민원행정의 발달과정과 법적 근거에 관한 고찰 = A Study on the Development Process and Legal Basis of Civil Affairs Administration

This study is research on the development process of Civil Affairs Administration in the legal aspects. It is especially important to the legislative history and to the remedy of right & raised objections to the decisions of the administrative agency. The Civil Affairs Treatment Act(2006) is based law because is appears in the well in that the purpose of the best is protect to the right and interests of the people. The Civil Affairs Administration Will feature as a means to control of the administrative process, administrative remedies, the public participation of the administration, secure to the reliability of government. also, Civil Affairs Administration is plays an important role for Conversation between citizens and government. In other words, National Sinmungo and Complaints System 24(G4C) plays a key role in its objection representative One-Stop Civil Affairs Administration System. 21C`s modern nation will continue to increase its importance the civil administration is in terms of providing quality administration services as oriented the nation of welfare & administrative services. Therefore legislation on based of civil affairs, will be discussed focus on the main content and related practices about the Civil Affairs Treatment Act, Administrative Procedures Act, E-Government Act, Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission`s establish and operating etc. With this research, is hope to expand discussion about promotion of system and policy associated with the Complaints Information System. Note that the configuration and the main content of the research is as follows : Ⅰ. Introduction, Ⅱ. History of civil administration, Ⅲ. Legal basis of civil administration, Ⅳ. Civil administration and restoration of rights, Ⅴ. Conclusion.
