대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계: 인지적 정서조절의 조절효과와 매개효과 = The Relation Between Stress and Suicide Ideation among College Students: The Moderating and Mediating Effects of Cognitive Emotion Regulation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절의 조절효과와 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 선행연구와 관련이론을 바탕으로 생활스트레스를 독립변인으로, 인지적 정서조절을 조절변인과 매개변인으로, 자살생각을 종속변인으로 관계모형을 설정하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 400명(남 138명, 여 262)을 대상으로 대학생 생활스트레스 척도, 인지적 정서조절 척도, 자살생각 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였고 구조방정식 모형을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 모형검증 결과, 대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계에서 적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략은 조절효과를 보였고 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략은 매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 관하여 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating and mediating effects of cognitive emotion regulation on the relationship between stress and suicide ideation among college students. A total of 400 college students (138 males, 262 females) completed Stress scale, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire. Data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The statistical methods are structural equation modeling(SEM). It was found the adaptive cognitive emotion regulation moderated the effect of stress on the suicidal ideation of college students and the maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation mediated the effect of stress on the suicidal ideation of college students. Based on the findings, implications for therapeutic interventions were discussed. Limitations of the current study and the suggestion for further research were also discussed.
