저소득 가정 청소년의 위험행동과 적응유연성에 대한 보호요인의 완충효과 분석 = Analysis of Buffering Effects of Protective Factors on Risk Behavior and Resilience of Adolescents in Lower Income Family

The purpose of this study is to explore the buffering effects of protective factors on a risk behavior and an resilience of adolescents in lower income family. As such have supported by prior researchers, protective factors that consists of a positive coping strategy, an parent's monitoring and controlling rearing attitude, and a social support. will have the effect that buffering the negative influences of risk factors on risk behavior and resilience. Moreover, adolescents exposure to cumulative risk factors as that have simultaneously a lower income families and a higher sensation seeking will show higher risk behavior than adolescents of a single risk situation. Therefore, protective factors have a buffering effects have more usefulness to adolescents in lower income family exposure to a cumulative risk factors. The subjects are 410 adolescents that including 195 males and 215 female, and all currently enrolled to two technical high schools in two small towns. The final subjects of data analysis are 394 students and consisted of a upper class 85(21.57%), a middle class 171(43.40%), and a lower class 138(35.02%). For data analysis, two-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used. The main results are as follows. First, that adolescents of a cumulative risks with simultaneously higher sensation seeking and lower income showed higher risk behavior than other groups. Second, with adolescents in lower income family, a parent’s monitoring and controlling attitude identified as to protective factor on all a risk behavior and a resilience. This factor have a function that buffering the negative influence of a sensation seeking, and remove the risk behavior and facilitate a resilience of adolescents in lower income family. Third, a positive coping strategy identified as to protective factor on a resilience only. This factor have buffering the negative influence of a sensation seeking, and that facilitate a resilience of adolescents in lower income family. The methods to remove risk behavior of adolescents in lower income and the strategies to facilitate a resilience discussed by based to prior studies.
