유아의 리더십과 놀이표현력과의 관계 = The relationship between leadership and play expression during early childhood

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 만 5세 유아의 리더십과 놀이표현력이 어떠한 관계가 있으며 그 영향력은 어떠한지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 G시에 소재한 어린이집 4곳에 다니는 만 5세 유아 167명(남아 78명, 여아 89명)을 대상으로 유아의 리더십과 놀이표현력을 측정하였다. 검사도구는 이명숙(2006)이 개발한 유아 리더십과 Barnett(1990)이 제작한 것을 김영희(1995)가 번안 수정 및 보완한 놀이표현력을 사용하였으며, 검사도구 모두 담임교사에 의해 측정되었다. 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 유아의 리더십과 놀이표현력 각각의 하위요인에 대한 평균(M)과 표준편차(SD), 유아의 리더십과 놀이표현력은 Pearson 적률상관 관계를 분석하였다. 그리고 유아의 리더십이 놀이표현력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 회귀분석을 SPSS WIN 17.0 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아의 리더십 수준은 자기관리, 자연적 보상, 건설적 사고 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 놀이표현력 수준은 신체적 자발성과 즐거움의 표현, 사회적 자발성, 인지적 자발성, 유머 감각 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아 리더십은 전체 놀이표현력과 정적 상관을 보이는 것으로 드러났다. 이는 유아의 리더십 수준이 높을수록 놀이표현력의 수준이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 유아 리더십이 유아의 놀이표현력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to explore relation between childhood leadership and play expression and to investigate effects of it. In order to measure childhood leadership and abilities of play expression, I have selected 167 five year old children (78 boys and 89 girls) from four childhood in G city. I adopted the childhood leadership scale which developed by Myeong Seok Lee(2006) and Barnett’s (1990) CPS (Children’s Playfulness Scale) which was revised by Young Hee Kim(1995). These measurements have checked by teachers of nursery schools. The relation between childhood leadership and play expression have been analysed with mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) through SPSS WIN 17.0 program, From the results of the study, first, I could confirm that there is a level of leadership shows in order self-management, natural rewards and constructive thinking was meaningful relation between leadership and play expression during early childhood. These results show that leadership in early childhood can affect a child’s abilities of play expression. Second, Children leadership came out that play expression was related to positive relationship. This means the more child level is higher, the more that the play expression is high. Third, child leadership have an effect on the child's play expression.
