대학생의 낙관성과 진로관여행동의 관계에서 진로적응성과 통제력 착각의 매개된 조절효과 검증

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 낙관성과 진로관여행동의 관계에서 진로적응성의 매개효과와 통제력 착각의 조절효과를 포함하는 매개된 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 서울소재 대학생 334명(남 174명, 여 160명)을 대상으로 낙관성, 진로적응성, 진로관여행동 그리고 통제력 착각을 측정하기 위한 설문을 진행하였으며, SPSS 21.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 자료 분석을 시행하였다. 매개된 조절모형은 매개 및 조절효과가 포함된 통합적인 모형이므로 매개효과와 조절효과, 그리고 매개된 조절효과를 차례로 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 낙관성과 진로관여행동의 관계에서 진로적응성의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 낙관성과 진로 적응성의 관계를 통제력 착각이 조절하였다. 마지막으로 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 전체적인 매개된 조절효과를 확인한 결과 낙관성 및 진로적응성이 진로관여행동에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 통제력 착각의 매개된 조절 효과가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 통제력 착각의 모든 조건 값에서 유의미하였다. 본 연구는 낙관성이 진로관여행동에 영향을 미치는 종합적인 경로의 확인을 통해 대학생의 진로발달 과정을 보다 통합적으로 확인하였으며, 실질적 개입이 가능한 변인들을 탐색하고 매개 및 조절효과를 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점, 그리고 후속연구에의 제언을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The current study aimed to examine the mediated moderating effect of illusion of control through career adaptability on the relationship between optimism and occupational engagement. A total of 334 undergraduate students(174 men, 160 women) from Seoul based university completed questionnaires on optimism, career adaptability, occupational engagement and illusion of control. SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Macro was utilized for data analysis. A mediated moderation is an integrated model that combines mediation and moderation effect therefore we tested the mediation effect, moderation effect and moderated mediation effect. The results of this study were as follows. First, the mediation effect of career adaptability on the relation of optimism and occupational engagement was verified. Second, illusion of control moderated the relationship between optimism and career adaptability. Lastly, using SPSS Macro, the mediated moderation effect of illusion of control on the relationship between optimism and occupational engagement through career adaptability was statistically significant and this was true at all levels of illusion of control. This study further expanded the understanding of the university students’ career development process by examining the integrated model route between optimism and occupational engagement that includes variables that are possible for intervention. Implications and limitations of the study and suggestions for further study were discussed.
