사별 경험 대학생의 사회적지지 지각이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향에서 의도적 반추의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effect of Deliberate Rumination in the Influence of Bereaved College Student’s Social Support Perception on Posttraumatic Growth

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사별 경험 대학생의 사회적지지 지각이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향에서 의도적 반추의 매개효과를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국의 대학생 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하고, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 사회적지지 지각이 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 의도적 반추의 부분 매개모형인 가설모형이 완전매개 모형인 경쟁모형에 비해 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 가설모형에 나타난 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 사회적지지 지각은 외상 후 성장에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 의도적 반추를 매개하여 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 구체적인 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 사회적지지 지각, 의도적 반추는 외상 후 성장 총 변량의 34%를 설명하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언들을 제시하였다.
