중국 광장무 참여자의 특성에 따른 제약협상전략의 차이

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research was to identification of differences in leisure constraints negotiation strategies by demographic characteristics of square dance participants. To achieve the goal, a total of 565 samples were collected from square dance participants in Sichuan Province in China. Conducted SPSS 22.0 program to analyze the data with frequency analysis, Cronbach’s ⍺ analysis, reliability and factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, Duncan"s post-hoc. The results of this research are as follows. An analysis of differences in participation constraints negotiation strategy based on demographic characteristics, age differences showed significant differences from cost-preparing strategies, and groups in their 40s, 50s and 60s and older were derived with higher averages than those in their 30s. Significant differences in academic background were identified in the time management strategy, and high school, uneducated, and middle school graduates were on average higher than college graduates. The difference in the duration of participation was significant in the companion search strategy, with groups of more than five years higher than those of less than two and less than three years, and those of less than one year having the lowest average.
