인터넷중독 청소년 NLP 집단상담 프로그램의 효과: 우울, 자기통제력, 스트레스대처를 중심으로 = The Effects of NLP Group Counseling Program for the Internet Addicted Adolescents: focused to Depression, Self-control, Stress-control

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to develop the NLP group counseling program for the Internet addicted adolescents and verify the effect. At the stage of problem recognition, this program attempts to imagine the problematic situations by using NLP representation systems. NLP group counseling program is developed 6 stages, 6 sessions by using NLP technique of Sub-modality, Anchoring, Swishing, Future Revision, BMIR. Subjects were the first year students of middle school of Kyeongki-do province, and were divided into an experimental group(n=8) and a control group(n=8) out of 480 students. The scales were the self-test of the Internet addiction, the test of self-control, the test of stress control and BDI. As a result, the experimental group showed more decrease than the control group in the variable of the Internet addiction and depression. On the other hand, the experimental group showed higher increase than the control group in terms of self-control and stress-control. This reveals that NLP group counseling program has positive effects on the reduction of the Internet addiction and depression and on the improvement of self-control and stress control. Therefore, it was proved that NLP group counseling program was effective and useful for solving the problem of adolescents' Internet addiction.
