초등체육교육과정의 변화가능성과 발전방향 = Change Possibility and Developmental Direction of Curriculum of Primary Physical Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was mainly purposed to analyze actual problems of primary physical education (PPE), grasp problems of the curriculum, explore possible changes and show qualitative improvement and development policies of PPE. The subject of this study is expert groups, including 80 members of physical education administrators, professionals of physical education, administrators of elementary school education and professionals of elementary school education. Delphi analysis method was used to reach agreement by collecting their opinions. The following was concluded through three rounds of Delphi questionnaires. First, teachers and education administrators should make efforts to better understand PPE curriculum for advancement of PPE. The most secure and practical training can be executed at schools. Thus, workable training programs at schools should be developed and distributed. In addition, the possible change for activation of technical training is predicted in that physical education curriculum training that help teachers become confident should be strengthened. Second, PPE curriculum and its contents should be adjusted so that they are manageable in reality. Third, it is predicted that various and creative teaching and learning methods should be developed and distributed. Fourth, it is predicted that textbooks and reference materials should be explained in detail and in a way to understand easily so that they can be easily utilized in a class. Fifth, it is suggested that revisions of PPE curriculum should be done partially as often as possible rather than totally so that the curriculum is well aligned with the diversified information age.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 초등체육과 교육과정에 대한 문제점을 파악하고 초등체육과 교육과정에 대한 변화 가능성을 탐색하여 초등체육의 질적 향상과 발전적 방향을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전문가 집단으로 체육교육행정가, 체육교육전문가, 초등교육행정가, 초등교육전문가 80명의 의견을 수렴하여 합의를 도출하는 델파이 방법으로 분석하였다. 3차에 걸쳐 반복된 델파이 설문을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 초등체육교육의 발전을 위하여 교사와 교육행정가는 교육과정을 바르게 이해하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다. 가장 확실하고 실질적인 연수는 학교 단위의 교육과정 연수의 내실화임을 인식하여 실천 가능한 연수를 강화하여야 한다. 둘째, 초등체육과 교육과정 내용을 수정․보완하여 내용과 양을 적절히 조절하여 현실화 하여야 한다. 셋째, 다양하고 창의적인 교수․학습 방법을 개발하여 보급할 것이라고 예측하였다. 넷째, 교과서와 지도서를 수업시간에 활용하기 쉽고 상세하게 기술하여 제작 보급할 것을 예측하여 교과서와 지도서가 다양화 되어야 한다. 다섯째, 체육과 교육과정의 개정은 전면 개정보다 수시로 부분 개정할 것을 제시하였다.
