유아교육기관 교사의 의사결정 참여정도와 교사 효능감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 = A study on the effects of teachers decision-making participation and teachers efficacy on job satisfaction in early childhood education institutions

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교육기관 교사의 의사결정 참여정도, 교사 효능감과 직무만족도 사이의 상관관계를 분석하고, 유아교사의 의사결정 참여정도와 교사 효능감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명해 봄으로써 유아교사들의 직무만족도 향상과 관련된 기초 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 강원도, 전라북도, 경기도에 거주하는 유아교사 320명을 대상으로 교사의 의사결정 참여정도, 교사 효능감, 직무만족도 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 교사의 의사결정 참여정도와 교사 효능감은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 교사의 의사결정 참여정도를 높이는 것은 교사 효능감을 제고하고 나아가 직무만족도를 높여 궁극적으로 교수-학습의 효율성을 증대할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigates the effects, in early childhood education institutions, of teachers' decision- making participation and efficacy on job satisfaction.
The specific research objectives are: 1) to examine, in early childhood education institutions, the differences on the decision- making participation, teachers efficacy and job satisfaction according to teachers' background characteristics, 2) to investigate correlations among decision-making participation, teachers efficacy. and job satisfaction identified in this study. and 3) to examine the effects of teachers' decision-making participation and teachers efficacy on job satisfaction in early childhood education institutions.
This study used the literature and research in parallel. To test the research subjects, questionnaires were devised through statistical procedures in order to measure the validity and reliability of items related to the three variables. The sampling included 300 early childhood teachers located in Kangwon, Gyeonggi-do, North Jeolla Province. They were selected by randomly taking into consideration: region, size, types of early childhood education institutions, and so forth. An SPSS / Win 18.0 Program was performed. a processing to examine the differences between the means of validation, correlation, and multiple regression analysis.
The major findings of this study are as follows:First, teacher participation in decision-making, teacher efficacy and satisfaction sub-variable according to the teacher's background characteristics.
Second, among the degree of the teachers' decision-making participation, teachers' efficacy, and job satisfaction were largely revealed to have positively significant correlation.
Third, it turned out that the degree of teachers decision-making participation and teachers efficacy had a significant effect on job satisfaction.
