고등학생의 자기관리와 리더십 계발을 위한 기독교코칭 프로그램 = Christian Coaching Program for self-management and leadership development of adolescent

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a Christian Coaching Program for self–management and leadership development, and to examine the effect based on Gary Collins Christian Coaching model. The results of this study are as follows:First, the self–management score of the group in the experiment is higher than that of the control group, t–test results and self–management score t=7.66, p=.000, p<.001 showed significant differences in the level.
Second, the leadership skills score of the group in the experiment is higher than that of the control group, t–test results and leadership skills score t=5.81, p=.000, p<.001 showed significant differences in the level.


This Christian Coaching Program helps high school students to develop leadership that can manage themselves by obtaining self–management skills. It also helps them educate themselves so that they can enjoy healthy and happy life both at home and in their community. They can also contribute to improving other students` lives by taking the program.
The contribution of the said program is deemed to improve self–management and leadership development of high school students on the basis of the results of the research.
