아토피 유아의 적응행동과 어머니의 양육행동 증진을 위한 모-아 집단 치료놀이 효과 = The Effects of Mother-Child Group Theraplay to Enhance Parenting Behavior of their mothers and Adjustment Behavior of Child with Atopic dermatitis

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed at testing the changes in infant with atopy and mother performing Mother-Infant Theraplay Program for the changes of the adaptive behavior of infant with atopy and mother`s child-rearing behavior. This study analyzed the contents of changes in adaptive behavior of infant with atopy, mother`s parenting stress, parenting efficacy and interaction. The subject of this study was 8 mother-infant pairs in experiment group with atopy and control group and after performing preliminary inspection before carrying out theraplay, after carrying out total 16 sessions mother-infant Theraplay program, performed the same follow-up inspection as inspection. Mother-Infant Theraplay Program was effective in changing the adaptive behavior of infant with atopy in experiment group. As a result of examination of Parenting stress, Parenting Efficacy in order to examine the changes in mother of infant with atopy. After performing mother-infant Theraplay program, in the observation of mother-child interaction in experiment group and child, in the aspects of structure, challenge, engagement and nurture, fallow-up scale appeared higher than preliminary inspection as a result of review on MIM rating scale to examine the changes in the interaction between infant with atopy and mother.
