      This study purposes to consider a way of instruction and teaching not for media utilization education but for media language education in Korean language education. Media education in Korean language education is focusing on linguistic characteristic of media as well as characteristic as means of communication to make the best of traits of Korean language education. This study adopted a course for media language education to advance through analysis of the concept of media language and the curriculum. Visual Language was selected as the representative one out of combined language modes which should be treated in priority by media language education. A way of teaching was considered focusing on improvement in 'media literacy' as the goal of media education. Based on understanding of media language, a way of instruction and teaching was considered to lead on acceptance and production of media language. To the considered way of instruction and teaching, it attempted to apply film media which is representative in using Visual Language.
      In the main subject of 'media language education in Korean language education', the concept and scope of media language education was decided and based on it, the curriculum of Korean language education was analyzed to understand the aspect in the acceptance of media language education in the curriculum. The 7th revision of curriculum is focusing on the media utilizing education and in the revised curriculum, the scope of text-itself was expanded up to the sphere of media and accepted positive media language education. However, as it limited the scope of communication through media language to media language and media text only, it has the limitation of which those factors of producer and acceptor, society and culture were not reflected positively. To improve the acceptance capability of criticism, it needs to reflect those factors in the contents of producer and acceptor, society and culture positively. Because Korean language education should be focused on linguistic and Visual Language, media language education should be focused on Visual Language and digital language. Hence, it set up creative production of media language by understanding of complicated language mode and also by critical acceptance of media language as the course for media language education to make progress.
      As 'the teaching plan for Visual Language education', a way of instruction and teaching plan for media language education was considered. Because media education is supposed to make as a process of understanding-acceptance-production, the way of instruction and teaching was considered focusing on the curriculum to lead on 'understanding of media language-critical acceptance of media language-creative production of media language in media language education, too. This teaching model can accept critically how media language will be expressed in media text and how it can produce a meaning based on understanding of media language. The production of media text in use of media language is based on understanding and acceptance of media language. The produced text is to evaluate focusing on whether or not it understood well enough to express the characteristic of media language.
      Finally in the conclusion, it includes values of this study in addition to the proposal of future studies with regards the media language education.
