교학점제도에 대한 이해도는 전반적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직업계고 고교학점제의 전반적인 개념에 대한 이해도가 매우 높게 측정되었다. 다만, 담임제 폐지 도입 여부에 대한 내용과 교육과정 운영모형 8가지에 대한 내용에서 낮은 이해도를 보였다. 둘째, 직업계고 학점제 제도 수용도는 대체로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 도입 시기에 대한 부분에서는 매우 낮은 제도 수용도를 보였다. 셋째, 직업계고 학점제 도입 효과에 대한 태도에 있어도 전체적으로 긍정적인 태도를 보였다.
제도에 대한 이해도, 제도 수용도, 제도 도입 효과에 대한 태도를 각각의 변인별로 분석한 결과, 몇 가지 항목에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 학교 소재지별로 볼 때 대체적으로 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 제도에 대한 이해도나 제도 수용도 부분에서 시에 위치한 학교들이 군에 위치한 학교들보다 일부 항목에 있어 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 연령별로는 일부 항목에서 35세 미만의 교사들이 50세 이상의 교사들보다 높은 제도 수용도와 제도 도입 효과에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 보였다. 교직경력별로 보면 일부 항목에서 5년 이하의 교직경력을 가진 교사들이 15년을 초과하는 교직경력을 가진 교사들보다 높은 제도 수용도와 제도 도입 효과에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 보였다. 보직교사 여부의 경우 일부 문항에서 비보직교사가 보직교사보다 높은 제도 수용도와 제도 도입 효과에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 보였다. 전문교과 여부의 경우 전문교과 교사들이 비전문교과 교사들보다 전반적으로 제도에 대한 이해도가 뚜렷하게 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 부전공 유무로 보았을 때는 부전공을 취득한 교사들이 부전공을 미취득한 교사들보다 제도에 대한 이해도가 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 고교학점제에 대한 상업계 고등학교 교사들의 제도에 대한 이해도와 제도 수용도, 제도 도입 효과에 대한 태도가 전반적으로 긍정적인 인식을 갖고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 고교학점제의 안정적인 도입을 위해서 군에 위치한 학교들을 위한 다양한 지원, 고연령·고경력 교사들을 대상으로 한 맞춤형 연수 등의 제작, 보직교사들을 위한 업무 경감 등의 지원, 비전문교과들이 제도에 대한 이해도를 향상시키기 위한 맞춤형 교육자료 배포, 부전공 취득 기회의 확대 등이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 비전문교과를 가르치는 교사들과 부전공을 취득하지 않은 교사들의 경우 제도에 대한 이해도 부분에서 현격한 차이를 보인 만큼 해당 부분에 대한 개선이 시급한 것으로 여겨진다.
제 아무리 훌륭한 제도와 교육 시스템을 갖춰놓고 도입한다고 할지라도 그 교육 현장에 있어서 이를 진행하는 실질적 관계자들이 이에 대하여 충분히 숙지하지 못하고 회의적인 태도를 가진 채 그저 상급기관의 운영에 맞춰 끌려간다면 해당 제도는 결코 성공적으로 안착할 수 없을 것이다. 상급기관 및 관련 교육기관은 해당 제도가 실제 교육 현장에서 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 다양한 지원과 여러 상황에 대한 메뉴얼을 체계화하여 제도 도입에 있어서 발생할 수 있는 혼란을 방지해야 할 것이며, 이를 실제로 교육현장에서 도입하여 시행할 학교 내 교사를 비롯한 이해관계자들 역시 긍정적 변화를 받아들일 만반의 준비를 갖추고 나가아야 할 것이다. 다만, 해당 제도 도입에 대한 인식 개선 및 필요한 지원 등에 대한 세부적인 내용의 파악에 있어서 해당 연구는 상당 부분 한계점을 지니고 있으므로 이 내용에 관하여 추가적인 연구가 계속 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is aimed to deduce implications in order to introduce the safety introduction to introductory system through examining the interrelation between major variables and attitudes such as understanding of system, acceptance of system, and effectiveness of system introduction by analyzing of commercial high school teachers' understanding according to introductory high school credit system.
For these, the study in use literature study method and survey method. As the literature study method, I examine operation case and high school credit system's characteristics which introduces into occupational high school and high school credit system's definition and introduction background. As the survey method, I performed 6 objective public commercial high schools within Chungbuk province after composing enquete investigated based on understanding of system, acceptance of system, and attitude of introductory system effectiveness.
The survey contents analysis results and suggestions are as follows: First, the understanding of occupational high school credit system generally appeared high. The understanding of general concept in occupational high school credit system was very high measured. Merely, the contents of curriculum operation model 8 types and of whether homeroom teacher system abolishing introduction are shown low understanding.
Second, the acceptance of operational high school credit system was mostly appeared high. In the part of introductory period, the acceptance of system was only shown very low.
Third, attitude of occupational high school credit system introductory effectiveness was shown overall positive attitude.
As the results from the understanding of system, the acceptance of system, and the attitude of introductory system effectiveness, the meaningful difference was shown at the several items.
When viewpoint of each school location is thinking, great difference does not shown generally. But, it was shown high value to the understanding of system or the acceptance of system part was shown higher value in the part item of school which is located in the city than in the county.
In the each age, some items, that is to say, less than 35 year-old teachers who were shown higher positive attitude in the acceptance of system and the effectiveness of introductory system than more than 50 year-old teachers.
In the part of teacher career, at some items, the teachers who have less than 5 years career were shown more positive attitude of high systematic acceptance and effectiveness of introductory system than the teacher who have exceeded 15 years career.
In the case of whether assignment to a position teacher, at some questionnaires non-position teacher was shown more positive attitude of high systematic acceptance and effectiveness of introductory system than the assignment to a position teacher.
In the case of whether professional subject, we can be obviously known that the professional subject teachers are higher than non-professional subject teachers about the understanding of system generally.
When viewpoint of minor existence and nonexistence, we can be confirmed that the teachers who were acquisitors of minor were higher the understanding of system than the teachers who were non-acquisitors of minor.
In this base of study results, we can be generally confirmed it was positive understanding to the attitude of introductory system effectiveness and acceptance of system and commercial high school teachers' understanding of system about high school credit system. Besides, we can be known necessity in order to introduce safety high school credit system, a variety of supplies for located in county school, custom training and so on making for old-year and high-career teachers. supply of working reduce for assignment to a position teachers non-professional subjects have to distribute the custom educational data in order to improve the understanding of system extension of minor acquisition opportunity and so on. Especially, the teachers who teaches non-professional subjects and in the case of teachers who were non-acquisitors of minor, they were shown to far apart from difference part in the understanding of system enough, we are urgently found to improve this part.
Although my own whatever wonderful institution and educational system have and introduce, in the educational spot, the proceeding practical interested parties do not sufficiently know well, and with skepticism attitude they were only pulling superior organization's operation, this system won't be able to establish successfully by no means. The superior organization and related educational agency will have to prevent disturb which can be happened when the system introduction after systematization of manual of a variety of situations and diversely supply in order to smoothly accomplish in the real practical educational field, and we introduce really practical educational spot and the upcoming performing teacher within school and including concern people will have to advance prepare all things which accept positive change, too.
But, in the grasping contents in detail about improvement of understanding and necessary supply and so on, this system introduction has limitations of considerable parts. Therefore, we are continuously found to be going to need additional study of this contents.
