수익용부동산 투자결정요인이 은퇴준비에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A study on the impact of Income Property Investment Determinants on Preparation for Retirement

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempted to investigate the relationship between income property investment determinants and preparation for economic retirement of those aged their 40s or older. As a result, the following findings could be summarized.
First, such investment related environmental factors as institutional environment and economic environment had a significant effect on real estate investment decisions. It indicates that their intention to investment is influenced by the investment related environmental factors as the institutional or economic environment becomes more important.
Second, income property investment of factor analysis results, associated profitability, product and location, the characteristics of profitability and product for profit is having a positive significant effect. Real estate investment characteristics for the correlation effects of the product is a negative significant and no heed to the analysis results.
Finally, it was found that income property investment decisions had a significant effect on economic preparation for retirement. This suggests that investment in income property oriented towards the stable structure of cash inflow plays a role in filling the gap between the reality and the uncertain future on account of the great uncertainty for both the economic situation and for people s old age.
