아버지의 사회인구학적 배경과 자존감이 아버지의 양육태도에 미치는 영향 = A Study on Fathers' Self-Esteem and Fathers' Parenting Attitude

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate how fathers' sociodemographic characteristics and self- esteem influence on fathers' parenting attitude. The 238 fathers have a 3 to 5 years old kid child going to attending kindergarten in Daegu city and were investigated as subjects. The questionnaire related with the fathers' self- esteem and parenting attitude were used in this study. For the analysis of the questionnaire, frequency, percentage, reliability, multiple regression were used as statistical tools. The results show that the fathers' self- esteem, fathers' age, self-accept background variables are proved to be meaningful variables to the fathers' affective parenting attitude. In the case of the fathers' dominant parenting attitude, the fathers' own responsibility background variable proved to have a significant influence. On the other hands, the fathers' concept of self background variable proved to have a meaningful influence on the fathers' rejective parenting attitude. Finally, the fathers' self- esteem, age, highest level of education background variables are verified to have a significant influence on the fathers' autonomic parenting attitude.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아버지의 사회인구학적 변인과 자존감이 아버지의 양육태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 함을 목적으로 하였다. 대상은 대구ㆍ경북지역의 유치원에 다니는 만3-5세 유아를 둔 아버지 238명이었다. 연구를 위하여 아버지 자존감 질문지와 부모의 양육태도 질문지가 척도로 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 빈도, 백분율, 신뢰도, 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 아버지의 애정적 양육태도에는 자존감 전체와 일반적 변인 중 연령, 자존감 하위변인 중 자기수용 변인이 영향을 주었다, 통제적 양육태도에는 자존감 하위변인 중 자기책임변인이, 거부적 양육태도에는 자존감 하위변인 중 일반적 자아관이, 자율적 양육태도에는 자존감 전체와 아버지의 일반적 변인 중에서 연령, 학력이 유의한 영향이 있었다. 그러므로, 아버지의 사회인구학적 변인과 자존감은 아버지의 양육태도에 영향을 줌을 알 수 있다.
